Holiday Surf # 122 tiene capacidad para hasta seis personas con una cama king size en el dormitorio principal, dos camas individuales en el dormitorio de invitados y un sofá cama en la sala de estar. Este condominio en la planta baja también cuenta con estacionamiento en la puerta delantera para facilitar el acceso, sin tener que usar el ascensor.

Con un tema náutico en todas partes con pisos de baldosas en la sala de estar principal y alfombras en las habitaciones. Hay televisores inteligentes de pantalla plana y reproductores de DVD en la sala de estar y en las dos habitaciones que transmiten Hulu y Netflix.
Una cocina bien equipada tiene encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de tamaño completo, para preparar las comidas caseras y alejadas de su hogar durante su estadía.
Relájate en el patio privado y, como esta es la unidad final más cercana a la playa, ¡estás literalmente a solo unos pasos de las hermosas arenas blancas y el brillante Golfo de México!

Todos los alquileres incluyen servicio de playa gratuito y una selección de actividades Xplorie GRATUITAS todos los días de su estadía. ¡Disfruta de un crucero con delfines, un viaje de pesca en alta mar y el cercano parque acuático Big Kahunas!

We had a great visit with this amazing condo. We were able to access the beach and pool in a breeze with ground floor access. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to whip up meals for our family of 5.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've been coming to Holiday Surf since the 80s. Love it there. This unit was nice. We noticed some things; the dishwasher wasn't working, we had some bugs (ants, beetles), the towel hooks in the master fell out of the wall during the first use, and some of the furniture was a bit worn out. But as always, it's a lovely place to stay and the staff were very friendly!

Best beach condo! Love love love!

We loved this condo! The resort was great: on the beach, easy access, near shopping and activities. The condo its self was amazing. First floor walk out from patio not far from the beach walk, courts and pool. The view from the patio was beautiful. The condo was nicely furnished with some higher end touches (great master shower) comfy beds, cute coastal decor, and all the kitchen and home goods you need for a stay. I have absolutely no complaints. We want to come back and stay in this condo again!

Reviewer Comments: Great Vacation! we loved where this condo is located, steps from the beach, tennis courts, pickled ball courts! its on the first floor, didn't have to wait on elevators!!! Obviously if you on an upper level you get a better view of the beach but we definitely had a view and the ease of being able to walk right out of our patio onto the beach was worth it!! great condo if you have small kids!

We loved that it was on the ground floor and had easy access to the beach and the parking area. We would love to stay in this same room again for future trips. May not be the best room for guest with smaller kids, as it had several breakable items on shelves throughout the condo, but it was perfect for me and my 17 year old. The rooms were very clean, comfy and had fans in both bedrooms and the living room. We can't wait to go back! The beach service was amazing as well, HSRC is our favorite place to stay!

Megan and Jessica were very helpful in getting us in Unit 122. We were not happy to have to move but they did everything they could to accomodate us.

Our particular unit was more dated than our family’s units, but it did have everything it needed and was comfortable. My only complaint was that our particular unit had a musty smell (even more noticeable when power was off for a couple hrs).

Being on the first floor was wonderful in terms of access to the beach and grounds - however; be aware that the sprinkler system goes off every morning and DRENCHES the patio area - so you will be unable to keep items out there and the seat cushions are wet the majority of the day.

The sprinkler system sprayed the patio every morning soaking any towels or items you may have left to dry. The unit is great but a little cluttered with the owners collectables (no personal offence I hope), it's just that there is so much that you don't have room to lay out your own items without fear of breaking something. Otherwise, I love the unit and the close access to the beach.

The lack of a washer and dryer in the unit is the main reason we would not stay here again. Easy access to the beach is a plus and the location was good. Our overall experience was ok.

Not a great room

Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at this place for the past 4 years and this was the worst. Bedding did not seem clean. Hair was in the sheets. Dirty dishes was in the dish washer. No iron in the room. Room also seemed out dated. The lady at check in seemed liked she was having a bad day.
