Holiday Surf and Racquet Club se encuentra en nuestra propia playa privada de White Sand Gulf en el corazón de Destin. Venga a admirar las vistas inspiradoras del golfo y la playa desde los balcones al aire libre, tome un taxi acuático o viaje en UBER de 5 minutos a las tiendas y restaurantes en Destin Harbour. La unidad 512 es una unidad de un dormitorio y un baño en el quinto piso, recientemente actualizada con pisos de baldosas y alfombras de felpa en el dormitorio principal.

La cocina remodelada incluye electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable de primera línea y encimeras de granito. Disfrutarás de todos los utensilios de cocina, platos, etc. durante tu estancia. Si lo necesita, esta unidad lo tiene.
Los nuevos muebles de la sala de estar incluyen un sofá cama doble, un sillón reclinable y sillón eléctrico de cuero, además de taburetes rojos de cuero y una mesa de comedor con cuatro sillas de cuero rojo, aportan un toque de color a este espacioso condominio.

Para su entretenimiento visual, disfrute de un SmartTV Samsung de 55 pulgadas (con Netflix), acceso gratuito a Wi-Fi y un reproductor de Blu-Ray. El dormitorio principal también tiene un televisor Samsung de pantalla plana de 40 "y un segundo reproductor de Blu-Ray.

Encontrarás acentos de arte con temática costera en toda la unidad. La impresionante obra de arte de la tortuga marina con vista a la cubierta de vidrio da vida a la cocina.
Relájese y duerma en una cama king-size en el dormitorio principal y disfrute de un sofá cama doble en la sala de estar. Una llamada rápida a la recepción y podemos proporcionar un colchón de aire para invitados adicionales si es necesario.

La Unidad 512 está ubicada en la "V" del complejo que ofrece sombra por la mañana y por la tarde para disfrutar de las impresionantes vistas desde el balcón sin calentarse demasiado.
Otra gran cosa acerca de estar en la "V" es que está a solo unos pasos del rellano del elevador, lo que lo hace muy conveniente para ir y venir de la playa, la piscina o cualquiera de sus actividades de vacaciones. ¿Quién quiere arrastrar sus cosas por todo el complejo?

I was mesmerized with the view and how close it was. Walking distance with the pool in sight as well. I will come back again next year.

Another awesome stay

The property is in a great location off the main roadway of 98.The employees are very nice and accommodating. Check in was quick- the unit was nice and had almost everything needed except a toaster but that's really not a big deal. The bed was comfy and the unit was clean. This is our 2nd year at Holiday Surf & Racquet and we plan to return every year.

This unit was very clean but quite outdated. The view was amazing. We had everything we needed except beach towels. A lover our stay was nice but as stated the unit could use some updating.

We stayed in unit 512 on the last week in April, which was very quiet and water was too cold to get in but Beautiful beaches! The resort we stayed in was recently remodeled and had everything we needed however bed was not the most comfortable after a few nights of sleeping on it. . Staff was friendly. My only recommendation is to maybe have more activities on site for residence.

Would definitely stay again

Overall we were very satisfied with our stay. Very clean, close walk to the beach and had almost everything we needed. My only complaint is that we weren’t notified that the back sliding door didn’t have blinds, so you could see right in. I like my privacy but we were able to fix it for the week we were there. Rooms don’t have fans and we could have definitely used them. If you like to have a fan on at night we suggest bringing your own. Other than those two small complaints, we loved it! Staff was kind and courteous…definitely recommend!

My dislikes in unit 512 were the toilet had some issues flushing, a picture fell down in bedroom the microwave was cheap and couch not very comfortable. The outdoor furniture was nice as was the kitchen table. Location is good for what we need.I would not stay in this unit again unless there was upgrades

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is a lot smaller than the pictures depict. Practically no room for groceries in the kitchen. Bathroom has small vanity and is tiny also. Just a few towels and wash cloths. It is in the corner so you only have a partial view of the ocean. Your neighbors can also look right into your balcony area. It is a pretty good hike out the beach. There are more rules and regulations than the army. The furnishings were nice would be the only positive review. We went to another complex on the second day because we felt we could not enjoy our vacation here. Of course there were no refund!

Ice maker wasn’t working, mattress had a large dip( worn out), carpet was stained and in need of replacement. Dimmer switch in kitchen didn’t work properly Kitchen had been upgraded and was pretty nice. My wife loved the power recliner. View of the beach was gorgeous. The crew behind the desk was phenomenal especially Rachel. She got us a mattress topper at 8:00 at night. They gave us complimentary ice due to our non working ice maker. Kudos to the front desk team. Made us feel special.

The property was great

Located right on the beach, we very much enjoyed our stay here. They offer complimentary chair service on the beach. The apartment was well stocked with kitchen equipment, including a crock pot. Very comfortable and great location. Not overcrowded. Grills are available for use outside. Would definitely return to this property.

Balcony

The only thing we did not like is that we had no privacy on our balcony. Also that we could not save our seats on beach. Didn’t make sense that I couldn’t go and place my tags on chairs and come back after breakfast. If it’s included in my stay I should be able to use it how I choose to.

Wonderful Facility

The location of this property is perfect. On the beach, close to restaurants and shopping, but away from the crowd and noise of Destin. This was our second year in a row staying at this facility. The facility is clean, convenient, and user friendly. We enjoyed our stay for the second consecutive year!

Quiet getaway

Our condo contained all we needed for a relaxing vacation. The views from our balcony were absolutely gorgeous. The complex was quiet, we never heard anyone beside us or above us(we stayed on the 5th floor). There was little wait for the elevators as well. The king size med was very comfortable and walk in closet provide lots of space for clothing items and suitcases. Bathroom is a little small for more than 2 people but manageable with the dressing area set up in the bedroom. The kitchen had all needed items for cooking breakfast and lunch each day. They offered a standard coffee marker and a Keurig Opportunity to gain clean linens 2 time during the week was super easy. Staff at the complex were friendly and helpful! Close to restaurants but also not right in the middle of all the night life. We will definitely be back!

It has been our home away from home for over 10 years now every August.The condo itself was beautiful. The only complaint I might have is that there is absolutely no pantry and we felt like we had things lying all over the place all week. The other thing is this is the first time we ever had a balcony butt up to another one and we didnt like not having the privacy. Would be great for two families that go together.

False Advertisement

First, I loved the beach, the staff, the fact that they sat out chairs and an umbrella for every room. I did not like that they said it slept 5 and it clearly only had one bed and one fold out couch. Which worked fine for us bc we had 3 kids and they all slept in a bed. But what if we had 5 adults? Also it was dirty. You could tell that they didn't ever bother cleaning under beds, in the cabinets, ect.... Also the dishwasher didn't work. It only used cold water and you couldn't change it off of quick clean. They also didnt have any wash clothes to shower with.
