Hola y gracias por tomarse el tiempo de visitar nuestro listado. Intentamos crear un hogar lejos del hogar para ti en Waikiki.

Esta unidad se encuentra en la esquina sureste del piso 14 (Torre I). Las unidades de esquina son más grandes (10%) que las unidades medias en el Banyan. La cocina está separada de la sala de estar, lo que permite un espacio de comedor más grande.

El Waikiki Banyan se encuentra en el extremo este de Waikiki. Se encuentra a poca distancia de la mayoría de las atracciones en esta área.

Si decide alquilar un automóvil, ofrecemos estacionamiento cubierto gratuito.

La cocina tiene ollas, sartenes, utensilios y un juego completo de platos, todo lo que necesitará y más, excepto la comida, por supuesto.

Además de los artículos enumerados en la sección de características de alquiler a continuación, proporcionamos lo siguiente: plancha y tabla de planchar, secador de pelo, refrigerador pequeño, tablas de surf, juego de snorkel, sillas de playa, colchonetas, toallas de playa, juguetes de piscina para niños, raquetas de tenis . La cubierta de recreación ofrece actividades para toda la familia. Puede hacer una barbacoa en una de las muchas parrillas a gas, jugar al tenis, sumergirse en el jacuzzi o simplemente darse un chapuzón en la piscina. Hay una práctica de putting green y mucho más. Toda la instalación fue recientemente renovada y tiene un ambiente de resort.

Great Location

After we figured out parking and how to get the code we had a great time. Owners were easy to communicate with. The location of this property was awesome as we could walk to the beach just down the road and tons of shops, places to eat, etc. Having a place to park was great. It's hard to understand how difficulty parking is until you get there and then since parking comes with this stay, that was extremely valuable to navigating the area. Just a real bonus! The place was spacious, and had good functionality and the laundry room was right next door as well as the trash area, so I loved that as I took all my kids and we did laundry often.

Amazing vacation

It was a great place to stay at, it was very convenient since we were so close to the beaches, restaurants and stores. We had a great view of diamond head crater, as well as the beach, we were able to see beautiful sunsets as well as sunrises, and view the fire works from our room.

Great location!

The condo was perfect for our family, Spacious ,clean and well-maintained. The parking permit was a plus for us. Walking distance to the beach. We'll definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

Communication was excellent and we were taken care of by manager due to the place not being cleaned upon arrival. They cleaned it the next day, which we appreciated. Air conditioner kept us nice and cool. Condo is in a perfect location and just a block from the beach. We will definitely book again!

Superb location, great amenities, spacious unit

The unit is clean and spacious, laundry room right beside with beach chairs in the locker room is very handy. AC works great. Complimentary parking is a good bonus. Good Mountain View from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again. Couple small recommendations, extra blanket for the sofa bed would be nice. Beds would use an upgrade. Thank you!

Great location, ok place

The description says it sleeps 6. In truth it sleeps 2 adults comfortably (one in each of the beds) or 1 adult and 2 small kids. The beds are fine for one person. 2 people and you sink to the middle. The pull out couch is all springs. Daughter put a sheet over the couch cushions and slept on the couch folded up. The kitchen is small but has everything you need. Otherwise clean with quick 3 minute walk to the beach. Nice to have the free parking. Parking in waikiki is expensive and hard to find otherwise

Location and Parking Included

The location is excellent one block from Wakiki beach, restaurants, starbucks etc. Parking was included that was a great savings. The apartment and furniture are old. Not a good night sleep one bed you sink in the middle not made for two and the A/C was loud. I called the company to ask for beach chairs that was in the description as being available they provided the chairs within a few hours.

Perfect accommodation for our family of 4

This place was large and spacious for our family of four. It was right beside the laundry room, which we use multiple times during our two weeks stay. It had everything we needed and we loved the gallery kitchen versus having a kitchen in the open space. We would be able to be in the kitchen and make some noise while the kids are in the room sleeping. The only thing that I think this place needs is an update on their furniture. The mattresses were not too comfortable, but because we were so tired from the day, everyone fell asleep right away. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are back in Hawaii.

Great location close to the beach

Granddaughters loved the sand toys left to play at the beach. Aquarium, zoo and restaurants close. Bus transportation was excellent. Towels were plentiful, but a dry rack would have been helpful as laundry now 2:50 a load. Supplies limlted. Be prepared to wait a day if call for more. A few teaspoons, a larger measuring cup and 1 smaller pot would be helpful. Furniture was tired, but manageable for 1 week. Had a very pleasant stay. Thank you.

This was a girls trip of 3 middle aged women. The lanai had a beautiful view of Diamond Head and the sunrise each morning. The bedroom had a great view of the beach as well as the kitchen window. Out our bedroom window we could watch the fireworks. The kitchen is a galley kitchen off of the living room/dining room. This was a nice touch because if you were up early or late you would not disturb those sleeping in the bedroom. Another great thing about this place is the bathroom sink and vanity are outside the bathroom. This allowed someone to shower and then do hair and makeup while someone else was showering. This condo was equipped with kitchen utensils and everything you needed to prepare a meal. The bathroom had bottles of shampoo etc. Being the end unit was nice and quiet. The laundry room next door was also great. To wash and dry it’s 4 a load now. You can use quarters or an app on your phone. Condo had plenty of storage for clothes. No issues with the elevators except for the last day. We actually went up to come back down to the lobby as each elevator that stopped on the 14th floor was full. Just a tip if you encounter this. The host was always right there when we texted with any questions. Very personable and went above and beyond for us. Would definitely stay here again. Short walk to the beach and several restaurants in the area including the Cheesecake Factory. 15 minute walk or less to the international market place, zoo and aquarium.

Great location

We travel to Oahu frequently and have stayed at the Waikiki Banyon many times in different condo units. We love this location because parking is included and our grandkids love the pool. This unit was not the best. While fairly clean, it is cramped and ill-equipped. The kitchen is not well-stocked and I had a hard time preparing meals. The unit is old and the caulking is failing, walls are dirty, etc. It is a corner unit with lots of street noise.

Convenient location

The condo is conveniently located. Beach is a long block away and there are shops nearby. Parking included is a big perk since there's limited parking in Waikiki. There are beach towels, chairs and umbrellas which was great. The view on the post is not the main view. You see the ocean view from the narrow galley kitchen window and not the main balcony where the view is the other condos across the street. The window was dirty in the kitchen so it's definitely not as nice as the posted picture. You can hear the main road noise and sirens even from th 14th floor.The washer/dryer room is located next door which is convenient but you can hear the machines running. They do shut them down from 11pm-8am. Overall, this condo was a nice place to stay with all the amenities needed. Just be aware it's not ocean front but it's roomy and comfortable.

VANYAN ! stay so good!!

Hi' Mr.Dena Dooley "First of all, it was a relatively low floor this time."Because the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate on the stairs. "Overall, the room was spacious, and I could spend a comfortable time with everyone in my family."There was a jacuzzi in the hotel pool, so adults could heal their tiredness, and there was a playground equipment right next to it, so children aged 3 and 5 could enjoy it together." Furthermore, the location of the hotel was convenient as it was close to shopping and beach. If I can visit Hawaii again, I would love to stay at the Banyan Hotel."I am grateful to Mr. Dooley, the owner of this room, for having a comfortable time this time. "Thank you very much. not as advertised

it was advertised as a newly remodeled unit. there was dust you could write your name on the coffee table, dust bunnies in the corner on the floor. cracked tile and mold in the tub. towel rack fell when we hung a towel. 1 bottle of shampoo and 3 empty bottles of conditioner. had an open bag of coffee which we did not use. ceiling fan didn't work but got that fixed. there was a phone but not connected. talked to the people on the 5th floor but they told us that it was a private owner and to contact them. not planning on using vrbo again. took pictures but don't see where to attatch.

Great location and view but some issues

The place was mostly as expected. The information provided to us in the welcome email was mostly wrong and didn't even contain the correct door code, so we had to call the property manager to even get I to the room. The property manager was not located on site like the provided information said. There also was no beach stuff or sand toys provided like the welcome information said. We were not initially provided enough bedding for all three beds. This was awkward since the property management office was closed by the time we figured this out. They close at like 4:30 pm so if you can't check in until 4 you have very limited time to figure out what you are missing. The property was pretty clean and the views were great. We really enjoyed the pool and the deck and the nearby beach. It was good to be able to cook and they did have a toaster, microwave and a rice pot. It could use more utensils as we pretty much had to wash a lot.The apartment could use some maintenance the kitchen sink leaks and the bathroom door does shut. The pull out bed was really really uncomfortable and I doubt adults would really be able to sleep there. The parking garage did have some issues with very narrow spots and difficultly parking. They also said in the welcome information that a SUV would not fit in the parking garage so we rented a sedan. There were lots of SUVs in the parking garage but we did see some large jeeps either scrape the top or have to back out. However a normal SUV would be fine.

Good but could be better with a few changes

Property was clean. Well described but the material on the chairs on the lanai were thin and worn. We were afraid to sit on them. One did rip while we were there. I told Property manager about the chair. Also they did not have anywhere secure to hold our luggage after we checked out. We purposely got a later flight on our last day so we could spend more time on the beach and we couldn't because we had our luggage.

BEWARE

This condo is very well located right by Waikiki beach…. But is has a lot of issues. The apartment was filthy: the floor had not been swiped or cleaned for days, there were dirty plates in the cabinets, dried rice in the microwave and on the kitchen counter, and even hairs in the bed! The AC unit is incredibly loud. One of the beds sinks about 5 inches in the middle, and the futon is super uncomfortable. The place is managed by Kokoresorts, which are NOT in the building anymore. We tried to contact them twice (for extra towels and toilet paper) and only got 50% success rate! The owner could not help us with this issue. You also have to pay for the few electric BBQs available and they shut them down at 8pm whether you are done or not. Oh, and the boogie boards are all broken and the tennis court is not usable. Bottom line: great location, but needs some love and better management.

Absolutely perfect!

This condo was amazing! It had everything that we needed and then some. We went with 14 people in our group. Spread through 4 different condos. Everyone else was jealous of how nice ours was! I will always try to rent from Scarlett and Dena Dooley. They took amazing care of us!
