La propiedad, situada en una ladera con vistas preciosas, se compone de 5 dormitorios y 4 baños. Esta increíble villa está situada a sólo 20 minutos en coche del aeropuerto de Málaga.

Esta propiedad también ofrece Internet de alta velocidad, un televisor de pantalla plana y aire acondicionado (además de calefacción para el invierno).

La casa está a 3 minutos en coche del encantador pueblo de Alhaurín de la Torre, que tiene todo lo que necesita de supermercados, bancos y farmacias a algunos bares de tapas y restaurantes. Está perfectamente situado con la playa a sólo 20 minutos en coche, Lauro Golf 5 minutos y 40 minutos en coche de Marbella.

La zona tiene mucho que explorar. Para unas vacaciones en familia con niños, hay un parque acuático en Torremolinos, un parque de cocodrilos y el parque temático Tivoli a sólo 15 minutos. Para aquellos que quieran ver un poco más de España que tiene el hermoso pueblo de Mijas a 20 minutos y Ronda aproximadamente 1 hora en coche. Para aquellos que quieran aventurarse más lejos tienen Granada, con el famoso Palacio de la Alhambra, y la hermosa ciudad de Córdoba las dos a una hora y quarto, Gibraltar a una hora y media y Sevilla a dos horas en coche.

Un lugar ideal para una escapada relajante con la familia y amigos con la garantía adicional del sol. Una semana aquí no será suficiente!

Our group of 12 had an incredible time at this villa. Everything was as described and more! We left only to the supermarket and to explore Malaga Old Town once as we really wanted to make the most of our time at the villa. Ana was a fantastic host and I definitely plan to go back, hopefully soon!!

Group Holiday

We had a brilliant time in the villa. 10 adults and 1 toddler and there was everything we needed. Ana was very welcoming and always available to get in contact with her if needed. Fantastic host and would definitely recommend. Plenty of room and very clean!

Amazing beautiful Villa, you will want for nothing

I'll start with the management and booking of the property which went without any problem. William who is looking after the property is very knowledgeable about the area and can also arrange for hire cars if they are needed. Instead of spending so much time at Malaga airport queueing up for a car we were met and transported direct to the villa where our car was waiting. William wasn't available when we arrived (he was on holiday) but he had arranged for us to be met at the villa and have all the controls from air con to hot water explained to us simply. There is also a helpful book in English explaining everything and all about the local area. On to the Villa .... it really is like a home from home. The owners have made sure there is every possible convenience available from cooking utensils to bin bags, from hats and caps to chess and floats for the pool, they have really thought about everything. The place is stunning as you walk down the path towards the house and you get a sense of the imposing size of the villa, we were a party of 10 aged 16 upwards and there was plenty of space for us all to share without feeling on top of each other. The bedrooms were all great sizes, the master with ensuite bathroom and dressing room and 2 other bedrooms on the first floor. A further 2 bedrooms on the ground floor again one of them ensuite. The kitchen is well equipped with extra large fridge and freezer, large cooker, hob (with griddle) and microwave and a utility with washer and dryer. The large lounge is very comfy but we didn't use it at all as there is so much outside space which is perfectly set up with 6 sun loungers, sofas and comfy chairs for relaxing next to the pool. There's an outside eating area next to the BBQ with enough seating for 12 or more, there's a small bar with a really handy fridge/freezer next to it so you can stock it up and save on the frequent trips inside. There's also another table and chairs under the shade next to the house which was great for us parents to get away from the kids. I would urge anyone renting this villa to make sure you have a really good look round when you arrive as we went off buying things only to find they are already provided. The location was perfect for us, it is in a residential housing estate and the local town is about 20 mins walk away and has numerous bars, restaurants shops ... and a very good supermarket. I would recommend this villa without any hesitation ... thank you William and Ana!

El único problema , es el agua caliente .Es que 12 adultos no se pueden duchar por la mañana. No da para todos el agua caliente Lo demás estupendo .Casa, jardín , camas, habitaciones, cocina , ñaños, el salón es fantástico

Wonderful villa

What a wonderful place to stay. The villa was clean and tidy and very well furnished. We were met by the owners on arrival and they were very welcoming and hospitable. We really couldn't fault the week, everything was just perfect and the local village has some great place to eat tapas. We will defiantly be coming back for another visit.

Wundervoller Urlaub in einer Traumvilla

Absolut perfekter Urlaub in einer Traumvilla. Haus ist sehr großzügig ausgestattet, der Außenbereich ist traumhaft schön und die Lage in den Bergen von Alhaurin ist wundervoll. Vom Flughafen in Malaga sind es nur 25 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Gastgeberin Ana ist suoer freundlich und wirklich immer erreichbar. Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 5 Kinder ( 3-12 Jahre ) zu Besuch und alles hat wunderbar gepasst.

Belle maison, très gentille propriétaire, nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Il a fait froid en cette période mais nous avons pu faire du feu dans la cheminée. Le portail est télécommandé et parfois un peu difficile à ouvrir. Séjour très positif

Vi hade en härlig vecka i ett fint hus. Bra utrymmen och fin trädgård. 9 vuxna och 2 småbarn. Ana är en trevlig värd som är väldigt hjälpsam och lätt att komma i kontakt med.

A beautiful villa with fantastic outdoor living spaces.

We have just returned from a great holiday staying in Ana's Villa in Pinos de Alhaurin. As a group of nine adults, we all enjoyed comfortable and well appointed bedrooms, excellent bathroom facilities, a well equipped kitchen and wonderful outdoor spaces, not to mention the great swimming pool. Arriving from an early flight, we were able to leave off our luggage early, before the check-in time. Before, during and after our stay, it was very easy to communicate with Ana, who also called on our first evening to welcome us and check everything was alright. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area, a short drive or a twenty minute walk into the town of Alhaurin de la Torre . There is a regular bus service into Malaga, with a bus stop a five minute walk from the villa. Alhaurin de la Torre is a busy town with lots of bars, shops and restaurants, and very few tourists. Lauro golf course is a 15 minute drive from the villa, and we had two very enjoyable games during our stay. The Aqualand Park in Torremolinas is a short drive away and was rated highly by those of us who spent a day there. I have no hesitation in recommending Ana's villa.

Villan var helt fantastisk! Vi firade min 65 årsdag med barn och barnbarn och vi hade en underbar vecka! Barnen älskade poolen och de plockade apelsiner på baksidan. Området är lugnt och vi kunde även gå ner till byn. Jag skulle gärna hyra villan igen! Ana var fantastisk och hjälpsam. Toppenbetyg från oss alla!

Fantastic family holiday villa

We have just returned from a fantastic week away in Ana's Villa. We were met by the owners who were warm and welcoming and showed us around the villa. The villa was homely and very comfortable. The 3 teenage boys with us were never bored with the beautiful pool, table football, basketball, dart board they were never bored. The villa was spacious and we loved the orange trees in the garden where we could collect and squeeze our own orange juice in a morning. The owners were available through the week to answer any questions we had his text message. The owner sent me a link to the nearest supermarket supeco and we were able to buy all the supplies we needed even my gluten free. I would highly recommend Ana's Villa it was clean, homely with beautifully srunning views.

Wundervolle Villa mit vielen Details

Wir haben die Villa als Gruppe von 8 Erwachsenen gemietet und damit wirklich einen Glücksgriff gelandet. Ana hat uns sehr sympathisch emfangen und alles gezeigt. Man fühlt sich wie ein Star wenn man in solch einem schönen Haus und großen Anwesen wohnen darf. Das Haus entspricht voll und ganz den Bildern und hat unsere Erwartungen sogar über troffen. Alles ist sauber und hochwertig. Besonders angenehm ist, dass alles für einen Haushalt vorhanden ist, von Flaschenöffnern, Kühlpads, Werkzeug etc. Man fühlt sich automatisch wohl und wie daheim. Die vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten wie Tischfußball, Dart, Basketball und der Pool haben uns sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Auch die drei überdachten Parkplätze waren super. Wenn sich die Gelegenheit bietet, werden wir auch jeden Fall wieder hier her kommen :-) Vielen lieben Dank Ana, dass wir in eurem Anwesen wohnen durften, für die nette Kommunikation und die vielen Ausflugstipps!

The whole experience was fantastic.

Ana and her brother met us at the property - they ran through the whole house with us i.e. air con etc. The pictures almost don't do the property justice it is huge and felt like a home from home. It was all the little added extras that made it so special - there was sun tan cream, hats, beach towels and even buckets and spades if you had children. The garden and pool were fantastic - we had family over for lunch and were easily able to seat 12 people for lunch. You can have a large number of people staying without it feeling crowded. I can highly recommend a stay at this beautiful villa that had everything you require. We look forward to another stay in the future.
