¡Este espacioso y lujoso condominio frente a la playa de un dormitorio en el fabuloso SunDestin Beach Resort de Destins tiene las vistas completas más increíbles del Golfo de México, así como una hermosa vista de la ciudad desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal! Desde su balcón privado, observe a los delfines en las aguas cristalinas del golfo, la playa de arena blanca o debido a su ligero ángulo occidental, ¡incluso la acción de la ciudad! ¡Tiene lo mejor de los tres mundos! El ángulo occidental proporciona más privacidad que otras unidades y elimina el ruido de la piscina o el área de juegos infantiles para que pueda tener la estadía privada más tranquila que solo un ático puede ofrecer. Hay un montón de espacio y asientos en la sala de estar con un sofá y una silla de tamaño completo, perfectos para ver la televisión de pantalla plana o el reproductor de DVD para ver películas o simplemente disfrutar de las hermosas vistas. También tiene un bonito comedor con mesa y sillas.

Perfect place!

This condo has a magnificent view and quiet being a penthouse condo. Great location! Very nicely decorated and comfortable! The bathroom setup was awesome. Has everything you could possibly need. The owner is extremely nice and communicates about everything, he goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect. I give him A for his hospitality! Thank you!! SK

Great communication with the host the whole stay. The condo is in a great location to beach and local restaurants. The downstairs bar/restaurant had decent meals, and there was a lobby store that had beverages and beach necessities.The condo was clean except for the bathrooms/showers, and bed. Great kitchen and patio.

The perfect baby moon!!

We had the most amazing beach babymoon at Sundestin! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the property. It truly felt like a home away from home. The condo was spotless, beautifully furnished, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Chris, the owner, was fantastic in providing clear and timely communication, making the check-in process a breeze. We also appreciated how convenient the location was—just steps from the beach and close to all the attractions Destin has to offer. Whether we were exploring local restaurants, shopping, or enjoying the beautiful coastline, everything was within easy reach. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate this special time. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway in Destin!

Cozy get away

Really cozy and relaxing spot. Views were outstanding even being on a corner room. For those who like the scene of a beautiful sunset, this is the perfect spot. The owner was very friendly and attentive to our needs. I’d recommend this condo to anyone.

Great get away

We had a great time even with cooler weather. Condo was beautiful and had a great view. Owner was outstanding and easy to communicate with prior to our stay and during. If you plan to go to Destin don’t look away from staying here. Definitely would stay here again.

Our family enjoyed our stay at the condo this week. It was clean and perfect for our needs. The owner was super communicative, but not overbearing. He responded quickly and made the process very enjoyable. We will definitely plan to book this condo again for our next trip to Destin!

Perfect beachfront getaway!

My husband and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary and the owner was the best! He let us check in several hours early which we greatly appreciated and anytime I messaged he texted back immediately! Very easy to work with and check in and out was a breeze! Much easier than most places I’ve rented from! We loved the balcony overlooking the ocean and the sunsets!! We appreciated the snacks, wine and even a few cold drinks in the fridge when we arrived! The unit was clean and the air was nice and cold and the master bedroom mattress was very comfortable. We hope to stay again sometime! Thanks for everything Chris!

Anniversary Get Away

My wife wanted to go to a tropical location but we didn't have the time. The beaches in Destin gave her the tropical experience. The water color is amazing and so clear. The white sand beaches were cool on my feet and no shells to step on. We have gone to the Jersey Shore and OCMD our whole lives but now we will think about heading back to Destin for future beach trips. The view from the 18th floor penthouse balcony was awesome. We made our own meals a few times and sat on the balcony and took it on in. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. and the location was perfect. It is close to the elevator so we were able to be on the beach in about a minute from leaving our front door. We spent 1 night at HarborWalk(short Uber ride) and we also went to dinner at the Back Porch which was a short walk from the condo but most of the time was spent relaxing on the beach at SunDestin. Chris was a great host and responds to messages within seconds. We highly recommend staying at this condo or any others that Chris owns.

Beautiful view! Exceptionally clean! Accurate description!

We stayed for 10 days. Steps to the beach! Beautiful sunsets! Nice and quiet location in the complex. The condo was exceptionally clean, close to restaurants, shopping, whatever you want. Chris was awesome with communication. Nic bottle of wine and welcome basket on the counter for us. The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances, cookware. Extra linens. Bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will define back. We have stayed in this complex before. This condo was way above and beyond our last ones.

He manages the properties personally so you won’t ever have to deal with any rude front desk property management employees or time share harassments. He is obsessed with neatness and cleanliness. He has almost 100% 5 star ratings and is a Premier Partner with VRBO. Chris takes care of his guests from the moment they inquire about his properties until the time they get back home to ensure you had a wonderful stay. This property is extremely well kept and always super clean. Decorated beautifully with a Destin beach vibe and up to date. It’s on the Penthouse level 18th floor on the top so it is super private and quiet with breath taking views of the beach, ocean and city unlike all other units in the building.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

What is amazingly unique about both condos is that the balcony sits at a slight western angle giving it unlimited full views of the city lights and action as well as the entire beach and ocean as far as you can see, not just the portion directly in front of you like other units. This means that you don't have to walk out onto the balcony in order to see the water and the beach. You have amazing views from the living room AND the master bedroom since the bedroom is not positioned back deep inside by the front door. Both the 1814 unit (vrbo listing 1945753) and the 1815 unit (vrbo listing 1013753) have the same exact views and floor plan.
