Maravillosa villa con piscina y vistas al mar en Taormina, Sicilia

Elegante casa en tres niveles con terraza ubicada en Mazzarò - Taormina Mare - frente a la Isola Bella. En el complejo encontrará un estacionamiento privado, una piscina privada con agua de mar abierta desde mediados de mayo hasta mediados de octubre exactamente en el lado opuesto de Isola Bella, una maravillosa playa rocosa para uso exclusivo accesible a través de una increíble escalera de piedra y también un ascensor incorporado dentro de la roca La piscina y la playa están equipadas con tumbonas y sombrillas.
La casa tiene tres plantas y está compuesta de la siguiente manera.
Una gran sala de estar con comedor y cocina en la planta baja. Fuera de la sala de estar encontrará una hermosa terraza con una mesa de comedor con una vista espectacular de Isola Bella.
Dos habitaciones dobles con dos baños con ducha, uno en el primer piso, conectado a la planta baja con una escalera de caracol, y uno en la planta baja en la parte opuesta de la sala de estar.
Un tercer dormitorio doble con baño privado con ducha, en el segundo piso.
Todas las habitaciones están equipadas con aires acondicionados fríos y calientes.

Giuseppe, the owner of the villa, was extremely helpful. Whenever I had a question or concern he addressed it within minutes. There were a few hiccups during our visit. One being some of ran out of water or hot water during a shower. But it didn’t happen often. The other minor concern was the villa is located on a busy road. But after a few walks to the center we became very adept going to and fro the villa. Would I stay here again…Absolutely! Giuseppe kept the kitchen well supplied with snacks and coffee. It was clean and well maintained. Because of the location getting onto the highways was a snap. I’m leaving out the best part and that are the views. No matter what time of day, it was a postcard setting sitting out on the patio.

Excellent place, very true to description. We had a wonderful time. Giuseppe was a kind and very thoughtful host. It is incredible how peaceful this place (including the private beach below and the pool) was when isola bella, just 10 minutes walk away, would get completely packed. No complaints at all with this stay!

No villa, but appartement with NO private pool

We hadden een villa met privezwembad geboekt, maar tien we incheckte bleek het een appartement in een complex zonder prive zwembad. Ivm gezondheidsredenen wilde wij een privezwembad, maar we kwamen bedrogen uit. Het appartement, deasalniettemin was netjes.

Sicilian dream

We have been renting from VRBO many times and this is by far the best experience we’ve had to date.Giuseppe is the consumate host: friendly, responsive and generous. When we arrived the pantry and fridge were stocked with snacks, beers, water, sodas, various sweets….ect , he took the time to show us around and explain all the workings of the house. The condo is spacious , clean and has a spectacular view, it has a wonderful pool and we loved the private rocky beach downstairs. It is a 10 minutes walk to the cable car going to Taormina.It exeeded our expectations and we will forever cherish the time we spent as a family in this beautiful place.In short we highly recommand it

Taormina dream vacation

We recently spent 8 nights at this villa in Taormina. The villa was as described in the listing but exceeded our expectations.in all respects. The villa itself was well equipped with everything we needed and more to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. Giusseppe was an exceptional host addressing our questions prior to and during our visit expeditiously and even generously stocked the kitchen with beverages and snack foods , again beyond our expectations. The views from the balconies were beautiful and those from the infinity pool and beach spectacular. The sea caves visible from the beach were impressive. Although the villa is not in the heart of Taormina we found that we could easily access the city with a short walk to the cable car or for the more ambitious members in our party the use of stairs and pedestrian walkway to the top. We also used the local taxi service and bus for other transportation needs all easily accessible. We had a wonderful vacation in large part to our stay at this beautiful villa. We would definitely stay at this property in the future and highly recommend it to family and friends.

Absolutely perfect

From the moment we arrived we knew this place was very special, but then the view from the balcony stunned us. It's a picture postcard view at every time of the day. Giuseppe was a perfect host, taking time to show us around the accommodation on arrival. We've all been places where there's a welcome basket of local food but Giuseppe provided so much more than we've ever seen (bottled water, snacks, coffee, iced tea). It was hugely appreciated, as was the provision of toiletries and beach towels. A very well maintained complex with friendly staff. We could not recommend this place highly enough and would love to come back in the future. Taormina is beautiful, clean, friendly and we ate like queens every day in the many restaurants to choose from. Thank you Giuseppe.

View the of Isola Bella

The view of Isola Bella from the private balcony and from inside the family room with large window was breathtaking. House is very spacious with each bedroom having its own private bath & shower. Shower space is bigger than most properties in Italy and water pressure incredible. Host is very responsive and gave us a detail tour upon check-in which we appreciated. There's access to the infinite pool and private rocky beach below with incredible views. The host filled the refrigerator and cabinets with plenty of drinks and snacks, soap in the bathroom, everything you can think of to make our stay comfortable. We loved staying here and definitely recommend this house.

What a wonderful place!

Beautiful apartment. Giuseppe, the owner, was there to meet us. He had filled the fridges and cupboards with so much water, cookies a stuff, that we didn't have to buy anything. It was an exceptional week!!

Taormina gem!

Wonderful location with breathtaking views. Guiseppe is an incredible host - he even stocks the cabinets and fridge with snacks and drinks! Ideal space if you’re traveling with a large group. Just a few minutes walk to Isola Bella (though there are numerous staircase steps to get to the beach.) Private parking was a huge plus. The private pool and cliff “beach” with direct access to the sea were great if you want to take a dip or escape from the crowds for a bit. Numerous ways to travel into town - cable car and bus are possible but our group decided to just Uber most nights, which is about $20-25 euros. Since the city center is up the mountain, walking is not recommended. If you’re a large group looking to stay closer to the sea (as opposed to the uphill center of town, where there are large crowds), then this is definitely the place for you. I would most definitely stay here again! Thank you Guiseppe!

This Villa was Simply Amazing

We had a fantastic time during our stay at Guiseppe's Wonderful Villa. Guiseppe, the owner, met us upon arrival, helped with our luggage, and showed us all around the condo and the property. He also provided us with a full fridge and cupboard with snacks and drinks. Everything was clean and in working order and this place by far had the best air conditioning of all the places we stayed in Europe. The pool and beach area were incredible - there is an elevator that takes you down through the cliff to the sea below. Isola Bella, the cable car up to Taormina, and views of Mount Etna are a short walk away. I wish we would have stayed here longer and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Perfect!

What a beautiful home! Myself and my two teenage kids enjoyed a week at this beautiful condo. The set up was perfect for us as each teenager had their own bathroom and "separate" bedroom (as mentioned in earlier reviews and the description, 2 of the bedrooms are across the hall from the main unit). The condo would also be ideal for 3 couples traveling together. The home has everything you need (tons of towels both for the beach and to shower), pots, pans etc. and Guiseppe was a wonderful host. He greeted us at the home, showed us how to get to the beach and pool, stocked the fridge with beverages and provided us with coffee, delicious pastries and snacks. Beds were comfortable; everything immaculately clean. We used the "beach" everyday which is an area of the cliff that has a 4 tier lounge area. There are about 12 lounge chairs and 2 sets of tables and chairs (4 people) that are set up each day. We were here at a very busy time and chairs were available for our group of 3. It is an elevator ride or 200 steps up or down. We used the steps and rationalized our ice cream and wine indulgences! Snorkeling is amazing right at the grotto at the condo (bring your own or buy at the market up the street). Isola Bella is an ambitious but doable swim away. Small markets with all the essentials are a 12 minute walk in the direction of the cable car; an uber black (readily available) to Taromina was approx. $20 (US) or the cable car is a 15-20 minute walk. We will be back!!!!

Excellent Family Holiday

We had a great stay with 6 adults in this villa, which provided very good quality accomodation with amazing views and a good location with access to a private beach and pool.The owner, Giuseppe, was a great and very helpful communications prior to our arrival and a comprehensive tour of the villa and adjoining facilities. A very well stocked fridge and cupboard offering complimentary food and drink that we have ever had was amazing after a long day of travelling, parking was very easy and access to the local town was a 5min walk away.

Excellent accommodation

We had a great stay in this villa, which provided very good quality accomodation in a good location. The owner, Giuseppe, was a star - prompt and very helpful communications prior to our arrival, flexibility around our check-in time to fit with our flight arrival and a comprehensive tour of the villa and adjoining facilities. Plus the best stocked fridge and cupboard offering complimentary food and drink that we have ever had.

Magnifico!

Giuseppe was an exceptional host and left us with a fully stocked fridge and cupboards of treats. What a lovely touch and much appreciated. The villa was a delight and we could not have imagined a better place, location or view. Looking out over Isola Bella from the patio at sunrise and sunset, and in between was dreamy. We had the pool to ourselves (in October) but laughed that the pool was cooler than the sea that was quite warm still. We spent a lot of time at the private rocky beach and even swam to Isola Bella. It was a 10 minute walk to get food or to restaurants and about 15 mins walk to the cable car up to Taormina. You get used to the walk but there isn't much room for walkers and the speedy cars. We had 6 adults - 2 couples, and 2 singles. The way the rooms worked out was good for us because one of the singles was not very tall and fit nicely in the bunkbed room off the master bedroom. One room is a across the hall, and also fully stocked and beautifully appointed, and that worked out well for us with an adult single using it. Our only minor complaint is that we all felt the beds were harder than we are used to. I will never forget the view and the beautiful pool and facilities!

Such a beautiful villa and location with a friendly and gracious host in Guiseppe! It is as beautiful as the pictures show, if not more so. I couldn’t say enough about how welcoming and accommodating Guiseppe was! Each bedroom had its own bathroom, air conditioning, and privacy. It was perfect for our family of two couples and one single person. There were plenty of towels as well as unexpected amenities provided by Guiseppe. The pool area was lovely with an incredible view. Daily our group took the stairs and elevator down to enjoy the stunning blue waters of the Ionian Sea and swimming into the nearby cave. The location is at the bottom of Taormina with less hustle and bustle, but with the conveniences of restaurants, markets, and a quick cable car ride up to enjoy the center of Taormina. A perfect location! Should we return to Taormina, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here once again. It truly felt like home! Gracie, Guiseppe, for sharing this beautiful gem with us!
