Relájese para tomar un cóctel y luego cene en su patio cubierto privado directamente frente a la piscina.

Great place

This place was very nice. Better than the pictures. It was clean, check in was easy, it had all the necessities and was close to everything. Great location. The owners were responsive and kind. I have no complaints and just appreciate the kindness and hospitality!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and we are never disappointed. It is in a super Scottsdale location and the condo is always clean and comfortable. We’ve never had a problem and we would definitely come back.

Nice location, nice setting, good value

The 2-bedroom apartment is located in a gated community of residential apartments. It seemed that most of the other apartments were occupied by permanent residents. There were only a few other "tourists" like us - which was good - it was relatively quiet. The surrounding neighborhood is very residential - no tourist attractions. The hosts were very quick to respond (via the VRBO app) to a few concerns which we had during our 6-week stay. The kitchen is well-provisioned with cutlery, plates, equipment, etc. Lots of linens for the beds and baths. The place could have been cleaner. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location! Great patio!

Stayed 2 winter months. Great location in quiet, small and gated complex. 1.2 miles to Old Town with lots of restaurants, art galleries (loved Thursday night’s Art Walk) and shops. Bike path is 2 blocks away. Condo itself has comfortable furniture, good kitchen appliances and lots of storage. Practical to have garage and be on ground floor. Pool and spa area is fenced with grown shrubs for privacy (unfortunately the pool is not heated but we did make frequent use of the hot tub). Good size patio with good electric BBQ gets partial sun most of the day. We were happy to have brought our Brita as the water in Scottsdale is highly chlorinated. We were also surprised that recycling does not seem to be a priority in Scottsdale, and there was no recycling at this condo complex. We had brought our bikes and felt safe to leave them locked under the stairs near the front door. Communication with host was outstanding. Elisa was quick to have new quality beddings shipped to the condo, and to ensure that any missing or broken items (toaster, bathroom fan) were quickly replaced (host plans to replace carpets in bedrooms). I was also able to get personal deliveries to the condo during our stay. There are 2 very affordable golf courses within minutes (look for City Courses), numerous hiking trails (Papago & Camelback less than 10 minutes away; McDowell & Piestewa about 25 minutes …), Roadhouse Cinema is 10 minutes, and Old Town is a 20 minute walk away with plenty to do and see. Enjoy!

Really Nice Condo

Enjoyed our stay here. The condo is very nicely furnished and was well stocked with some essentials. A/C worked fine as did all appliances. The condo is in a quiet gated residential complex with a small swimming pool. Host was very responsive and helpful and communications were easy.

One great place to stay.It

It is right in the middle of everything. It is close to the 101. We played golf 15 times in are time there. My son and his wife came for five days and we went to the Grand Canyon and Sedona. It was easy to travel all around the valley. We went to the Mesa swap mart and got some new golf irons. The condo is so comfortable and they a grill on the patio.

Great Location!

The hosts were awesome, location is great, the space is fine. Great for 2 friends or a couple to stay at. Fully stocked with everything you need. Wish it was a bit cleaner when we checked in, but overall nice place to stay for a month in Scottsdale.

Beautiful Property

The unit was extremely clean and well supplied with not only every imaginable kitchen accessory you might need but, also supplied with all paper goods you would need for your entire stay. There is an outside patio with a barbeque on it and even a fireplace. The unit is very updated and spacious.

Very comfortable cute condo centrally located in Scottsdale

My mother and I stayed in the condo for a little over a month and it was wonderful! It was so cute and so close to everything, it was a joy to stay there. The owners were very easy to get ahold of and very attentive when we needed them. So close to Old Scottsdale and all of the thruways and freeways one could get anywhere they needed to go easily. The patio and the French doors are the real gem of this condo! The patio is drenched in sun all day long! We did not even need to go to the pool if we felt like being private and getting some sun. The view off the patio was so beautiful morning noon and night!

A great location in Scottsdale. Within a 15 min. Walk to the Giants spring training camp. About 5 min. From Continental golf course. Great restaurants and art work Old Town Scottsdale. Great First Experience

This was the first time we booked with Home Away. We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was well furnished with what we needed. Condo is close to Old Town and shopping is nearby. We had a couple of concerns but they were taken care of immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent, the owners instantly responded to all our questions and the accommodations suited us well

I stayed six weeks and was recovering from major surgery. The accommodations were perfect; the beds were exceptionally comfortable, having two bedrooms, two baths was perfect so my girlfriend who was helping me out could have her separate space as well. The wide screen TV, easy chair and ottoman served me well; I could be comfortable while enjoying the only source of entertainment available to me at the time. The full kitchen was essential for us since we wanted to prepare fortifying meals and not have to be entirely dependent on costly restaurants. The garage was also useful as it provided cover and security for our rental car. The overall decor was also pleasing and was a factor in our choosing to rent the condo. Our only criticisms are that there were some critical (to us anyway) utensils we had to purchase in order to prepare meals; we left them behind for the next occupants to use. We also found a lot of dust behind a TV cabinet; we mentioned this to the owners and I am very confident this will be remedied. We would stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it!

Nice apartment with a good location, in Scottsdale

I found Eliza and Richard easy to communicate with. They are responsive and pleasant and they continue to improve their apartment. During my stay they brought in a new, cozy living room chair. I highly recommend their place.
