Beautiful views and great access to the beach. Very accommodating for our large group. A1 customer service with property management. My only issues were the fire alarm went off a few times for no reason that we could see and the hot tub didn’t get hot. Other than that, we would definitely book again.

Gulf Getaway

Beautiful location and stunning view of the Gulf! Rowdy neighbors and we couldn't figure out how to gear the hot tub but we made do. Excellent overall experience and plenty of space. We would definitely recommend as a beach getaway.

Family Christmas vacation

Everything was wonderful at this property! The location, the house and the property manager Todd was fantastic to work with. He communicated quickly and was so very accommodating to us! The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! I would definitely recommend this property.

The Best 3 in 1 property accomodations~

This property offers 3 houses in one price! It allows privacy for each party but the opportunity and convenience of togetherness if desired. The beach access was superb and cleanliness was second to none! Highly recommend and we intend to visit the property in the future.

Great location. Only negative was 2 of the remote controls did not have batteries, the handle was off the door to the cottage and there was no ice maker. Will stay again if available.

Fanily and sibling reunion

Great location, spectacular view of the ocean. Excellent accommodation of sleeping arrangement. Host-Todd communication- great customer service. A shout out to Mark, who immediately respond to message about property. Recommend to anyone who love the ocean, a time to spend with large family.

Beach Front

The property is well laid out and provides plenty of space for large parties. The property is in Panama City and not MirMar Beach. Overall a very good experience. The bungalow could really use some updating, bed and sofa are in average shape. Four stars, the back porch and beachfront location is fantastic.

Family spring break.

The property was spacious and accommodating. The location is fantastic with a beautiful beachfront. The beachfront is a few steps away so it’s safer for children. The hot tub was great. And the open space was large enough for us all together. The host was very reliable and got back to us on every question promptly. I would definitely recommend it. The only thing is that some sort of fence around the hot tub would make it safer for small children.

Baseball Trip

In town for a week-long baseball tournament. The house/property was awesome - right on the ocean and plenty of room for our families. Todd and Kim were terrific - very informative and quick to reply to our outreaches. We’ve been doing this for the past seven years at various locations and this was our favorite. Thank you Todd and Kim for making this a special trip for all our families!

Good time had by all

Amazing, this property was perfect for our large family. The beach out your back door “fabulous”. Private access meant we could easily take group pictures without a lot of beach goers walking past. We never had to find a spot on the beach. That’s great, especially when you have 80 year olds and preschoolers wanting to get a patch of sand. The house itself never felt crowded. The cottages were a huge bonus. This is one of the best trips we have had, thanks to this amazing property. Shout out to Todd and Mark for their help.

Seriously, we had a great family beach trip! This is in such a great quiet spot! Fantastic accommodation and kitchens are well stocked with items you might of forgot. As for the communication and host is amazing!! Incredible and the host responds super quick! I’m not joking. Host was amazing and went above and beyond with us! Dont hesitate and go ahead and book this place! Perfect price and even better experience than we expected for this price range! They should charge more 😆

Best family vacation ever!

My mother in law was recently diagnosed with terminal cancer and had one last request- one final Beach vacation with her entire family. There were 23 of us and this property was just perfect! The house was super clean & the kitchen had everything you could ask for in order to cook for a crowd. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and lots of room to spread out. The views were stunning and Todd was a joy to work with. He checked on us a couple of times throughout our stay. Our family had the best time being together here and making memories that will last a lifetime. Costal Commodity is a gem!

Amazing Beach Access

This is the second year staying at this property. We were so impressed the first year and everything was top notch. This year we were a little disappointed by the cleanliness and condition of the property. There were a few items that should have been kept up and or repaired/replaced for the rental amount that is being charged for the week. Overall though we had a great time.

Beachfront All Around Great Location

Our family had a wonderful time making memories. The house has tons of space. There is 8 separate sleeping areas not counting couches in the 3 separate living rooms. The main kitchen was fantastic. We cooked a lot and it met our needs with all the cooking utensils, etc. The kids had a blast playing and going crabbing at night time. The place does need a good cleaning. There was tons of sand under our bed and the a/c vents had to be cleaned while we were there. They hadn’t been touched in a while. The hot tub was big, fun, and relaxing.

This was our first visit to Panama City. We took our large family expecting to have a clean house with comfortable beds and nice living quarters.The house floors were dirty with black dog hair all over the beds and nightstands. The kitchen cabinet door was broke, my son in law fixed it, the door going outside, the handle came off and he fixed that as well. The glass cabinet on the counter was disgusting. The beds on the second floor were absolutely awful need to be updated. For the price we paid it should have been 5star, but it is more of a 1star. The host was nice and got a man to come change the bedding because of the dog hair he proceeds to tell us the owners stayed there before we did and had their dogs. I cannot believe the owners would not clean up after their selves. I was embarrassed because I promised my family that VRBO was great and well this was the worst. I will not recommend this place to anyone. The owners need to either sale it or remodel it and take pride in what they have. This was totally unacceptable in my opinion. The coffee pot in the little cottage did not work and it smelled weird. The whole place smelled like sewer. This was the worst vacation house we have ever rented.

Fantastic vacation rental!

This property is wonderful. My husband and toddler spent the week here with our extended families. There were 20 of us and there was plenty of room for all. The views were amazing! You can sit in the large dining/living area and see the ocean. I like that all of the bedrooms in the main house had fabulous views of the beach. The other apartments were also very nice. The hot tub was amazing and enjoyed by kids and adults. The management company was incredibly polite and helpful. One evening our smoke detector started beeping because the battery was low. Todd came within an hour to replace the battery. He was so nice. This property is amazing!

Stay

We really enjoyed and was a good fit for the price with. Lot of space including Theo small houses that has its own kitchen and bathroom with laundry. Can fit multiple family. One thing was when we came in the cleaners wasn’t done cleaning but we were fine with it because it was a big house with 2 mid additional houses and only just one wasn’t cleaned. But they got it done fast and think it was mistake on the cleaners part but the house is amazing and if we come back we will definitely book with them.

Great venue for beach lovers

Home was very large with several separate buildings ideal for multiple families. Right on the beach with private access and no crowds. Interior very much as pictured on website, with some normal wear-and-tear as expected for a rental, but nothing unattractive. Only TV with normal network access (NBC/CBS/ABC and CNN/ESPN etc) was in main living room but all other TV's throughout had ROKU. Manager Todd was responsive and helpful. Our only major problem was the hot tub/spa had inoperable heater so unusable during our entire week's visit, but Todd agreed to a modest but fair rental credit to offset that inconvenience. Credit received shortly after check-out. Positive ending to a fun week.

Very disappointed and embarrassed, as I was getting family together for a reunion. The bedrooms had dirty bedspreads on the beds, floors were filthy everywhere, everyone had black feet. We found a bra in one bedroom another had a play ring in the sheets. Locks on outside doors didn’t work. Window locks didn’t work. Kitchen was filthy, mold growing around sinks, drawers/utensil holders had crumbs in them and not clean. Refrigerator was dirty. Cabinets had food stuff splattered all over them. The cottage and garage places were very dated (and well used) Like a camping experience, not the luxury accommodations we were expecting. Washing machine didn’t work properly, lots of things missing or broken throughout houses. Hot tub made a horrible noise, had to turn jets off so we could hear each other talk. Definitely expected a lot nicer for the money we paid!The view from the house and beach access was amazing!
