Disfrute de nuestra casa frente al mar de Lincoln City - tiene unas vistas espectaculares al mar y está diseñado para los amigos y la familia - un gran lugar para reunirse para disfrutar de la playa (o la vista de la playa y las olas y las piscinas de marea si el tiempo es tormentoso! )
Nuestra casa es cómodo, acogedor, y listo para relajarse. Tenemos 4 habitaciones (2 nuevas camas de matrimonio y 2 camas queen nuevos) y un poco de espacio adicional para los huéspedes. Una cocina totalmente equipada (con lavavajillas) hace que la cocina 'en' fácil.

Usted entra a nuestra casa en la planta principal, en una gran sala espaciosa, que incluye la cocina, zona de comedor con mesa y 6 sillas de comedor + 2 bancos, y una zona de estar. En esta sala, se puede ver las olas del mar desde todas las ventanas durante su visita, la fijación de las comidas, comer juntos alrededor de la mesa grande, jugar juegos o simplemente sentarse y hablar juntos.

También en la planta principal se encuentra la sala de estar con cómodos asientos, TV de pantalla plana con cable, DVD y una acogedora estufa de leña. Tenemos wifi. Aquí también se puede disfrutar de increíbles vistas al mar desde todas las ventanas! Hay dos baños completos en este nivel, cada uno con una combinación de bañera / ducha. También, hay 3 dormitorios en este nivel; un dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio y dos dormitorios tienen camas Queen. Hay una habitación separada adicional en este nivel que es una sala de lavandería y de juego (y tiene un sofá futón para descansar).

Arriba hay otra "unidad" completa - 1 más (rey) dormitorio y una sala de televisión (con un sofá futón). Este nivel también tiene un baño completo con bañera / ducha. Hay una sala de estar abierta, comedor y cocina; un montón de espacio para toda la familia se reúnen juntos, o de este espacio puede ser un refugio para algunos invitados para escapar y tener una reunión separada (o ver diferentes DVD!). Esta habitación tiene vista al mar espectaculares y acceso a una terraza superior para la visión fuera del océano y las estrellas por la noche.

SO ... como pueden ver ... tenemos un montón de recovecos para todos en su grupo (grande o pequeño) para relajarse y disfrutar de sí mismos!

Un paseo de 10 minutos a pie le llevará a una escalera a millas de playas de arena. O bien, puede conducir a 2 zonas de acceso a la playa cerca (aproximadamente 3.4 millas en cualquier dirección), que también dispone de aparcamiento público.

We had a great time. The host was responsive to questions (how many cars can park in the driveway, access to beach) and welcoming to the property. Easy neighborhood walking, quick access to town, fantastic view, wide beach. Beds were big and comfy and each bed (and pullout) had plenty of privacy from the others. Looking forward to going back!

Hosts are fabulous and very communicative. It was easy to check in and the house is exactly as listed. We were able to see whales everyday as several of them were directly out in front of the VRBO. it’s fully stocked, comfortable and lots of room to spread out. It’s not the newest most modern house but it was comfortable, had everything we needed and the location and view is perfect.

Great Oceanview family home

We stayed here with extended family for Christmas. The views are spectacular and it is a short walk to the beach. The home worked great for our family of 11 to play group games and retreat to private quarters for reading and relaxing.

Perfect weekend

This property was perfect for our family. Roomy enough (sufficient bedrooms and bathrooms) so everyone had space, could eat/play games together, and have some quiet time, if desired. The views are spectacular and the location was ideal for us. We had lots of walks to the beach, strengthened our calves on the stairs, and made happy family memories. The property manager was very easy to work with and ensured we had everything needed. We will be back.

Great place for a family getaway

Nice location, and owner was great with communication. The stairs down to the beach we’re a short walk away and the view from the porch was very nice. It was nice having another fridge upstairs as we had several families there together, but it easily fit the ten of us there. Hope to go back some day.

Perfect ocean beach vacation home for our family group of 4 families! We had a week of non stop memories with doable beach access from early morning tide pool exploration to sunset beach fun! The house comfortably accommodated all 12 people (8 adults and 4 children) with everything we needed! Our host was absolutely amazing with complete and timely communication and we had no problems at all!! Highly recommend this home for anyone wishing to make enjoyable memories of the Oregon Coast! So happy we made this choice! Thank you

Great house on the Oregon Coast!

We really enjoyed our stay in this house on the Oregon Coast. It is in a good location sitting high on the bluff overlooking the beach. We gathered with our adult kids and their families and enjoyed a great Thanksgiving weekend. The home was large enough and very cozy. It is located in Lincoln City OR, which was nice to be able to run into town and get last minute items for Thanksgiving dinner. We would stay here again.

Beautiful view

Stayed for a couple of nights to experience the total eclipse. House met our needs. Couple of maintenance issues need to be addressed, but other than that it was fine. Spent a lot of time on the deck. Beautiful view.

Beautiful View!!

It was a beautiful view from either balcony. Loved the town and different attractions. Mo's restaurant was amazing!! Aquarium in Newport was breathtaking. Only downfall was different areas of the house. BBQ is really rusted unable to use, alot of rusted dishe pans, stained towels, binoculars were broken, carpet was dirty and stained. But other than that we enjoyed our stay!!

Charming Hideaway of Nostalgic Heaven

The home feels like a remodeled grandma's house - wonderfully retro with comfortable beds and furniture. It strangely felt as if we'd been there before. It has a nice view of the ocean and close access to public beach entry. The house was clean and tidy, and enjoys two floors with kitchens/restrooms so two families shared it and enjoyed some space. Only downsides: a very steep driveway with just enough room for a couple of cars - and sensitive neighbors who immediately take a picture of your car if you temporarily park anywhere else. Otherwise, we'll be back for sure!

Thank you for your review. I love "Charming Hideaway of Nostalgic Heaven." The house has been in my family for 35+ years. A great description. A lot of memories. There is also parking available on the pavers/grass along the ramp.

Exactly what we needed!!

We were extremely satisfied with this property, it was everything that it was advertised to be. Pictures were very real and accurate, the communication between us and Nancy was amazing. She responded right away to our dates we requested, she stayed in communication with us till the day we arrived. This family vacation was one of our best so far, and plan on coming back and staying at the property again next year. All the accommodations were very comfortable and there was ample space for everyone. Thank you so much Nancy for letting us stay in your family home, and letting it be ours for a few days!

A Little Slice of Heaven

This is a fabulous house for family or groups. Very cozy, yet has plenty of rooms to spread out in. We were a group of four senior ladies on an annual Girls Trip. It was nice that we each had our own bedroom. Very clean, an exceptionally well stocked pantry with many spices, cooking oil, even coffee and tea! Beautiful views of the ocean and sunset. We booked this house almost a year in advance, and we lucked out with gorgeous weather for our entire stay. It happened to be the week of the Aurora being visable, so an extra bonus! The owner, Nancy, was wonderful to work with, and responded quickly to questions. We would love to stay here again!

Comfortable stay

This was a really good week at the beach - beautiful views and sounds, comfortable furniture and beds, and enough space to enjoy each other - we had 7 adults and a 5-year-old. Another reviewer mentioned the need to update the towels, and we echo that. The only big detractor was a certain lack of cleanliness - found garbage under furniture; dusty along the edges and corners of the floors, the windowsills, etc; and we tried to clean the windows to take better advantage of the views. The owners are wonderful to communicate with when needed. The house feels perfectly secluded while being 5 minutes from all the stores and restaurants of Lincoln City.

Perfect place for our girlfriends reunion

We stayed for 3 days at this cozy home and were very comfortable. There were 3 of us and we each had our own room and bathroom. The pictures are exactly what you get - the view from the decks and kitchen is this photo. We loved seeing the ocean, hearing the waves and even got to see some whales! The location is on the end of town but easy drive to shop and eat. The furnishings are comfortable and it is very spacious. It is not new and modern but clean and comfy (kind of like us) which suited us perfectly! The owners were quick to respond and a pleasure to deal with. We hope to return and bring the husbands next time :)

Spring break 2025

The house is a cozy smaller place. It was like having 2 separate places with the upstairs being fully accommodated with its own kitchen, small living room (a couch, 2 chairs, tv) and full bathroom. This was great for the teenagers who were with us. The beds were comfortable for all of us. There was not much space for our suitcases and closets were either locked or full of stuff. The laundry room needs some gutting, way too much non usable items, cluttered. The downstairs kitchen table was a little small for games and eating. The weather was cold and rainy every day so we were inside A lot. The walk to the beach was quite a workout for Me at 73. Steep hills both ways. The beach at this location wasn’t the most beautiful of the Oregon coast. It was quite rocky and we had to be very aware of the tide

House needs maintenance, its unsafe

The house is tired and run down. It wasn't very safe for kids, there is only 1 door (what if there was a fire? Break a window or jump from second story deck?) There is a mildewy smell as you enter the house and visible mold growing in the bathroom (yuck and health hazard) the crawlspace is open for any and all critters to come in. They seem to have a spider problem. Lots of spiders. The worst is the sheer drop off the side of the property about 90' down. No fence, no railing. I could not let my kids in the yard alone, it's a sudden dropoff down the cliff. If they did some maintenance it could really be nice. As it is, I wouldn't feel comfortable renting again, too many safety issues.

I appreciate all your feedback, especially your safety concerns. We weren't aware of the spiders. We have had our cleaners address the issue. Our rental agreement does address caution needed regarding our home being on a high cliff. We do have fencing but it is partially hidden from view due to the bushes. Signs are posted. Thanksgiving Family Vacation

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There are loads of dishes/pots/pans if you are interested in cooking. There really wasn't anything that was needed. We would stay there again.
