Espectacular piso frente al mar con impresionantes vistas en la mejor zona de la playa Victoria, amplio y muy luminoso.Equipado con todo lujo de detalles , muy buenas calidades.Wifi , Aire Acondicionado Frio/Calor, totalmente reformado hace menos de dos años.

Tienes el centro a quince minutos en bus.

Rodeado de numerosos Restaurantes bares chiringuitos y tiendas.

A great apartment and the location is unbelievable. Everything is just steps away from the apartment. Our host, Juanjo was amazing. Greeted us like we were family. Great time. Highly recommend this VRBO location. Weather was sunny and warm and everyone we met were welcoming.

Beach paradise

This exceeded our high expectations. We are used to nice accommodations when we travel and this one definitely delivered. On the beachfront promenade, immediate access to Playa Victoria, nice restaurants, public transportation, grocery store, morning exercise, modern household appointments, etc. The host is a local professional with excellent recommendations and extremely knowledgeable. Couldn't be happier with our stay and if anybody asks if we would stay here again, the answer is a resounding ABSOLUTELY!

Beautiful spacious accomodation

This a beautiful spacious apartment with everything you could possibly need. Excellent location just steps from restaurants, supermarket and bakery. The garage parking was very handy as you don't need a car in Cadiz. The only slight negative was that I had tried to make meeting arrangements before leaving England. We don't have 24 hour access to the Internet when abroad so although Elena emailed me on the day of arrival I didn't receive it until we were in the apartment. Luckily the problem was quickly resolved with a phone call but perhaps something to bear in mind for future guests. Having said that, I would happily reccomend this lovely property to anyone wishing to stay in Cadiz.

Fantastic accommodation in a great location.

Juanjo met us on arrival and gave us a comprehensive explanation of all of the facilities in the apartment. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and has a nice view over the beach which is just across the road. The kitchen is very well equipped with high grade appliances - fridge/freezer, oven, hob, washing machine and tumble dryer. There are also full sets of crockery, cutlery and pots and pans. Complementary coffee, wine and beers were also provided which was appreciated. The bedrooms are large and comfortable and the luxury bathrooms have great showers. The living space is bright with large tilt and slide doors leading out to the balcony. There is a large range of bars and restaurants within a short distance of the apartment. The old town of Cadiz is a pleasant 45 minute walk along the promenade and well worth a visit. There is also a regular bus service to the old town with a stop beside the hospital behind the apartment. Red route 1 also stops close to the train station. In summary, a fantastic apartment in a great location!

Tolle Wohnung mit direkten Meerblick. Sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Am schönsten ist aber die Terasse mit dem Meeresblick. Nachts kann man das Rauschen der Wellen hören. Einfach Zauberhaft.

Apartment with wonderful views in charming Cadiz

Nice and spacious apartment with beautiful views of Victoria beach. Close to restaurants, shops and the beach but yet quiet. Very helpful and caring apartment owner. Highly recommended if you want an accommodation that contains everything you need for a successful vacation.

Séjour magnifique

Un séjour magnifique, du début jusqu'à la fin: emplacement super, appartement spacieux et très propre. Parking à côté et la mer en face. Malgré l'animation sur la promenande, pas un seul bruit dans l'appartement, on dort tranquillement.

Outstanding beach apartment by the sea

The apartment is clean, well-furnished and well-equipped, and the owner is very friendly and clearly cares about maintaining high standards. It was very well located, handy for local shops, bars, restaurants and public transport, and metres from the fabulous Victoria Beach. Outstanding!

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal hier, es hat alles gepasst. Die Wohnung ist groß und der Ausblick Augen Strand toll. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Gute und günstige Lokale gibt es gleich in der Nähe. Da die Wohnung Richtung Westen geht, hat man einen wunderbar Sonnenuntergang. Jose ist ein super Gastgeber, alles wie vereinbart und beschrieben.

At the intersection of beach and culture

This exchange was fabulous. The location was prime: across the street from a beautiful, clean Victoria Beach and with so many excellent eating options within steps! Cádiz is situated such that day trips to Seville, Portugal, Ronda, and Gibraltar are easy, with overnight trips to Granada, the Costa del Sol, and even Morocco are possibilities as well. Our host Juanjo was there to welcome us into his spotless multi-room apartment, gave us a quick rundown of the appliances, and then begged us to reach out to him if we had any questions at all. He is an excellent and attentive host. We highly recommend Juanjo and his apartment for anyone seeking a restful yet cultural experience. ¡Mil gracias, Juanjo!

Wonderful Cadiz

We cannot praise too highly our stay in your apartment in Cadiz- it was our 2nd year running and everything was perfect waking in the morning to watch the swifts swoop and dive around the buildings whilst having coffee on the balcony and seeing the wonderful beach and blue sea was amazing! Your new wardrobes gave us massive storage as before it was all spotless so a big thank you and see you again soon 😃😃😃

Wonderful apartment

This apartment was really quite nice and luxurious. A gorgeous view of the ocean; near very good restaurants (especially fried seafood); a relaxing walk to the old city. The owner is very welcoming and friendly, with detailed knowledge of the area. We stayed for only 3 nights but could easily have stayed on for many more days. Couldn't be happier with the experience!!!

Right on the Beach! Beautiful Location (VERY Urban)

Very modern, recently renovated, large apartment in a highrise building (8th Floor). Parking is NOT included, but make a longer term deal with the "Parking Niño" underground garage just down the street (better deal). Excelent modern shower, superb kitchen, and a very nice laundry with a fast dryer. Entire apartment was spotless clean and very secure. The only downside is that it is very urban and some of the city noises at night were disturbing. On the last three nights that we stayed, there was VERY loud talking in the next apartment well after 2200 (10:00 PM). People in other apartments were also affected by this, leading to loud pounding on the walls.

Wonderful Cadiz

The apartment was slightly old fashioned but immaculately clean and spacious for the 2 of us ! It was perfectly situated in the centre of the new town with a fantastic view of the sea. Everything was provided including beach towels and chairs- we had a brilliant holiday and want to return ASAP ! Thank you x

Beautiful flat with every amenity.

Even before arrival Elena stayed in touch to make certain there was a seamless check in. On arrival she perfectly managed our car parking and gave us a proper walk around the flat answering all questions. She stayed in touch throughout making the experience so comfortable. The apartment is beautiful. Immaculately clean, you can hear the ocean surf from every window. From the terrace, sunset is stunning. The local amenities are plentiful. We walked in and out of the old town all along the sea, sometimes more than once a day. Food in Cádiz is wonderful. And in this time of concern about safe places to travel the low density and amazing facilities were a perfect fit. Thanks Elena. Viva Cádiz. BTW. There is excellent Flamenco to be discovered.
