Can’t beat this location

If you’re going to London to be in the heart of it all, this is absolutely the place for you. The studio was spacious, clean, and inviting. The windows overlook all of the action in Leicester Square and EVERYTHING you need is nearby. Tube stations are a 5 mins walk, food, drinks, music, etc... all right at your door step. As others have stated, not exactly the place for a good nights rest (you’ll hear partiers until 4:30am), although the bed is superbly comfortable! Definitely can’t fault the place!

Right in the Middle of it All

This flat is right on Piccadilly so there is plenty to do right outside and more a short walk away. The tube line is steps from the door. It can be noisy at night, but we knew that going in. It was perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed our time there. The management was quick to respond when we had an electrical issue. We would stay here again.

Loud and Falsely Advertised

Starting with the bathroom, the toilet seat is very loose, almost to the point of falling off. The floor in the bathroom is lower than the floor of the apartment, but the tub sits at a much higher level than the floor so this makes entering and exiting the tub/shower both difficult and dangerous because of the extreme vertical drop. And there are no safety rails or bars to hold onto to assist you moving in and out of the tub. The unit advertises air conditioning and there is an air conditioning setting on the thermostat, but it doesn't work. When I inquired about the air conditioning, the response was that the unit had none. False advertising. Noise, noise and more noise. Due to its location in Picadilly Circus, there is constant street noise until the early hours of the morning. And if that wasn't bad enough, the upstairs occupant paces the floor the entire night and most likely in combat boots. It's almost like trying to sleep on the sidewalk of the neighborhood. The furniture is cheap and the couch very uncomfortable. The foam of the couch cushion is disintegrating and sheds particles on the floor beneath the couch. Not extremely important but the cabinetry is cheap and out of alignment which means poorly installed but the doors do open, so I was grateful for that. Overall, a very disappointing accommodation.

Great Location

The apartment is in the perfect location. Easy access to pretty much everything worth seeing. Can get loud in the evenings, but with a white noise app on my phone I had no issues. Was able to do a load of laundry, the space was clean and in good shape. Only issue I had was the shower/tub - it can be a little slippery trying to get in and out of it. Outside of that the place was awesome!

Read reviews before renting

This isn’t a typical rental. There is no TV, the shower is extremely hot and dangerous to get in and out of, there is a constant, annoying vibration throughout the apartment, the water in kitchen sink gets extremely hot. With that said, it is in a great location with an incredible view (dirty windows). The shower pressure is the best but the tub is slippery (needs a mat). I am sure Alex would have assisted if I had called, but the AC and the dishwasher were erred out during our stay. There is a Whole Foods very close, so fresh bread and fruit for breakfast each am was nice. The street noise wasn’t too bad. The bed was pretty good.

Lovely flat in the heart of the city

This was a fully functioning flat and had a great layout! Comfortable bed, nice shower and bathroom. Loved the views. However, if you are looking for a quiet location, this would not be the ideal place. The flat is right above the busy square so it did get loud at night but only bothered us one night. Definitely a great location. Good for couples. Can walk everywhere! Overall we had a great time and this flat was lovely to be in for a few days to experience the city life.

Nice London Flat Good for Tourists

We enjoyed our time in London and the flat had a nice view of the Piccadilly Circus area. The location is very walkable, close to theaters, royal areas, restaurants, shopping and the tube. We were there for a longer stay and the neighborhood did get noisy some nights. There is a number to call about that displayed in the elevator but we didn't see that number until near the end of our visit because we took the steps. Loved having the elevator for luggage. For checking in, we had to pick up the keys in a convenience store in Chinatown. The taxi couldn't get very close to to the store because it was on a pedestrian only area, and while it was close to the flat, it was very easy to walk right by it. An electronic key system for both the building and flat doors would have made getting in much smoother for checkin and daily use. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay!

Convenient location

This was a very convenient location right in the middle of central London. Communication with the agency was very good both prior to the visit and when we had an issue upon arrival. The fridge was on a switch that had been turned off and we did not know how to turn it back on, but the management company came to help within an hour. The property was very clean and comfortable. The drawbacks: It is a noisy area. If you are a light sleeper it is probably not the property for you. We found the towels to be lacking - we were provided only one hand towel and one bath towel per person. It would have been nice to have some extras. The tub is tricky to get in and out of and would not be good for anyone with a mobility challenge. We also ran into an issue with the building fire alarm going off in the middle of the night. We called the emergency number fo the management company and got no response. That was really disappointing. Overall if you want a spot in the middle of the action and don’t mind a little noise this is a great flat.

Great Apartment in Very Central Location

The apartment is perfect for a couple who want a very central location with access to theater, shopping and loads of sightseeing. It clean and spacious. The kitchen has everything you need. Check-in was very easy. When we had any questions, Alex responded very quickly to our emails.

Great location in Tourist Area

The apartment was in a perfect location close to the metro, tourist attractions and great food. The apartment was safe and clean. Alex worked with us to arrive early and store our bags. Keep in mind that the apartment is in Piccadilly Circle which is a huge tourist attraction. It was the off season and the outside was noisy well past midnight. We knew this before hand so we were prepared with ear plugs and slept wonderfully. The only thing we found a bit creepy was the full mirror in the shower that shared a wall with the neighboring apartment. Couldn’t shake off the feeling that someone could be watching us on the other side. Other than that, it was a great location and nice apartment.

Excellent location and very comfortable flat

I stayed 5 nights with my 15 year old daughter February 2018. The location is absolutely excellent if you like being in the most central hotspot (we do!) Within walking distance of tons of Londons highlights. The flat is Well-equipped, stylish and with a 180 degrees view of Coventry Street. The bed is very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again! Alex, the host, is very attentive - though we did not need his assistance during our stay it was very nice to know that he was no longer than a text message away (thank you, Alex) This flat is truly a gem!

Amazing location! The perfect place to stay!

Owner is very responsive and the apartment is comfortable with a great view of Leicester Square. Best of west end and Soho Restaurants and nightlife within walking distance. The bed is well suited for any weary traveler or late night reveler. The kitchen and bath are appropriately stocked and functional. Only negative is that we couldn’t stay here longer! Wonderful wifi, excellent heating (it was cool) Apt did not dissapoint, looked like photos.

Close to theatres, shopping, transit. For supplies Tesco and Whole Foods 5 min walk. Busy area. Triple glazing kept the apt quiet all mod cons that worked. Well decorated. Would have liked better makeup mirror and a sound system (as iPod challenged)! Would recommend and stay again.

Nice apartment, super location

Good looking, cosy apartment in just a superb location. Checking in was easy, the host was very responsive and gave all the necessary info in advance. It can get a little noisy outside, but that just comes with the amazing location.

Le studio est superbe avec une vue sur Coventry street. Literie confortable et rien ne manque côté cuisine. C'est la 1ère fois où je ne suis pas accueillie mais je dois aller chercher les clés ailleurs!,!! Meme si c'est a 5 minutes de l'appart je trouve cette façon d'opérer inélégant. Aucun mode d'emploi dans le studio. J'ai grelotté les 3 premiers jours puis Alex nous a donné une petite chaufferette et c'était mieux. Merci Alex. Un antidérapant dans la baignoire serait le bienvenu. Pour le départ les clés restent dans le studio. Conclusion pas de Check in pas de Check out.

Best location in London

Alex was a perfect host; always attentive and ready to answer any question. The apartment is lovely, very clean and accommodating, the bed was very comfortable. The location is the best one can ask for in central London. We did not mind the noise from the street at all, however this is not the place for those who are looking for a quiet place.
