Wonderful Property

We loved the location and the beautiful views of the mountains. Perfect spot to access the trails along the canal and golf course. Very quiet and peaceful but with easy access to Old Town or the freeway.

Great home in a great location

Our family had a great time. The home was clean, comfortable, well stocked, and just as we would have hoped from the listing. The location is great with the path and golf course right out the back. Phil had everything set up and was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Rental in a Great Location!

This property was perfect for our family’s first trip to AZ. It was very clean, comfortable, and spacious throughout. Great views of Silverado Golf Club and sunrises from the back patio. Outside temperatures were a bit cool but we were still able to use the pool and jacuzzi which were well heated. Location was close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment and it was very easy getting around the PHX metro area. I highly recommend this gem!

Exellent place

This was a great place for my wife and two kids to use as a base to explore the area. Having the Greenway bike path a few steps outside the back door was amazing. It was great to be able to go for a morning run or a walk around sunset. And we rented bikes at the Bike Emporium one day. My kids used the pool on the warmer days. Everything in the place was clean and as advertised. Highly recommended.

Perfect Stay for Mother/Daughter

Great location, beautiful views, so close to the walking/riding path, golf course, restaurants and shopping. Complex was clean, peaceful and quiet, we enjoyed the pool or sitting on the patio and watching everyone go by. Just one hiccup when door code would not work upon arrival, we felt stranded as Uber had dropped us off but Phil is very responsive and issue was resolved in about 15 mins. Would stay again.

Property was AS LISTED: Perfect. The kitchen had everything you need. The condo was spotless. The bed was very comfy. We are golfers and the location of Phil's place to EVERYWHERE was so convenient! Great location!

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Phil was easy to work with and responded immediately to any questions. Location is perfect for Scottsdale area with easy on/off the highway, paved trail out the back door for biking/walking and a golf course you can walk to from the condo. Would definitely stay here again when we return to the area.

Immaculate condominium/Excellent location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Phil’s property. This well kept quiet condo was perfect for us. Stayed week of June18-27. Air conditioning worked excellent. Kitchen was well supplied with utensils and dishes. King size bed was very comfortable as was large sectional sofa. We rented bikes for the week and access to bike path/greenbelt couldn’t have been more convenient. Excellent accommodation! Would definitely stay again!

Great Stay

Unit is as pictured and described (actually the master bath is newly updated from the pictures). Phil is very responsive to any communication. Our program: 1) Get up for great sunrise view from the patio over the golf course and mountains. 2) Go for a walk/run/bike ride on the adjacent Greenbelt path system. Literally walk out from the patio directly on to the path. (can rent bikes from nearby Bike Emporium) 3) Do an adventure or activity easily reached in all directions from this central Scottsdale location. 4) Return for a dip in the community pool 5) Go to dinner at a multitude of good places within close driving distance (can walk to Silverado Golf Clubhouse Grill as well). Also short Uber or drive to Old Town Scottsdale. 6) Collapse on the comfortable king bed 7) Rinse, Repeat If your program is anything like ours, Phil's unit will work great for you. We will return.

Perfect Spot

The condo turned out to be everything we hoped for!! Just steps away from the walking/riding path and Silverado Golf course.. Many excellent restaurant choices nearby. Quiet and very well kept complex. The condo had everything we needed and was very nice -will definitely be back! Phil was very responsive.

Location, Location, Location

We loved staying in this two bedroom townhouse. The view from the patio was peaceful and yet great place to people watch as walkers, bikers, runners, and golfers carried on. The location was fantastic, 10 minutes to everything by car. If we had a bike we would have rode to many places via the green belt path. Master bedroom and bath were great and I loved the huge closet with lots and lots of hangers. Plenty of appliances for our needs in the way of cooking. Morning sun on the patio if you get up early, rest of the day & afternoon shaded. Pool was very close and nice size with plenty of chairs and hottub. Added feature is having washer/dryer available. Can't wait to come back! Communication with Phil was always a text away and he responded promptly. EASY PEASY check in by using the four digit code you give him. Easy to remember! Beautiful view of mountains and golf course. We were there March 2022 !

Scottsdale 2022

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 9 day stay at the condo as an escape from the harsh Kansas winter (we were originally going to have 4 but our daughter and her bf didn’t make it which allowed me the ability to use the second bathroom for toiletries, getting ready, etc. though the master bath has two sinks and is quite roomy). The condo is spacious, clean, and location was fantastic- true Scottsdale- with the online pictures being an exact representation of this homey but classy, southwestern style condo. We truly felt like it was ours. There is something special about this place I just can’t describe. We cooked a late morning breakfast each day after a long walk on the greenbelt and ate dinner out after our daily activities. Perfect scenario! We also enjoyed the nice smart TV’s in the living room/master bedroom for watching our favorite shows on Netflix and Hulu. Phil was quick to respond when I had a question at check-in and everything went smoothly. We had everything we needed and more. We have no complaints and highly recommend.

Wedding weekend

The property was perfect and Phil was the best. He was prompt in answering all our questions and booking our weekend. The condo was a perfect location for our guests who were in town for our daughter's wedding. The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed. Highly recommend this VRBO.
