Villa Rosemary - villa moderna de 2 dormitorios con piscina infinita privada y vistas al mar

Villa Rosemary es una villa muy luminosa y moderna de dos dormitorios construida con una alta especificación. Cuenta con una piscina infinita privada y vistas a la costa oeste hasta el mar. Está situado en la antigua carretera (superior) de Magazia a Gaios, por lo que es fácilmente accesible sin necesidad de negociar pistas llenas de baches. La villa se encuentra a poca distancia de 3-4 bares / tabernas locales y, al estar ubicada en el centro de la isla, está a menos de 10 minutos en coche de los tres pueblos costeros de Gaios, Loggos y Lakka.

Rodeada de amplias terrazas para sentarse y tomar el sol, disfrutar de una comida en la barbacoa bajo un árbol sombreado o tomar una copa en la noche iluminada por las estrellas, Villa Rosemary aprovecha al máximo cada oportunidad para vivir al aire libre. La piscina de borde infinito mide 8m x 5m y ofrece una gran alternativa a un día en la playa.

El interior de la villa consta de una gran sala abierta, comedor y cocina bien equipada con tres juegos de puertas que dan a la terraza superior. Inmediatamente fuera de las puertas de la cocina hay un comedor exterior con mesa y sillas.

Hay dos escalones desde la sala de estar hasta las dos habitaciones y baños con aire acondicionado. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king-size, baño con ducha y puertas que dan a la terraza con vistas al mar. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales y vistas al jardín. También hay un cuarto de baño adicional que permite que cada habitación tenga su propio baño.

El alquiler de la propiedad incluye "Meet and Greet" desde el puerto en Paxos y una cesta de bienvenida. Traslados y alquiler de coches también se pueden organizar si es necesario.

Villa Rosemary is beautiful with fabulous views to the sea. The Villa is very well equipped and spotlessly clean throughout. The location is very good with several tavernas within walking distance serving traditional food. Gaios and Lakka are only 4K away. Communication with the owner was excellent and we were met at the port on arrival by Linda who guided us to the property. Thank you for a wonderful stay we would love to return one day.

Absolutely perfect Home in fantastic and quiet location

Villa Rosemary is perfectly situated on Paxos. It is about a 10 minute drive from any Town and beach. The location is off the main road nestled into a hill with beautiful views of the sea. I can not say enough good Things about this house! Linda the manager is lovely. She met us at the ferry port and led us on Her scooter to the house. Also, the fact that the owners thought to create an app for the house is amazing. I have never rented a house where the owners created an app. Bravo to you! We will definitely return.

Fantastic

Had a wonderful two weeks. Location is perfect as very short drive to all towns. The restaurants that are within walking distance are all great as is the bakery. The villa has a lovely outlook and location is so peaceful.

Amazing stay

From the time we reached confirmation of our reservation until we closed the door for the last time the communication and service from Lisa and Lindia was 5 star plus Linda meet us at the ferry and guided us up to Rosemary Villa where she explained everything about the Villa and Paxos itself All the recommendations suggested car,boat hire and restaurants where exceptional We had the most amazing holiday and would recommend Villa Rosemary very highly We would love to return in the future Once again Lisa and Linda Thankyou for making our holiday on Paxos so amazing Mal and Catherine May 2024

Fantastic stay in a beautiful villa

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Rosemary and didn’t want to leave! From the beginning Lisa and Linda were so helpful. The property was stunning. Location centrally on the island, perfect for exploring plenty of beaches and villages. The pool was glorious and we enjoyed sunbathing and swimming. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Nous avons séjourné 14 jours à Paxos (4 personnes) durant l'été 2021 et dans la villa Rosemary. Tout était parfait. Le confort, le calme, des petites criques magnifiques proches de la villa, les restos, les jolies ports de Gaios et Lakka etc. Merci à Lisa et Elena pour cette location et toutes les informations qu'elles nous ont communiquées pour rendre ces vacances aussi belles que cette merveilleuse île de Paxos. Sans hésiter, nous recommandons la villa Rosemary .

Out of this world!

We first stayed at Villa Rosemary seven years ago for a week for our honeymoon. So we knew it was going to be spectacular. But when we arrived again last month, it's fair to say it far exceeded all of our memories and expectations. The setting of Villa Rosemary is perfect. We just sat in wonder, every day from the lounge terrace - looking down the hill to the sea scape beyond. Magazia is the local village and do try and get to the bakery - especially for the chocolate cherry cakes! The butcher is Gaios is also excellent. Our favourite restaurant was Taverna Nionios in Lakka - you must try the stuffed lemons...and the butter beans...and the stiffado...and the stuffed aubergine...ad not forgetting the mousakka. If you are looking for a quiet morning by a picturesque harbour, then to try and visit Loggos which also has a number of tavernas and bakery. The villa it is fair to say is spotless, everything you could ever want has been provided and that makes for a very relaxing stay. Whilst we were there for ten days the property manager contacted us several times, the cleaner came three times and the pool was cleaned early in the morning on a regular basis. We enjoyed relaxing by the infinity pool every day. It is without doubt an oasis and the best location we have ever stayed at. We use Villa Rosemary as the benchmark for all of our travels and it's fair to say, nothing has ever come close. Just go to Paxos and book it. You will not be disappointed. we will be returning for sure.

Bright and fresh

Attractive modern property with numerous outdoor seating areas and everything one could wish for! Conveniently situated in the centre of Paxos and within easy walking distance of several eateries, an excellent ecomarket ( cheaper than the Coop in Gaios) and bakery.

A lovely spacious villa with a beautiful pool.

Thank you so much for letting us use your wonderful villa. We had a fabulous week-long holiday in Paxos. The villa was very spacious and spotlessly clean with everything one needed for a relaxing holiday. Nearby were some really good tavernas, some within walking distance and the villa was situated in a very convenient location to reach every corner of the small island. We were met at the port by Sam who was lovely and very helpful. I would definitely recommend Villa Rosemary to other visitors to Paxos. Thank you again.

Fantastic Villa

Villa Rosemary is a fantastic villa which exceeded our high expectations! The whole place is tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. All the furnishings and furniture are of a very high quality and there is an abundance of space - both inside and outside. The pool area and pool is great and the views are wonderful. There are many different relaxing and sitting areas throughout the property. We walked every day and took the occasional bus, which passes daily nearby. The villa has a great location near the centre of the island which means both the west and the east coasts are easily accessible. We walked to both. Locally, there are fabulous restaurants, a great bar, a bakery and a mini market. All of these are within 5/10 minutes walk. One other plus, is that the restaurants vary from the simple taverna with good traditional Greek food to 'upmarket' beautifully cooked meals. Sam who is english and lives on Paxos was incredibly helpful, informative and welcoming. She arranged the tickets for the boat from/to Corfu and the taxis. This is definitely recommended. The perfect villa!

We stayed here as two couples for a fortnight during June 2018. What a beautiful villa. We really felt that we had been welcomed into Linda's thoughtfully equipped and beautifully furnished own home. The layout is ideal with a large living area, two good sized bedrooms and huge bathrooms. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped and has more than everything you would need. The view from the gorgeous (and enormous) verandah across the sea is amazing. The pool area is luxurious and spacious. We were welcomed by Sam on arrival, who was lovely, helpful and knowledgable. Linda really has thought of everything - I can't imagine staying anywhere more perfect.

Brought back memories if why we love Greek Islands!

Our first visit to Paxos and certainly not our last. Rosemary is a beautiful property, very private in an authentic rural location and yet within minutes of anywhere you might want to go on the island. Really well equipped , excellent well planned accommodation, we have already booked our return visit!

Stylish and relaxing stay

A superb villa finished to an extremely high standard. The views from the back are breathtaking both by day and at night. The island of Paxos is beautiful and tranquil. The villa adds to the beauty and the calm. Wonderful villa would recommend it to all!

Une villa juste parfaite - Just perfect !

Un séjour inoubliable dans une villa juste parfaite ! On était une famille avec 2 enfants de 6 et 8 ans. Nous avons adoré la tranquillité de l'endroit avec en prime une superbe vue. La villa est meublée avec beaucoup de gout et surtout tout y est ! Même des détails que peu de propriétaires pensent à mettre... La cuisine est ultra équipée et tout a été fait pour y passer un séjour super agréable ! Nous avons déjà envie d'y revenir...Merci à Lisa pour son sens du détail...

Beautiful villa

Villa Rosemary, Paxos. This beautiful villa was immaculate and very well equipped; we honestly couldn't fault it. The beds were extremely comfortable and it all felt very homely. The location was perfect; from the terrace there were wonderful views of the sea and the glorious countryside. The weather was perfect and we made considerable use of the stunning pool. Overall we had a fantastic holiday in this lovely villa and can't wait to go back again. Highly recommended.

Heavenly!

What a beautiful villa. A true sense of escape. Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, both house and pool. There were just two of us, but even if four, you are spoiled for space. There were items left for us on arrival, wine, Greek salad, juice, water, tea/coffee, milk - unexpected and very much appreciated - meant we were able to settle straight in and relax. Also appreciated the books, local info, DVDs, iPod docker... All made for a true home away from home experience. Being greeted by the lovely Sam so warmly at the port and knowing we could have contacted her if we had any questions was a lovely touch. We could not have enjoyed Villa Rosemary more.

We have been spending regular holidays on Paxos since 1998 and fell in love with the island from our first visit. It took us another 8 years to decide to buy our little piece of the island and build our dream holiday home. We have always wanted the villa to feel more like a relaxing home from home than a holiday let and hope we have achieved that in the way we have furnished and equipped it for your use.

The villa is ideal for a family or couples who want to be self-contained and have all the comforts of modern living. The kitchen is very well-equipped for cooking at home but you are also within 10-15 minutes' walk of some of the most popular bars and tavernas on the island.
