El condominio está muy bien equipado. Remodelado hace cinco años con nuevos gabinetes y electrodomésticos de cocina. Nueva cama / colchón queen size reemplazada en marzo de 2015. Un apartamento muy limpio y confortable. Apartamento equipado con lavadora y secadora. aire acondicionado, TV de pantalla plana de 32 pulgadas con cable y reproductor de DVD. Wifi gratuito y larga distancia a tierra firme, incluido Canadá.

La vista desde el piso 19 ofrece Diamond Head, Ala Wai y vistas al océano. Una brisa agradable se encuentra en lo alto del piso 29, donde se encuentran la piscina, la sauna y las barbacoas. Un lugar de estacionamiento está incluido en el monto del alquiler. Edificio totalmente seguro con seguridad las 24 horas. La parada de autobús se encuentra a una cuadra de la Villa Fairway y la playa de Waikiki, ¡a unas 2 o 3 cuadras! Despensa de alimentos a 2 minutos a pie.

Great Place, with Awesome owner who makes it so easy.

Very clean Studio with everything you would need, including washer/dryer in the unit. Owner is pleasurable and great to work with. Fan quit working the first night, but I contacted the Owner and a new one was shipped that day. Right in the Heart of Waikiki 2 blocks to beach, 1 block to bus stop, shops and restaurants. Building personnel was friendly as well. I would recommend this for a single or a couple. I stayed a little over 5 weeks and love every minute.

The little studio is a gem!

The little studio is a gem! Clean, comfortable and conveniently located with a full kitchen, dining and sitting area and lanai. The unit also includes a w/d & parking, which is a huge bonus!!! The unit has AC, multiple fans and ceiling fans which made it easy to maintain a comfortable temperature at any time of the day. It’s secure and safe & the neighbors are friendly. Susan is a fantastic host! Quick to respond and answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this rental!! And hope to have the opportunity to rent this unit again. 🤙🏽

Excellent Value in a Great Location!

This studio suite was very clean. We found the pictures on the site were accurate and reflective of what you can expect to find. The location is excellent, close to transit, beaches (about 3 blocks away) and many restaurants. There is a reasonably large grocery store ("Food Pantry") a half block away that stocks pretty much everything you might need in the way of supplies. The appliances worked very well. The view from the lanai was very nice and there was minimal road noise from outside, even though there was some construction in the area (i.e. International Marketplace and some in-house/building renovations). The pool, hot tub and barbeques on the 29th floor were all clean and a wonderful treat to come home to at the end of a long, hot day. If there was one thing that didn't quite work as expected, it was the location of the bed in relation to the air conditioner. The AC blew right into the mattress and as a result didn't maximize its effectiveness, even when using the supplied fan. It should, however, be noted that the bed and pillows were very comfortable. One thing we should point out is that while the kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and cookware, it did lack a few "nice to haves" in the way of basic starters or cooking helpers such as basic condiments (ketchup, mustard, cooking oil, spices and barbeque sauce). Salt and pepper were helpfully provided. These would have been nice to have since we stayed for a couple of weeks and as a result we needed to go and purchase quite a few items which we have found in other VRBO units to be included. Renters are typically encouraged to leave these useful items for other renters rather than throwing them out, which is the case here. One other thing the owner did which was a nice touch was to provide emergency contact information in case assistance was needed. This provided good peace of mind. Overall, we really enjoyed staying here, would highly recommend it to others, and can't wait to return to Waikiki!!

Great location!

The location was perfect and very close to the beach. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary cooking equipment - full stove (with oven), full fridge, pots, pans, etc. It was really convenient having the washer and dryer unit to do laundry without having to go anywhere else. The cherry on top was the view and the lanai where you can have your morning coffee and meals. Communication with the property manager, Jeannie, was seamless! Don't hesitate to book :)

Waikiki at its best, beautifully decorated, comfortable, convenient to beach, shopping and dining.

This studio apt. is just excellent with a beautifully decorated Hawaiian interior, full kitchen, comfortable bed, great view on the lanai, and convenient to all that Waikiki has to offer, swimming/surfing, dining, and shopping. It has everything from a stapler to stove/oven, and all in between. We had a great time here and hope to return again later this year. Staying here makes you feel like your Hawaiian home away from home. Susan and Jenny did a great job in making our stay as good as it gets, nothing could be better. We give it a full five stars and recommend it to be Number One on our list of places to stay in Waikiki.

Awesome Location

My husband and I had a wonderful 15-day stay here. The unit was equipped with coffee filters, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and so much more. We love that a parking place is included! On the downside (not a deal breaker) the dryer was slow in drying and we had to purchase tp and laundry detergent. Susan was extremely helpful in the process. Would definitely stay here again!

Advertised as one bedroom and it was. Was also kitchen and bathroom, basically a hotel room with kitchen. Still was nice just not advertised properly which was disappointing.

A bargain in Weikik, walk to beaches and more

The unit is small, and so it is a very good price. It has security guards at a lobby desk, so I felt good staying there.

The property was in a great location. Everything we needed was within a block or two radius. Owner was great to deal with. Susan saved our vacation, we had booked elsewhere and got a last minute cancellation and Susan was there to save the day/vacation. Have no problem in recommending this property.

Fantastic!!

Great visit in Waikiki

This is a great place to stay. Close to everything and a short walk to the beach, a couple blocks. View of water from the terrace to relax and eat breakfast before you start your day. Awesome owner and great to work with. We will definitely stay her again!

Wonderful

We enjoyed our stay here and will return next year for 4 months. It is clean,convenient and comfortable for a short or long stay. It is very well equipped and the building is clean and secure.. we enjoyed the rooftop heated pool hot tub,sauna and barbecues and wonderful views.The owner is always quick to respond if there is a problem but no problems this year! Thanks for a great vacation!

Wonderful Location!

This is a great condo for 1 person or a couple. It is next to the Ala Wai canal with a partial view of the golf course and some partial views of the beach and Diamond Head. It is only about 3 blocks from the main street through Waikiki. Easy walking distance to anywhere in the downtown Honolulu/Waikiki area. Close to shopping and restaurants. The condo is well appointed, clean, and in good repair. The best beach chairs ever with built-in cooler & shoulder straps are provided and made for easy carrying to the beach. Also close to public transportation; we rode the city bus most everywhere, with the stops only two or three blocks from the condo. I would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Amazing

I was so impressed. I could not believe how nice this place was. My only regret is I could not stay longer. Susan was very helpful in my last minute reservations. I loved this place. Gorgeous views, very comfortable room with everything you could need or want. I cannot say enough good about this place or how easy Susan made the stay. I would definitely consider staying here again if I visit Oahu in the future. Thank you Susan.
