Imagínese, relajándose en su balcón privado, observando la puesta de sol desde este condominio frente al mar. Con espectaculares vistas al golfo y la playa, Holiday Surf # 713 es un condominio en el último piso con capacidad para 4 personas con una cama king size en el dormitorio y un sofá cama en la sala de estar. Esta unidad de un dormitorio tiene pisos cerámicos con nuevos azulejos de tablones de madera de cerámica en el dormitorio y muchas actualizaciones nuevas.

Este condominio ha sido recientemente pintado y diseñado, además de la incorporación de nuevos muebles de sala, comedor y dormitorio. Los temas cálidos y acogedores de las unidades junto al océano y la decoración acogedora completarán su día y es el lugar perfecto para relajarse después de momentos divertidos en la playa.

Nuestros huéspedes en Holiday Surf y Racquet Club tienen servicio de playa gratuito (de marzo a octubre) y una selección de actividades gratuitas de Xplorie todos los días de su estadía. ¡Zarpa en el crucero con delfines, prueba suerte en Deep Sea Fishing o disfruta de la emoción y los derrames del Parque acuático Big Kahunas (estacional) en nosotros!

Beautiful

The building sits beautifully on the beach. The view from our balcony was a million dollar view. The condo inside was done beautifully and tastefully. Bed was very comfortable.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The condo was so clean and felt so homey. All of the staff were so kind and just overall happy people and I love seeing that especially on vacation. The private beach was great. Would 100% recommend this place.

I was super impressed with this condo! Very clean, plenty of towels and wash rags, bed was comfortable, good view, laundry area on 6th floor. When you got your instructions message it did say you needed to bring trash bags and towel paper. There was plenty there. We didn’t have any issues with neighbors being loud or any other noise issues. Front lobby people were very helpful and willing to answer any questions you had. They also had bags of ice which was a huge plus for us since we take a cooler to the beach! Beach area had free chairs and umbrella that came with our room rental which was also a HUGE plus! Pool area was super nice, also had tennis court and some other games people/kids could use! Great location in Destin! Not far at all from lots of restaurants! Would 100% recommend!

Labor Day Get-a-Way.

Spent the long Labor Day weekend and everything was great. The Condo is well equipped, clean, very enjoyable and the Master Bed is very comfortable. Holiday Surf & Racquet Club is a very nice facility. We would do it again…

Condo and property are nice and well maintained. We did incur a couple issues during our stay. Beware of the elevators. Our biggest fear was realized when the doors failed to open on our trip to the main floor once. They did reset and open after about a minute but that minute feels like an eternity when panic sets in. Second issue was the AC went out on the 3rd day and they were unable to get someone out to fix it until the morning we were leaving. Unit was literally blowing heat on a/c mode (room got to 95). Had to sleep overnight with front door and balcony door wide open to catch a cross breeze. Definitely a safety issue as well as comfort and convenience issue. IMO, a service tech should be on call 24/7 especially when hosting guests at a facility that cannot "switch rooms" like a hotel. GM was understanding and accomodating and provided a reimbursement for the inconvenience. Took a negative experience and made it more palatable. Would reccommend this property based on managements willingness to assist.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were able to book fairly last minute, which was really nice. The view was advertised. The condo itself was ok...but it very much needs to be renovated. The pull out sofa looks to be 10+ years old, and the mattress was only a couple of inches thick. The bedroom was very outdated as well. One day, my son left a dish in the sink, and we came home from dinner to find a kitchen full of fruit flies. Thankfully, the staff was able to come the next morning and clean, which took care of that problem. I would stay at the facility again, but would prefer another condo...unless this one were renovated and updated.
