Recientemente presentado en House Hunters International !!!! Condominio en el segundo piso recientemente actualizado con hermosas vistas al mar. Ubicado en la playa de Potrero con vistas a Flamingo y las islas Catalina. Convenientemente ubicado a poca distancia de restaurantes, bares y supermercados. Se acaba de completar una piscina con jacuzzi y balcones, lo que los convierte en algunos de los mejores condominios de la zona. Simplemente salga del condominio y vaya a la playa para esos paseos matutinos o vespertinos por la playa. O siéntese en el balcón y observe la puesta de sol mientras contempla las luces de Flamingo.

On the beach

Great communications, great spot on the beach, nice accommodations, five minutes to grocery and restaurants.Only downside was no dishwasher We were a group of six. Would have been better with only four.

Potrero Endless Beach

Very nice and realaxing place to stay. Nice community with two buildings each two levels and each four apartments. For us the apartmenet was ideal place to stay. Clean, calm, two sleeping rooms and two bathrooms. Fully equiped, more than one needs. Shops and bars etc. in walking distance. Property manager always helpfull and fast in communication Over all - Perfect stay

Beach condo

Convenient location right on beach. As with many dwellings in Costa Rica the plumbing left a little to be desired. Very slow shower drain and toilets that did not flush well. Pool got pretty dirty for half of our stay as pool maintenance people didn't show up often enough. AC did not work most of time in one br. bedrooms.

Perfect Location

This was my 3rd time in Playa Potrero because I love the beauty, simplicity, walkability, etc. and this condo is in the perfect location. You're in the middle of everything so it's easy to walk to restaurants and bars that are very close or if you're up for a longer stroll you can mosey to Las Brisas on one side or into Flamingo on the other side and check out other beaches, restaurants, etc. The condo is spacious and comfortable with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is great for cooking - full amenities and lots of space. Our favorite was the lovely balcony and outdoor space that are just steps from the beach. A great place to call "home" in Costa Rica! I would highly recommend this condo and we will be back... hopefully soon! Leah

Protrero Condo by the Sea

All in all our stay was excellent.Positives: the condo is as described. There is easy access to the pool (essential during hot weather), very easy access to the beach and to the warm water ocean. There are several good quality, modest-priced eateries within 3 or 4 minutes by car. The fruiteria across the road (100 metre walk) is excellent, economical and it is a great way to start the day with fresh pineapple or avocado. Negatives: the beds are hard, very hard - especially if you are a senior or have a tender back. There is NO worthwhile place to snorkel in the vicinity - none. All in all, several positives and a (for me) two negatives.

Endless Beach Condo

Overall I would definitely recommend this condo. The location and view are wonderful. Lis, the property manager was very helpful, friendly and prompt with her responses. The condo needs some upgrades, especially new toilets! They do not flush well at all even though you don't put your toilet paper in the tank! It's pretty gross. Sheets are soft but beds and pillows are only ok. Couches need to be replaced as they seem pretty old and dirty. Nice pool, nice long term neighbors, plenty of hot water, decent water pressure. This place is location, location, location!

To be repeated! Great relaxing getaway

My family and I stayed at Gary's condo on Potrero beach and we all enjoyed the stay. The views are wonderful, the pool and garden areas are just what we needed and the location is perfect to not have the tourist feel, yet have nearby conveniences. The condo is well equipped with bath towels, blankets, sheets and beach towels. The condo is ideal for 4 people but we had 6 comfortably (a child on the sofa bed and an adult on an inflatable full mattress). The best: views, wonderful balcony, AC when needed (although the breeze is great), great grill, pool and garden area. Could be better: the cooking supplies in the kitchen could be improved. The lighting in the second bedroom needs improvement as well. Overall, we loved our stay and will definitely look forward to staying here again. Bonus: Gary was available if needed and all the other renters during our stay were extremely enjoyable. Thank you Gary and Endless Beach Condo!

Awesome Beach Front Location

We loved our stay at Endless Beach Condo. The location allows you to walk to several restaurants and the grocery store. So nice to be able to do that in the evening instead of driving. The fruit market is directly behind the condo for easy fruit and veggie shopping. If internet service is important, make sure you check to see how it is working. When we were there it didn't always work and when it did, it was slow. Along with the internet, a couple of minor things that keep this condo from being a solid 5 star rating, were the lack of some general maintenance. The safe and the fans in the main room didn't work and the air conditioning in the main room barely blew out any cool air. We didn't know about the air until the last day when we turned it on while we were packing. A lot of the people that were staying at the condo complex were return visitors for the past several years. They were all welcoming and a good source of information. Everything was clean and the kitchen was supplied with an ample variety of pans, dishes and glassware. Overall a nice spot to spend vacation time. Costa Rica is amazing and we will be back!

Great Location - Beautiful Beach

Location offers great restaurants, beach with an awesome view. Our host Gary helped us obtain a rental car and arranged for a shuttle to and from the airport which was very much appreciated. The property manager Lis was great to deal with for every question or concern we had. We had to contact her about the Master bedroom toilet valve which was broken and was fixed in 24 hours. The TV box was broken when we arrived and was fixed in 48 hours. For the condo itself: although it is said to have been renovated, the patio doors are very hard to open. Possible replacing door rollers would help? The kitchen sink stopper is broken, one side of toaster did not work, we could not get oven to work - ancient stove, blender would not stop unless unplugged and frig was undersized for the unit. The door handle on the inside of the master bathroom door is missing! In the second bedroom insects repeatedly entered through wiring of the air conditioner. With continuous bug spraying area it seemed to help. We understand that the weather plays havoc with outdoor furniture but some does need replacement. The white plastic pool furniture is all cracked or has broken parts. Our guest broke through a lounger to the ground and could have been badly hurt if we hadn’t helped him out. The balcony furniture is rusted and ready to break. Some of these things may seem trivial but we felt they should have been in good working condition and need to be addressed for the comfort and safety of future guests.

Great stay at a great property. Gary the owner and Liz the property manager were great to work with. Each gave wonderful suggestions for places to go and places to eat. The condo was just renovated and very nice. The views are fantastic! We plan on staying there again the next time we visit Costa Rica.

Enjoyed our stay!

Great rental, condo is exactly as advertised. Neighbors are very friendly (there are 8 units in this complex). The condo is within walking distance to bars and restaurants on the beach. The beach is soft black sand and great for swimming right in front of the condo.

Beautiful Surfside Estate condo Stay!

Hi all, first and foremost, what you are paying for when you stay here is the beautiful location, having the ocean be a fingertip away, and warm weather. The condo grounds were nicely kept, pool was well maintained, and the outdoor patio grills were wonderful to use. The fence to the ocean needs some TLC. Happy with the outdoor shower to rinse off the salt water and sand. The property manager Lis, was very helpful, polite and easy to work with. Now the condo itself. The condo was clean and neat when entering. The couch and love seat are in awful condition. Uncomfortable to sit on and dirty, falling apart. The kitchen cabinets are old and also falling apart. The countertops are warped, also falling apart. The refrigerator is a freezer cooled refrigerator. Which is not a great cooling agent in a warm climate. The kitchen needed some utensils. The air conditioner in the kitchen and master bedroom could barely keep up. The bathrooms were of nice size. The toilet off the master bedroom didn’t flush well. We were grateful for the patio furniture, beach furniture, and umbrella’s. We loved the neighbors and loved the stay. We had SO much fun and it was very relaxing! We would love to stay there again. The price was great! All in all, although the condo is in need of an update, we were grateful for being able to have a great place and location to stay. We hope Gary will rent to us again!

Last days in costa rica

We got to or place late, but Lis was very good to work with, and it was no issue to get into the place. It would have been nice to get a run-through of the little things associated iated with the apartment but we figured things out. The location of this place is excellent. It is walking distance to a fruit and veggie market, another full-size market, and many great restaurants. It is also only about a 40 min drive to Tamarindo and Coco. One of our favorite beaches jn the area was flamingo beach which is very close. The condo had everything we needed to cook meals and had an awesome little Tiki bar grill area where we met all the great people staying there. All in all it was a great place to stay for our last days in Costa Rica.

We had a great stay in this beachfront condo. Close to all the restaurants and market. We walked everywhere except when going to a different beach. Beautiful view from balcony.

Needs some TLC

Nice view from the balcony! Condo is very outdated and pictures are very deceiving. Needs some major repairs, (ie ) AC in living room has a great big hole beside the wiring where you can actually see through to the outside. Pool was shocked the day we got there but yet was not vacuumed when the algee settled to the bottom causing the pool to go cloudy and dirty looking. The pullout couch is old and the mattress is unusable. The foam is less than a couple of inches thick. Patio doors does not close properly and we had red ants coming in through the cracks. This place is really old and needs a make over!

Great beach location. Near amenities, but not near busy resorts

We enjoyed our stay at Endless Beach. Gary was an excellent host, providing recommendations for restaurants, as well as activities nearby. There are only eight units in the complex, so we were able to have a degree of privacy. It’s ideal for families and a great alternative for those who shun the “all-inclusive resort” scene. My only critique, as noted in other reviews, was that the WiFi was a bit inconsistent in the unit (working better in some parts of the condo than the other), but I was still able to stream Netflix, so it was fine for me.

The location on the beach was wonderful as was the yard. spa and pool. The maintenance of the inside of condo is lacking, needs a complete refurbishing, from formica, drapes,bedspreads, towels, large cooking pans, fans. dresser. {only one house cleaning in two weeks} chairs on patio need to be replaced. Laundry room needs a good cleaning. At our age we won't be returning to Costa Rica, but recommend this location, as it was the best walking beach we have ever been on. Darrell & Dona

Great location, clean and spacious condo.

The condo is clean and very convenient. The property is very quiet, and the other condo guests were all pleasant. The staff keep the grounds and building clean. Nice restaurants are within walking distance, and the next door fruit market is great. The master bedroom was very comfortable. The ceiling fans and ventilation were good enough that we did not need the air conditioner in the mornings and evening. The HomeAway description says "newly updated" but that is not the case. We found the full couch to be too uncomfortable to sit in. The love seat was OK. The kitchen supplies are adequate for a couple, but a larger group might have trouble with plates and glasses. There are signs of wear: the formica in the kitchen and baseboards in the bathroom are in need of updating. Gary is a very helpful owner, his directions and web site were very useful as we planned. We did not find the on-site manager to that helpful. Be sure you ask about the wifi password and cleaning days when you checkin. We liked the sailing center nearby for hanging out and we took a sailing lesson. As Gary's directions state, do not take the monkey trail unless you have a 4 wheel drive! Google directions want to take you there from the Liberia airport. There is a newish gas station between Huecas and Tamarindo which was not on Gary's notes.

Amazing Views With Comforts of Home

My wife, 2 of our daughters and I made our first trip to Costa Rica. Our friend recommended this condo and we were not disappointed. It was what we were looking for, quiet with amazing views yet close enough to the restaurants and night life of Potrero. The girls loved the pool and the sunsets were to die for. Looking forward to coming back.
