This place was half the price of where we normally stay in Destin. We took a chance half expecting it to reflect the price, but was pleasantly surprised that it was just as nice as what we were used to. Right in the beach. Super nice condo. Comfy beds. Fun activities on sight. Friendly staff. We will be back.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The area and water were amazing. The condo was ok, but we did end up leaving a night early because we couldn’t bare another night in our master bed-our backs were aching! Took ibuprofen nearly daily. Coffee pot broke after a spontaneous run to buy filters, had to then go out and get new filters for the new coffee pot. Ice machine isn’t working, had to go down daily to get ice and bought ice trays. Got a text asking how things were going, sent a pic of the serratia all over both showers and they said hospitality would be up. Never came. Quite disgusting-never have this at home. On day 1 given a paper to fill out what was broken, then had to stay in the condo while the handy man discussed and attempted repair of the problems (doors wouldn’t lock, laundry door still didn’t work when we left). Needs blankets for the pull out couch. Highly suggest extra blankets such as quilts bc the provided ones are thin and the kids were cold. A stool/chair for the vanity would be great. Shelves in the master bathroom would be very helpful as there is no counter space. Ultimately disappointed the bed was so awful as the staff, pool area, beach area beautiful and would consider going back.

Great location and the beach is beautiful. However, not your typical condo so be sure to pack plenty of extra essentials because you’ll need them.

Regarding this not being a typical condo, we are not sure what you are referring to when it comes to extra essentials. You are provided with information via email on everything we provide before you arrive. We stock the kitchen entirely with everything you may need for a 4-night stay. Each unit has a tv in every bedroom and the living room, all equipped with a DVD player for the DVDs we provide for free. Along with an abundance of everything you would typically need during your stay. If there was something you were missing in the unit, please just let our front desk staff know and we do our best to provide that for you. Thank you again for staying with us.

Wonderful Beach Vacay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, steps from pool and beach! Beautiful beach access, not as crowded as other areas. There was a broken chair on the balcony, we reported it but maintenance did not remove it. The unit does not have smart TVs so take your firestick or Roku if you plan to watch any apps. Also, DVD players are missing remotes so "renting" movies in the lobby is not an option on rainy days. Over all, very happy will book again.

This condo was probably our least favorite, although it wasn't bad at all. The appliances needed upgrading and there was not a lot of vanity space in the master bath- other than that it was great!

Nice updates but bathroom and Kitchen need some help

We wish tennis courts etc were open at night when it was cooler. Very quaint and not overly populated area. The pool is small and not really good for young ones.

This was our first trip to Destin and first time using VRBO. The process with the rental was easy and the communication was excellent. The rental was clean and had all that we needed to enjoy our stay. Location was perfect, it didn’t take long to get to anywhere you needed to go within Destin. Would recommend and would stay here again in the future.

Girls Trip 2022

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay. Daughter and grand daughter were surprised at how quite and orderly the resort and beach were. Our rental was perfect only we needed a blanket for sleeper sofa! We will be back.

Beautiful

Everything was so nice from the people who worked inside to the kids who set up our umbrellas and chairs everyone was very helpful and sweet as can be we loved it and will stay there again

Wished I could have stayed!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Except for the rain it was nearly perfect! Everything was clean inside and common areas of the resort. Loved that there were designated smoking areas and I didn’t have to smell smoke even on the beach. Julian, the young man with umbrellas, was so good and kind. He did a fantastic job along with all other employees. We will definitely try to come there again and we rarely stay at the same place twice. It was my first trip to Destin. We will be back.
