Ubicado a solo 1 hora del aeropuerto de Liberia, con fácil acceso en autobús o en alquiler. El servicio de traslado ofrece servicio puerta a puerta.

“Casa Blanca” está ubicada en Surfside Estates / Playa Potrero con solo 8 condominios en el complejo; Con frecuencia tendrás la piscina para ti.

Amplio condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños / 1/2 ubicado a 3 minutos a pie de la hermosa y tranquila playa de Playa Potrero. Tres habitaciones tienen balcones privados que dan a la zona boscosa de la zona verde, por lo que te sentirás como en una casa en un árbol rodeado de naturaleza.

Tenemos la posibilidad de alojar a 12 personas que utilizan un condominio contiguo (también duerme 6).

Playas maravillosas, restaurantes, bares, tiendas de abarrotes, mercado de frutas y verduras frescas, todo a una corta distancia a pie. O alquile una bicicleta, un carrito de golf o un automóvil para explorar más lejos.
Las playas cercanas incluyen: Playa Flamingo, Conchal, Brasilito, Tamarindo, Penca, Prieta, Azucar (Sugar Beach). Los taxis son baratos y hay un servicio de autobús local.

"Casa Blanca" está equipada con todas las comodidades modernas del hogar:
Cocina del chef con desayunador, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito, lavadora / secadora, sala de estar abierta, habitaciones cómodas con ropa de cama fina, baños modernos y elegantes con cabinas de ducha de vidrio a medida y lavamanos para recipientes. El agua es limpia y potable.

sala de estar / comedor es ideal para el entretenimiento (o simplemente para relajarse) con puertas de doble slider que se abren a un balcón privado con vistas a la zona de un sereno, cinturón verde bosque en el que se escucha a los monos aulladores, canto de los pájaros y el sonido relajante de las olas del mar. Si vigila las ramas que se balancean, de vez en cuando puede ver monos aulladores.

Distribución de habitaciones divididas: principal en un lado con baño en suite. 2 habitaciones adicionales comparten un baño (cada habitación tiene acceso separado). Hay un tocador (inodoro y lavabo) en el vestíbulo principal.

Disfrute de un entorno exuberante, aves tropicales, monos y hermosas playas. Tanto si desea simplemente sentarse y relajarse o disfrutar de los espectaculares parques nacionales, pueblos con encanto o explorar muchas aventuras como la vela, pesca, surf, buceo, snorkel, paseos a caballo, ciclismo, tirolesa, escalada, descenso de aguas bravas. ... Costa Rica ofrece todo esto y más!

Excelente Condominio y ubicación

Disfrutamos bastante de la estancia en el condomino el cual cuenta con todas las comodidades para pasar unas Excelentes vacaciones. Los anfitriones (Natalie, Tim y Fabian) muy atentos y se esmeraron para que nos quedara todo claro y la pasáramos bien. la ubicación del condomino es excelente y está muy cerca de playas lindisimas - Brasilito-Flamingo- La Penca - Playa Grande

Condo was very nice and roomy. We could walk to everything we needed...beach, restaurant and stores. Condo was well stocked and property manager was extremely helpful. Night watchman was so friendly! Only disappointment was the pool which received very little direct sunlight so we spent zero time there.

Perfect Family Get Away something for everyone.

Homeowner send useful information before trip, as well as things to do and see. Property Manager was so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Upon arrival gift basket, and assisted with our every need. Property was within walking distance to beach and restaurants. Property was clean and very well maintained. Will stay there again. The owners and property managers have hospitality skills mastered!

Great time in potrero.

We arrived at the property and Tim was there to greet us and give us a tour. The condo was was as shown in the pictures. Very tastefully decorated and had everything as advertised. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We had a couple minor problems during our stay of which Natalie got corrected as soon as possible. We were very impressed by there actions. If we do come back to this area we will definitely will be staying here, if it is available. The beach is about 5 minutes walk at the very most. The beach is really good and very clean. If you like eating out there were three restaurants that we eat at were great and reasonable and you could walk to any of them within 10 minutes. We were two couples with lots of space. Great place. Once again Natalie thanks for such a great place.

We have loved our long-term stay

We have loved our seven months at Casa Blanca – waking up to the sound of birds, playing games out on the patio, splashing around in the pool, and hearing (and occasionally seeing) the howler monkeys in the trees behind the building. With three bedrooms, the condo has plenty of space for our family of four, and we can walk to everything: the beach, the Sailing Center, the fruit stand, and plenty of restaurants. (We are also a 12-minute drive from CRIA, where our kids go to school.) The condo is fully stocked with everything we need, and everything works – and if something doesn’t, Natalie and Paul and the property manager are very responsive and will send someone to fix it quickly. If we didn’t have to return to the U.S., we’d stay here for another year.

Fabulous Holiday!

We had the pleasure of staying at Casa Blanca over Christmas 2016. What a fabulous holiday it was. Fabulous weather, fabulous beaches, fabulous food, and a fabulous place to stay. The beaches, none of which are private, were many and out of this world, wide, long and clean, with Playa Potrero just steps away and Playa Flamingo within easy walking distance, so we didn’t spend much time in the condo pool, even though we had it all to ourselves. The food was plentiful with many restaurants in the vicinity, several just a stroll away from the condo, and a wide variety of foods, some local cuisine but mostly North American. Following the advice of some websites we packed plenty of bug spray, but there was a surprising absence of bugs and flies, so it all stayed in the suitcase; likewise the Immodium, as there was never any sign of tummy upsets. A wide variety of fresh and prepared foods could be bought at local supermarkets and fruit stalls, and the kitchen in the condo was very well equipped for cooking, with some gadgets that we don’t have at our own home. The unit was very clean, quiet and nicely and comfortably furnished for our vacation stay. Most other holiday condos we have rented barely have adequate living essentials. Besides the fact my wife and I had a lovely stay surrounded in this fantasy country, the condominium really made our trip memorable. We can’t wait to return. M & B - Canada

Serenity achieved!

Casa Blanca truly is your home away from home. All the amenities are there to make your stay a hassle-free one. The property was extremely clean, taken good care of, so was the condo. Natalie and Paul put in great attention to detail. The property manager was quick to respond to any of our inquiries. We let him know that the knives were dull and the next day, he came with an old-fashion sharpener but promised he would buy a more modern one when in USA because he couldn't find it there :) The condo is convenient/walking distance to watching sunsets, groceries and very good restaurants. We loved the fruit stand across the condo - fresh coconuts and pineapples that they cut for you! Pura Vida indeed. Would definitely recommend.

well organized and very clean

Welcome preparation of coffee and coffee filters, milk, sugar, salt, pepper, spare batteries, laundry and hand soaps and many other items were much appreciated. Some things needed a bit of work and they were taken care of promptly and easily. The local rental agent was very easy to get in touch with and a great help with bookings and info. The condo gate people were friendly at all times. It was a very relaxing vacation.

Home away from home

We are a retired Canadian couple who have been snowbirding in this lovely area for some years for a three month period. How lucky we have been to have spent this winter at Casa Blanca. We hate to leave this fully equipped quiet condo as it truly feels like home. Perfect location, quiet pool but noisy howler monkeys make an interesting morning wake-up. Randall always solves any problems and directs you to fun things to do. The owners are very open to any suggestions to improve your stay. (crock pot and electric barbegue) We highly recommend this condo for your stay in this great location in the middle of great places to eat and a pick of beaches to go to, not to mention a fantastic patio over looking green space for cocktails and bird and monkey watching.

Amazing Relaxing Time

For a week in December, we had an amazing and very relaxing experience at Casa Blanca in Potrero. The condo is beautifully equipped and furnished. There are only 4 units which share a good sized pool that we basically had to ourselves. The location is perfect with easy access to the beach in Potrero, as well as, nearby restaurants and markets. Other beautiful beaches like La Penca, Danta, and Dantita to the north and Flamingo and Conchal to the south are just a short drive away. Highly recommend it!

Relaxing experience!

We had an amazing and very relaxing experience at Casa Blanca 8 in Potrero. Location is perfect...nearby restaurants and supermarkets makes it an ideal location not to mention the easy access to the beach in Potrero and only a few minutes drive to incredible beaches like La Penca, Danta and Dantita. The house is beautiful and fully equiped, and by fully equiped I mean everything you may need and more is available to you at the house, the house was well organized and very clean, and the property manager was always available and very helpful. I really recommend staying at Casa Blanca in Potrero if you are looking to relax and a worry free vacation in Guanacaste.

Most Relaxing Vacation Ever

After a quick, direct flight from Houston to Liberia we arrived in beautiful Costa Rica. The 4 of us rented a car & had a gorgeous scenic drive to Playa Potrero. Our first two days there we’re spent relaxing and just familiarizing ourselves with the town of Potrero. What a cute little village and everything one needs within walking distance of "Casa Blanca" condo. Grocery store, liquor store and restaurants for breakfast and that “oh so important” Bloody Mary in the morning. After acclimating ourselves we drifted over to Conchal Beach where we had what was possibly the most delightful day of our whole trip: sunning, eating fajitas cooked right there on the beach and served with the coldest beer we’ve ever consumed and lounging for the whole day. We all had to have a massage on the beach under the mangrove trees and they were superb. We ate at several excellent restaurants but we all agreed that the Italian Restaurante Limonada what is the most superb food and service of all. We decided to do an adventure trip on one of the days. We called Jacamar Tours (or should I say you’re extremely efficient and helpful property manager, Randall Fields) and he arranged for their limousine to pick us up at the condo and provide transportation for us for a whole “day of adventure”. The day started with a beautiful drive into the mountains where we Zip-Lined over gorges, rivers, mountains and jungle only to arrive at a stable in the jungle; here we began the horseback riding portion of our adventure. After a brief ride through the jungle the horses deposited us on the banks of the Colorado River. Here the horses left us and we were issued helmets and very substantial inner tubes. No one was sure why we needed helmets for a “lazy river ride; we soon learned. Rapids, rocks, waterfalls and quiet pools - the Colorado River has them all and we experienced them all. At the end of the tubing excursion, we soothed our tired muscles with a “mineral mud bath” and then relaxed on the side of the beautiful river. After rinsing off the mineral mud bath, we relaxed in the hot tubs until we all recovered. After dressing we all dined on a delicious native meal, which was included in the excursion package. We saw beautiful sunsets every evening. We had so much fun in Costa Rica and your condo is beautiful. Randall let us want for nothing. We had 8 relaxing days in Costa Rica, can't wait to go back.

Fabulous central location. Fantastically equipped, spacious, air-conditioned apartment/condo. Absolutely everything was provided in the condo except food and drink. We enjoyed early mornings on the private balcony watching and listening to birds, monkeys and surf. Spent a week and had a lovely clean pool to ourselves. We came during the so-called "rainy season" but we've had absolutely fantastic weather every day so don't be put off by that. Plenty of varied restaurants and things to do and see. Ideal for complete relaxation and/or adventure. Property Manager is local if any help is needed.

Approximately 5-minute walk from our condo to Playa Potrero and one can enjoy long stretches of deserted beaches, mesmerizing sunrises and sunsets, and star-filled evening skies.

Grocery stores, a variety of restaurants and bars are within walking distance. Also, a fresh fruit/veggie market.

With 300+ days of sunshine, consistent warm temperatures, less humidity and rainfall than the rest of the country, this is paradise! The area boasts some of the most beautiful beaches and, for nature lovers, offers so much to explore.

All the modern comforts of home with a sparkling clean pool, security, and a short 5-minute walk to the beach (playa), grocery stores and restaurants.

Easy 1-hour drive from Liberia airport on paved roads. Door-to-door shuttle service available. Our Property Manager lives close by and is a great resource for local information, trips, etc.

Potrero/Surfside is located on the "Gold Coast" of Costa Rica close to Playa Flamingo which is consistently rated one of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica.

Tamarindo, offers world-class surfing and is only 20 minutes away where you'll find great shops, restaurants and nightlife .

Guanacaste region, located on the Pacific Ocean, experiences little rain and consistent heat from November to April. May to October is considered "green" season where you can expect rain at some point during the day or evening. October is typically the wettest month. The hot, dry climate makes tropical dry forests the province's natural vegetation type. One exception is the highland portion of the province which consists of the upper Pacific slopes in the Guanacaste Cordillera and the northern half of the Tilaran Cordillera. The cool, moist conditions along these ridges support luxuriant cloud forests.

With 300+ days of sunshine, consistent warm temperatures, less humidity and rainfall than the rest of the country, this is paradise! The area boasts some of the most beautiful beaches and, for nature lovers, offers so much to explore.
