Gorgeous house and Wonderful amenities

We were very pleasantly surprised that the house was everything as described on-line, and perhaps even more lovely than the reviews had indicated. The home is beautifully designed, built and decorated .The kitchen was very well appointed and the owners stocked it with everything you need. The location is awesome in a very quiet neighborhood. We loved it so much that on the last night of our stay, we booked it again for the same time next year. Its got a great private pool in a beautifully landscaped garden, BBQ and plancha areas. Nicole answered all our questions leading up to our visit and responded quickly to a few questions we had when we were at the house. I would HIGHLY recommend this rental to anyone looking for absolutely breath taking views of the sunset on the laguna, beautiful sandy beaches and privacy.

Everything was perfect during our stay i

Everything was perfect during our stay in your beautiful new house.All necessary what you could imagine was there. The house was situated very close to the salt lake, beautiful sunset. Peaceful area.Nicole gave us nice instructions, e.g. Bike-ride and restaurants etc. We played golf a lot so couldn't make to all restaurants you suggested. Few tested, they all were great. Thank you of everything and have a beautiful sunny summer! Br. Katariina and Jukka

We had a wonderful stay in Nicole’s fabulous villa. The communication was absolutely spot on and any issues we had were quickly and easily resolved. The sunset from the balcony overlooking the Lagos de Sal was absolutely beautiful on a number of evenings.It is a lovely peaceful spot for a great relaxing holiday and the pool is fantastic with inflatables at hand as well supplied by the host.It wasn’t too far to venture into Torrevieja it is a perfect location.

The Villa was outstanding, the kids loved the pool, we loved the BBQ Grill, the beds where so comfy, we met the owners on the last day they where lovely people, the villa has everything you need for the perfect holiday, with outstanding views and sunsets x

Nice villa for a family holiday

A very nice and well equipped villa. Nice view on the pink salt lake from the roof/ terrace. Garden with gas BBQ which we used frequently. There are two mountain bikes to explore the surroundings or go to town. The communication with the host was very good and she was welcoming us in person and showed us around the house. A late check-out was no problem. Enjoyable holiday in nice villa. Several national parks close by.

Beautiful Villa

Myself, husband and our 3 daughters (age 17, 15 & 11) stayed at Nicole's beautiful villa for 2 weeks in August. We had a lovely relaxing break and there was plenty of space for the 5 of us. The villa has an amazing view of the salt lake and lovely sunset views in the evening. The weather in Torrevieja was very hot when we stayed, the villa has A/C but it isn't needed in the daytime because the villa stayed quite cool, the nights were warm so we did use it then and when getting ready to go out. We had hired a car which was great - although places to visit could be walked - the weather was so hot it was too much to walk everywhere! There are some nice restaurants in walking distance and a smaller supermarket. There are also some lovely restaurants in the main part of Torrevieja and an underground car park right by the main area of restaurants. Also bigger restaurants and shopping areas are nearby. The villa has all your need for a comfortable stay and you feel very safe and secure there. The garden is beautiful with some lovely plants and the pool and seating/sunbed/bbq area is spacious and pleasant. Having the addition of the outside lounge area was really appreciated when you want to sit out of the sun to relax but don't want to go indoors. Nicole was a lovely host & great at answering messages & questions and wanted us to have a comfortable & enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend staying here. We came home feeling relaxed & recharged from our stay. Thank you to Nicole

Stunning villa!

The villa was stunning, even better than the photos! It had everything we could possibly need for our 10 days there. The pool was a perfect temperature the whole time and was a welcomed activity in such hot weather. The temperature didn’t drop below 33 for our entire stay but the air conditioned villa made our stay very comfortable. Nicole responded quickly to questions we had and was very accommodating with an early check in. The 2 bikes at the villa were really useful when nipping to the supermarket as we didn’t hire a car. The nearest bars, restaurants and supermarket were only a 10 minute walk away and there was plenty of choice when eating out, but I would highly recommend a car if you plan to visit the centre and beach. We walked it once but the heat got to us and booking a taxi is pretty much impossible! We will definitely visit again and would highly recommend this villa to anyone.

Lovely Villa

This is a lovely villa suitable for a couple or family. In our party there were 7 of us including 3 children aged 1-6. Its difficult to get a sense of the size from the pictures as they are all close up, the villa is not large but certainly big enough for our 10 day break. The twin room is on the ground floor so if you have small children you may need to take that into account. Nicole was very helpful and contactable throughout our stay and provided baby furniture on request. We stopped at the end of August and it was 32C every day. The villa was cool during the day so made our stay comfortable and the kids loved the pool which was a great size and had a shallow end with steps, which our 6 year old boys could easily stand up in. At the deep end it was around 1.8m approx. We rented a car for our stay which I would say is required if you are stopping during the summer or are not keen on walking long distances. Whilst there are some restaurants and supermarkets within 10-15 min walk the main promenade is by the port. This is where the majority of restaurants, shops, markets and funfair is located. There is ample parking if you arrive before 8pm. Walking to the port takes 45 mins but is only 10-15 mins by car. This was our first stay in mainland Spain during the summer and it took us a while to understand that most restaurants do not open until after 7pm. The waterpark is a 7 min drive from the villa and is an excellent day out for the children and highly recommended. The best beach we found locally is Playa de la Mata but the currents are strong there so do not leave small children unaccompanied in the water. There are also some smaller beaches either side of the port that have calmer water. In summary if you are keen on holidaying in Torrevieja this is a nice villa in a residential area close enough to the centre to get there easily by car. As for Torrevieja itself its fine near the centre but either side of the port is a little run down. If we were to holiday on this cost again I think we would head further south, possibly towards Cartagena or Le Manga.

Holiday with my teenage girls.

We have had an amazing holiday in this beautiful spacious villa which has high end appliances/fixtures and fittings and very comfy beds! The marble staircase with coloured glass windows adds a lovely touch. You feel very safe here in this quiet neighbourhood especially as you can park within the grounds of the villa which has an electric garage door onto the drive and the street entrance door is key coded. The villa is very close to supermarkets (Lidl, Mercadona and Carrefour) so no melted Icecream etc after shopping! The Habenaras shopping Mall, bowling and water park are also very close by. There is plenty of space outside for sunbathing and the pool is a good size for cooling off and relaxing. We had breakfast every morning on the terrace upstairs which was in the shade first thing. Excellent communication with Nicole from the moment you book and throughout your stay. It was lovely to meet Nicole and her husband on our last day, they are so friendly and accommodating you couldn’t ask for nicer hosts. We had a fantastic time and would definitely like to return.

Beautiful villa, everything you need and more!

We fell in love with the villa and pool. Nicole really had thought of everything and we found the villa so relaxing to stay in. The pool was fabulous and was a great temperature the entire two weeks we were there. The views are stunning from both balconies. We are missing it already! Thank you for allowing us to stay there Nicole :)

Fantastic family holiday

Perfect family holiday, we arrived after a long journey to a beautiful, spacious Villa which was finished to a very high standard with everything you could want and more and to top it off Nicole had supplied us with a welcome pack containing refreshments & snacks which was greatly appreciated. The villa was very clean and in a lovely area which felt very safe and secure. The large pool area was amazing with sun all day but also plenty of different areas to sit in if you needed a break from the sun. We spoke with Nicole a couple a times during our stay and she couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating with us. After spending a week in your beautiful villa we would definitely recommend it to anyone who is wanting a bit of luxury and a nice and quiet relaxing get away. However there is plenty to do in the surrounding area if you like to get out and about. Thank you to Nicole and her husband, it was lovely to meet you both, we all had a fantastic holiday.

Fantastic stay

What a great holiday we had, so relaxing. Loved chilling by the pool. We used barbecue couple of times which was excellent. Villa was outstanding, everything you needed and more. Within walking distance to supermarket and some lovely restaurants/bars. Would definitely recommend this villa. Nicole and her husband were so lovely and welcoming, nice refreshments on arrival and provisions in fridge for breakfast. Thanks again Nicole, we will certainly return.

Vi har haft en fantastisk vecka i det här huset! Nicole och hennes man var mycket trevliga och tillmötesgående med allt. De har svarat snabbt på våra e-postmeddelanden och frågor. Huset och utrustningen var bra men det var en liten frys. Området var lugnt och det var nära till alla mataffärer. Våra förväntningar infriades och vi fick även träffa Nicole samt hennes man som visade oss runt i huset vid ankomst men även när vi skulle lämna. Vi rekommenderar boendet till våra vänner. Lovely villa, great location

Lovely villa, even better than description on HomeAway site. Everything was nice and clean. Nicole and her husband gave us a warm welcome, introduced the villa and all house appliances. Kitchen is well equipped. Pool is big enough for family swimming. Neighborhood is peaceful, still close to Torrevieja center. Great villa, we will absolutely recommend this one.

Fabulous villa,beautiful pool and welcoming package

Lovely Villa and surrounding garden area close to local bars and restaurants. Although there are 3 bathrooms only 1 bedroom is En-suite with the En-Suite and downstairs bathroom having showers, the individual bathroom has an over bathroom shower. Washing machine located in downstairs shower room. Kitchen area, BBQ & plancha brilliant. Free Wi-fi & TV access brilliant. Bicycles were great for nipping to the Supermarket and into town however because there are only 2 bikes you’re limited if more than 2 people staying in the Villa. therefore the area would benefit from a Cycle Hire facility to give people opportunities to hire more bikes. Overall a lovely Villa approximately 2.5km from Torrevieja. Difficult for 6 people to get a taxi into town resulting in a €15 taxi ride each way. Apart from that it is in a peaceful area where you can totally relax and have a great holiday. Thanks to Nicole for a fabulous weeks holiday.

A brilliant villa in a very nice area

We had a great stay in this brilliant villa which really exceeded our expectations based on the pictures and descriptions on the web. The villa is very well equipped, very clean and situated in a quiet area, close to the Pink Lake, the sea and shopping areas. Nicole, the owner, met us at the villa and gave us all the information we needed and surprised us with a very nice and tasty welcome package. We highly recommend this villa and we are looking forward to spend another holiday there.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Gracias a su micro clima Torrevieja es soleado la mayor parte del año. La casa nos ha encantado immediatamente por su vista unica sobre la Laguna Rosa . El barrio no solo es tranquilo pero es auténtico al contrario de tantas nuevas urbanizaciones. La presencia del sendero es un activo valioso para llegar al centro sin necesidad de coche. Los magnificos atardeceres nos recuerdan los cuentos de las 1001 noches

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

3 habitaciones independientes y 3 baños.
Tener varios patios contribuye a una sensación de intimidad. El nivel inferior de configuración de planta abierta es muy cómodo. El lounge exterior es el lugar perfecto para descansar .
La ubicación de la casa es ideal: cerca de las playas y la proximidad con 12 campos de golf.
