Esta casa frente de playa fue renovado y cuenta con la mejor ubicación con Pier Park a sólo unos pasos de distancia. El hogar tiene Viking estufa y nevera bajo cero, máquina de hielo separada, cajón calentador y un enfriador de vino y bar. Despiértese con el sonido de las olas en la cómoda suite principal con un amplio baño principal con una oficina de trabajo para los adictos al trabajo. También tiene una bonita plataforma para atrapar algunos rayos. Dormitorio en la planta baja frente a la playa o el otro dormitorio en la planta baja con baño privado. Dos dormitorios suite de arriba con cocina y biblioteca. Cada habitación tiene una cama queen con una buhardilla con una cama individual y un nido que lo hace acompañar cuatro a una habitación. Best Beach House and Owner in PCB

First, my family and I want to express our deep appreciation to Kathy and her family for allowing us to have the best family beach vacation ever at their beautiful house. It's immaculate and gorgeous and location is perfect is especially for my older parents. My newborn loved it and there was even a kiddie pool Kathy left for the little one to splash in all week. My cousin, brother, and sisters and my parents really enjoyed being in a location where we had dual immediate access to the beach and Pier Park. We treated the house as if it was our own, meaning we cleaned and made sure everything was as it should be when we left. We even cleaned all the beach stuff even though we had brought our own. When all said and done, my family would not rent any other beachhouse in the future as we found the ONE! The owner's are the best as well and again are very grateful to them.

Wonderful family beach house

We were very impressed with the house. We have never stay in a house which was so thoroughly equipped with everything you could possibly need. The porch overlooking the beach was tremendous! Our only concern was there were 10 in our family with 4 teenagers. It was perfect other than the fact that the small day beds in the two bedrooms were too small for growing teenagers. One grandson slept in an open library area on a sofa. I think it would be great if you had smaller children. We never did locate pull out trundle beds, so sleeping 13 as stated in the owners description would be a stretch. The master bedroom and bath was a wonderful haven to say the least!

Gorgeous home on the beach

The House was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed for a perfect Thanksgiving week at the beach. We had2 families with 9 adults staying together. We had plenty of room to spread out. The location is awesome everything we needed was within a 10 minute walk.

BEST BEACH VACATION EVER

This beach house was the perfect get-a-way for our family of 11! First time for us to rent a house instead of a condo, but we needed the room with our growing family. Home was absolutely beautiful, completely stocked with every little thing from toiletries to beach chairs, to fully stocked kitchen! Easy to contact the owner, who was a pleasure to work with! Perfect location within walking distance to Pier Park and great shopping and restaurants. But the best part was sitting on the amazing porch, overlooking the beach that was just a few feet away!

The perfect beach house

The house is laid out well. From the kitchen, dining and living rooms, you can look out and directly view the ocean. Everything you could need during your vacation is there. The covered porch and deck off of the master bedroom were both perfect, with nice outdoor furniture, including a dining table on the covered porch. Very small suggestions: Is there an umbrella for the outside dining table. We only saw beach umbrellas and it would be helpful to identify one for the table. It also would be helpful to include detailed instructions on how to work the television. Someone in our party was able to make part of it work, but we couldn’t access Roku or log into online streaming sites using our own accounts. We would stay longer if we could snd return frequently. It’s the perfect beach house.

Wonderful Week in Panama City

My family stayed here for a week at the beginning of August. This was a last minute booking and the whole process couldn't have been easier. Kathy, the owner, was extremely helpful with the booking and in providing suggestions for things to do and places to eat. The house is exactly as pictured. It's been beautifully updated and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. The beach access if great and being a ways down the beach from large condo buildings, the beach in front of the house is not very crowded, which was nice. If you are planning a trip to Panama City Beach, we would highly recommend this property.

Perfect house!!!

I've done many trips over the years to Panama City Beach and my group size ranges from 8 to 14. This house is every bit as advertised. Kathy the owner was very helpful with the house and making sure everything was in place and ready to use. This house is absolutely beautiful, very spacious and well stocked. You will not want for anything at this place, you will not have to bring much from your own house. There is plenty of space for your family and friends. You will not be disappointed if you book this house and I look forward to my next vacation at this same place.

Had a FABULOUS time at the house!

Loved the house! Great location, though it's in a busy part of the beach/city, we chose to keep away from it and that was nice. Buddy's seafood market was great- we grilled out each night and truly enjoyed our stay. Coming from out-of-town it was so nice to have beach towels and chairs provided. The kitchen was fully stocked, which was nice since we cooked each meal for our group at home. We'd certainly rent this house again!!!!

BEAUTIFUL HOME, AWESOME LOCATION & GRACIOUS OWNERS (We will stay again)

This home is beautiful and is a piece of paradise in Panama City Beach! We've stayed in PCB for years (30+), but this is the 1st time we ALL stayed in a home. Our entire immediate family (siblings, children, nieces & nephew, and great niece & great nephew) stayed and there was plenty of room. We were in PCB for a family reunion and had family over for cocktails on the deck, and grilled fish & burgers on the supplied charcoal & gas grills. We couldn't have asked for a better location to sit and watch the sunset. Kathy is a wonderful host and the house was supplied with everything we needed, with the exception of groceries. Kathy has inside games in case of inclement weather, and all of the chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and floats for the ocean. We spent everyday with our toes in the sand and playing in the ocean. We loved the location since it is within walking distance to Pier Park and great restaurants. It is also conveniently located near great golf courses. Unfortunately I had to work a few days. There is a private executive office upstairs that I utilized for many conference calls, and I didn't hear anyone else in the house. Their WIFI was awesome for my needs. Overall our stay was more than we expected and we will definitely stay at Kathy's again. You'll love this home.

Perfect beach house... Look no further!!

June 17th-June 24th 2017 This house was amazing!! We were very impressed with how clean it was when we arrived!! We had 4 families staying there and had plenty of room for everyone!! The location couldn't be any better!! If anyone is looking for the perfect beach house to rent for vacation.... This is it!!

Breath taking home with absolutely everything you could possibly need.

Everything about this house and Ms. Kathy was amazing. Our huge family enjoyed our week together and all the memories that were made hanging out on the huge deck, steps away from the sand and ocean, the dinners prepared in the amazing kitchen and so much more. Beautiful inside and out!

This beachfront home is even more beautiful than the pictures. We had a wonderful family vacation that included 4 families for a total of 12 people. We had plenty of space to easily accommodate us all. This is truly THE best location on the beach! We easily could walk across the street to Margaritaville in Pier Park for my favorite new drink "last mango in paradise". Every morning started out on the top deck enjoying the amazing view of the gulf. Kathy had everything we needed for a relaxing day at the beach including towels, chairs and umbrellas. We were lucky enough to met her during our stay and she made us feel very welcomed! Thank you so much Kathy for sharing your beautiful home with us! It will be a vacation to be talked about for years! Great memories made❤️. Already of dreaming of our next stay.

I love this beautiful beach house!!!

Our family was so pleased when we opened the door to this beachfront home. The first thing I noticed was the inviting aromatherapy. The house smelled so good!!! Next was the interior design of home. Everything was so beautifully placed and the lighting which could be dimed in basically all of the rooms help set the mood for our stay. Every single room was inviting to stay in. Kathy made sure that things were stocked in the kitchen that we might need for our stay. So if you decide to rent (which you should) check the kitchen first. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pot and pans, bake ware, wine glasses, garbage bags, eating and cooking utensils, paper towels, towels and oven mitts. I was so amazed on how stocked the kitchen was. I have rented at PCB before and never seen a kitchen so stocked. My husband and I had the master bedroom which was beautiful. The master bathroom was a treat as well. I loved the shower, the tub, the mirrors and the lighting. The bed was so comfortable like all the other beds in the house. Getting up and going out on the deck was a delight. The loft was also relaxing. My sister in law and her husband spent a lot of time in the loft watching TV for some alone time for themselves. They also loved their room and bathroom. Like I stated all the rooms are a very nice and comfortable. It was pleasure getting up in the morning and then going to the patio and having breakfast and looking at the beach. The beach is right there in your face. No need to go across the street or drive. In fact no need to drive anywhere (maybe to the grocery store) because Pier Park is right across the street!! I felt as if the house was mine. That is how comfortable and inviting the house is. I am so in love with it I will be back over and over again. I have stayed at many rentals on Front Beach Road and this is the best one so far. Kathy was kind and made sure that our stay was the best one we ever had. I could go on and on about this house that is how much I am in love with it!!! Next time we will have to stay longer!! So if you are reading this review and you are trying to decide on renting this beautiful beachfront home don't hesitate to do it. You will not be disappointed!!! Best Rental in Panama City!!!

My husband and I have been renters in the area for the last 28 years. This year we needed a home large enough for our children and grandchildren. We could not have found a more perfect home to rent. This is an exquisite home; I felt like I was in a five star resort. The home is equipped with absolutely everything you could ever need for cooking, relaxing, reading as well as for the beach. We had more than enough room for 8 adults and 5 small children. The owner went out of her way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Thank you Kathy for opening this beautiful home so that families like mine can make cherished memories.

Stunning! Exceptional Location! Best rental I have ever had in the panhandle.

My family has been vacationing in the Destin/Panama City Beach area for almost 20 years. For the last 6 years, we have rented beach front homes through VRBO or local leasing agencies. We only rent luxury homes, and this home was hands down the best to date. The home is beautiful, the location is exceptional, and the owner and staff are phenomenal. But what really sets this home apart, is how well stocked this home is. It was truly like being home. Not the standard couple of towels, 1 roll of toilet paper or paper towels. Food, tons of towels, beach towels, blankets, toys, toys, and more toys, beach set ups, it was just amazing! On top of that, both the owner and team reached out to us during our stay not only to check on is but to apologize for the non stop rain (and offer to take us to dinner!). This home is perfect for vacationers who want to play on the beach all day or just enjoy the scenery from the house. Don't miss this opportunity if it's available during your stay. You can literally park the car upon arrival and not get back in it until it's time to go home. Pier Park is across the street and offers everything a vacationer needs. Stunning, exceptional, vacation heaven!

Dream beach house

This house met and exceeded all of our expectations. All of the details in this house were just wonderful. It was comfortable, not to mention beautiful. We did not leave the house except to go to the beach, where the beach chairs you provided were a godsend. We enjoyed the covered porch every night. The view out of the living room is just stunning when the shutters are open!! Also, having a workable Weber grill was amazing. We grilled five of the seven nights. The location next to Pier Park allowed our girls to wander over to shop or kill some time when they were bored with us.the kitchen had everything we needed so we never even wanted to go out to eat. When we did the location to Pier Park was so close it was a nice short walk so we never had to drive which was great with the traffic on Front Beach Road. The few things that we had trouble with were addressed quickly with the care takers, she even went out of her way to bring us her own crock-pot when we could not find one in the house. We have stayed at several houses over the years and this is by far our favorite. So many times you can tell it is a rental house and this one felt more like a home. We will be back for sure! Expectations exceeded!!!

This is a beautiful beachfront family vacation home in Panama City Beach. It exceeded our expectations in every way. My family and I (consisting of 8 adults and 7 children all under the age of 9), have visited various beaches in Florida for our annual family vacation. It was ideal for our 3 generation family. This was our 8th vacation home rental and was, by far, our most favorite. The location is truly perfect…right across the street from Pier Park with an endless supply of dining and shopping and only two houses away from the pier-perfect for fishing!. The view from the back deck is spectacular. The deck is incredibly large with plenty of seating and a charcoal grill. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious and several offer great views of the ocean. The kitchen is well supplied. Not only was there a traditional coffee maker, but also a Keurig with K-cups and creamer fully stocked. We cooked several meals while there and had everything we needed. The laundry room was stocked with detergent. There was an abundance of towels in every bathroom and a basket of beach towels placed by the back door. Every room had more than enough pillows. The property grounds were well maintained. The only thing you need to pack is your suitcase! We have been to several “nice” beach houses, but Kathy truly goes above and beyond with all of the little touches to make it perfect. She was a pleasure to work with. The family is already making plans to come back next summer.

We have owned this property for 27 years and did a total renovation when my husband retired from Saks INC in 2009 making it our permanent home. This is a unique opportunity to be a guest in our home and you will be pleasantly surprised and delighted at with all the perks that come with this home.

This house is the show stopper on the beach. It's location across the street from Pier Park makes it highly desirable. You have the best seat in the house for the fireworks from the pier and it is just a great home--not just a rental property. It has been meticulously cared for and is waiting for you to make your memories. You will fall in love and will want to come back!
