La Casa Inn está situado a 50 yardas de la playa y en medio del Midtown y zonas de compras del centro de la playa del cañón. Es un maravilloso 4 dormitorios, 2 baño (bañera de hidromasaje 1) Casa de dos pisos. Es muy amplio y una gran casa de vacaciones con todas las comodidades. Dos dormitorios se encuentran en el primer piso tienen cada uno una cama de matrimonio y hay un baño completo en ese mismo nivel. También hay un colchón de aire reina auto inflable. T. V / DVD se encuentra en la sala de estar. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todos los utensilios y electrodomésticos.

La planta alta tiene 2 dormitorios grandes, así, uno tiene una cama de matrimonio y el otro tiene dos camas individuales.
Perfecto para familias / Entretenimiento: Sala de estar incluye televisión de pantalla plana, chimenea eléctrica, cocina completa con microondas frigorífico y horno. La casa dispone de canales de Internet inalámbrico y por cable de alta velocidad.
La cocina está equipada con todo lo necesario, microondas, copas de vino, licuadora, cafetera, brochetas de malvavisco. Disfrutar de la barbacoa del carbón de leña o jugar a la pelota en el jardín delantero. sillas de playa se pueden tomar a la playa sólo recuerda que devolverlos.
La ubicación es perfecta: Todo está a poca distancia a pie. A una cuadra de la playa, ideal para hogueras, el vuelo de cometas, construir castillos de arena, o un paseo a la famosa roca del Haystack.
A pocos pasos son 2 grandes tiendas de café un mini mercado, 5 restaurantes y estudio de vidrio. 5 cuadras de la ciudad, así que puede dejar el coche y caminar sin la dificultad de aparcamiento que se produce en esa zona congestionada. El centro cuenta con maravillosos restaurantes, cafeterías, supermercado, teatro en vivo, spa y tiendas exclusivas. actividades de arcade familiares, acuario, cine, putt-putt, karts, etc se pueden encontrar en la playa, la ciudad 12 millas al norte. Varios senderos, faro / museos de senderismo están también a poca distancia.

28 de hasta el 5 de junio de septiembre se requiere una estancia de 7 noches necesarios y debe comenzar su estancia en un domingo sólo durante este tiempo.

We loved the guest house. It had plenty of room for the 7 of us and the location was perfect. The beach was a few steps away and the Screw n Brew and Pelican were 600ft away. Beds were comfortable, access was simple, and we would be back in a heartbeat. Thank you for the memories.

Excellent place to stay!

The house was clean, well stocked, and plenty of room for our family. The king/queen beds in almost all the rooms was perfect. There was plenty of space to sit in the living room, the front lawn was a great morning and afternoon gathering space, and it is in a perfect, perfect location! So close to the beach and downtown Cannon Beach. We enjoyed our stay so much. The host is so caring and responsive. We had a fantastic vacation! Thank you!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The four bedrooms were very comfortable and roomy. The living area had plenty of seating and we enjoyed the front yard. Close to beach, town, and many coffee shops. Would stay there again.

Fantastic Location

House is close to beach and within walking distance of downtown. Older home but has newer floors and appliances. We would definitely stay again.

Great Location!

This was a great location. We loved the front yard with the chairs. It was easy to get to the beach and town. I can't give it a 5 overall because it is not well-stocked or updated.

Not a bad stay but disappointed in the end

Great location and had a great stay until the end. We were asked to load the dishwasher and start before we left which we did. Immediately there was a weird smell that came from the dishwasher, a burnt chemical smell (dishwasher looked old). The host emailed us a couple hours later and accused us of smoking in her property and then proceeded to charge us an extra cleaning fee. We DON’T smoke! On top of that they left us with very little toilet paper. I can handle that but being accursed of smoking when we absolutely don’t was very insulting. She tried to say that was a new dishwasher (maybe refurbished vintage).

Our housekeepers reported something like cigar smoke that permeated through the whole house and they were concerned about being able to get the smell out of the house.When we reached out about the smoke smell to you , we never meant to offend you, and we're sorry if it came across that way. You only mentioned the smoky smell on that call after we discussed the smoking , and that you had to open the doors. Since we were unaware that had occurred they thought it was a cigar. We later found out that the solenoid in the dishwasher had burnt out, causing the chemical smell. Yes, the dishwasher is two years old. We always have someone available to respond quickly to any needs, and it's unfortunate that we weren't made aware that you were running low on toilet paper during your stay.

Great house to stay in for 4th of July. The parade goes right in front of the house. Lovely to be able to send kids in to get a drink without having to leave. Happy to report that the upstairs bathroom is the same footprint as the downstairs. If you are over 6 feet tall you will want to shower downstairs as shower head height upstairs is short. My 6ft 3 father reported the downstairs shower was perfect. There is a steep metal spiral staircase to upstairs and a baby gate available to keep kids and dogs that can’t navigate the stairs off. The twin bedroom is open to the staircase, but they do have screens you can set up for privacy as well as a loud fan that can be turned on for white noise. With both those, my teen was able to sleep in as he likes. The upstairs bathroom is behind the door to the king bedroom. You open the door and step into the king bedroom closet. To the right is the bathroom door, left is closet, then ahead is a curtain over doorway to king bedroom. With the fan going I didn’t notice my kiddo coming and going to bathroom, but if you aren’t tight with the people you are traveling with, it could be odd. We enjoyed lounging in the front lawn reading and people watching. You are on the main road in town so you can sit there and watch the world go by. Lovely plants and lawn, with multiple bunnies spotted. Comfy beds, good water pressure. Bring anything else you need as it is a no extras house. No spices, books, games.

Great house with an awesome location - very close to the beach and shops/restaurants

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Guest House in Cannon beach. The place had great amenities, charm and the owner/maintenance guys were very responsive to our requests. And ... the location is awesome. We took advantage of early morning beach walks, sunset dinners and beach fires. We hope to come back again.

Great location...old and tired property

The positives are great location. A short and easy walk to everything Cannon Beach has to offer. You need a roof over your head, pet friendly, this is your place. The property is old and tired. The beds need to be replaced (lumpy and slanted), the appliances (microwave and toaster don’t work properly), around most every corner you will come across something that’s out of sorts. These comments aren’t a complaint...no sad face here...it’s the beach! Just know you are staying at a place that could use some updating and care.

Well Tim thank you for staying with us. We do appreciate it. I really am a bit confused as to where you stayed though. As we just replaced the entire upstairs bathroom the whole kitchen and all the appliances and flooring.. And three of the five beds. The other two beds have been replaced a couple of years ago. We are always working on improvements for the house as it’s an old house.As you said And we have so many repeat guest so it certainly does get used. Again I’m not sure what you’ve described is not Our house I’m not reflecting another reviews.

Home away from home!

This property was a perfect location being so close to the beach, Haystack rock, and walking distance to town. The path leading to the beach was a hit with the kids. We had plenty of space and the place felt warm and welcoming. We only had two nights and it’s unanimous that we want to come back again. Cindy was readily available for questions through text and responded within minutes. Great stay!

For the young and spirited adventurers

The house was lovely. It was none the less for young people that do not mind a steep and narrow spiral staircase leading to the second floor. The floor plan on the second floor was not typical as the people on the second floor (3 beds) had no privacy. In order to reach the bathroom, you had to go into the bedroom and the two beds in the outer area were exposed to anyone coming and going on the second floor. Despite all this we had a great time and enjoyed the vicinity of the shops, the restaurants and access to the beach. Will I come back to this property? I doubt it. It was a one time stay for me. It's hard getting old.

Great beach house getaway

This is a great location to grab a quick coffee or go out to grab a bite. We bbq each night and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable with nice clean linens and clean furniture. Great location to wake up and walk on the beach with our puppy every morning. A quick walk to downtown too. Enjoyed our stay and great for the family!

Perfect location, great house!

We loved our stay at the Guest House. Accommodations are great for a big group, we even prepared a full thanksgiving dinner for 6 in the kitchen! The only hiccup was the refrigerator stopped working, but the owners were very quick to solve the issue and let us use a fridge in a vacant unit next door - even helped us out on the holiday! We will definitely stay again. 1/2 block from the beach, can’t beat it!

This house was just right for our group of 4 adults, two 14-year old girls, and two dogs.

We had a great time at this house. Great location, a block from the beach and near downtown. The kitchen was plenty big and had the usual supplies in a rental. The kitchen table seated 6 people which was nice for us to eat dinners together at the table. The living room was comfortable and plenty big for playing games and hanging out. Both kitchen and living room had nice lighting with lamps as well as overhead lighting. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it worked out well. We were allowed to use the dryer before 11:00am and after 4:00pm, which we needed because it was a very rainy 3 days. One thing that wasn't clear from the photos and description is that to get to the upstairs king bedroom and twin beds in the loft you have to go up a pretty steep spiral staircase. Our kids were fine with that, but some people might not be. That should be made clear. The fenced in yard was good for the dogs, but we found out the hard way that there was a loose fence board when the dogs escaped. Luckily, someone was out there with the dogs and corralled them back in. The "fireplace" is a TV screen showing a moving picture of a fire. The TV worked well. Overall a very good place to stay at Cannon Beach. I would recommend it to my friends who want a comfortable place to stay at the beach.

Location was great, but....

The sour/mildew smell in both bathrooms and in the washing machine was pretty bad. The location of house is good. Carpet needed a shampooing, it was grimy. Plenty of hot water. Downstairs bathtub was extremely slippery to shower in. Dishwasher worked very well. An old home with none of the charm but all the inconveniences....no electric plugs in bathroom, plugs in bedrooms faulty, bad smells.

Hi Dorothy, Thank you for staying with us,. How wonderful to stay 11 days at the beach, Regarding your feedback I believe what you are referring to is just the what beach houses smell like. We have not had complaints about odors.. it is musty when you are close to the beach. That is a new tub in the bathtub with the slip resistance built in so that is concerning. Also there are plugs in the bathroom right by the mirror and then on the actual light fixture. I wish you would have called me and maintenance would have been happy to show you outlets. We appreciate your feedback! Cindy
