Casa muy confortable, bonita y tranquila

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos, la casa tenía todo tipo de comodidades y todas elegidas con mucho gusto. No daba la sensación de estar en una casa de alquiler. La urbanización es muy tranquila y soleada. Recomiendo esta vivienda!

Brainy stay

Rosanna was a fantastic host, easily contactable and responded quickly to my messages before we arrived. Apartment was fabulous , excellent location and the use of free bicycles was a lovely extra.

A very relaxing week.

This is a five bedroom property within a large (secure) gated community. The complex is approximately a 10 minute drive from supermarkets and about fifteen minutes from San Juan and other beaches. Walking takes longer but use of the cycles (provided in basement) is both welcome, pleasantly different and enjoyable in the 'cycle-friendly' area. The complex is occupied by local families as opposed to tourists. Again this is refreshing and pleasant though visitors must be mindful of local customs - respect the siesta being the most obvious. The accommodation was fine for 3 generations of our family. That is eight adults and two children. There is plenty of room to both entertain as a group or enjoy your own company. All normal facilities available in any home are there and there is an abundance of towels, crockery, cutlery etc. Maybe some more storage space in some of the bedrooms for clothes would be useful. The communication with Rosana, the owner was fantastic. She showed great flexibility allowing early check-in, baby cot and seat availability and generally putting us at ease. This continued throughout the week through our contact with designated neighbours (friends of Rosana) and our checkout which was seamless. There were some minor issues with electrics (power tripped, water heater stopped working,AC in idle, kettle) which were notified to Rosana and I assume, rectified at the end of our stay. They are 'first world' issues and, to be honest, did not detract from our enjoyment. If you have the slightest issue with health, movement etc then either ensure you have use of a vehicle or book the efficient local taxi service. The transport infrastructure is excellent (and cheap) - the trams in particular are clean, on time and cost 1 Euro 45c to go to Alicante!!! We had a great time. It is about six/seven years since we were able to arrange a holiday for all of us. Staying in this accommodation did not disappoint and allowed us to enjoy ourselves.

A wonderful villa - facilities and communication excellent

3 couples with two teenagers stayed at this property for a week. We were aware that the location was not central but at different times we walked or biked to the beach, and took taxis to central Alicante , so everything was in reach by some method or another! There are no shops within a short walk so if not hiring a car I would recommend a well-planned taxi trip for shopping at the nearest supermarket. The villa is fabulous. Very spacious and 3 families had more than enough space, which was great. Furnished exceptionally well with all facilities one could ask for. Fantastic aircon was a real bonus. The peaceful terrace at the back was well-shaded with palms with lovely views over the golf-course and lake. Immediately in front of the villa was the swimming pool which was perfect for swimming and sunbathing (Note that swimming is discouraged during siesta, although adults can swim quietly and sunbathe, etc.). Everything was very well-maintained. The ONLY thing that could be improved, in my opinion, would be the provision of sunbeds to take out to the pool, as the ones on-site were limited and splitting. Rosana and her neighbours were very helpful and dealt with any queries immediately. I would HIGHLY recommend this villa to large parties looking for a relaxing break.

Fantastic Holiday

Rosana and her team were totally amazing, helpful in every way. The property was as described and very roomy and pleasant. Highly recommend though you do need a car, but can use the bikes to get to the beach etc. Thank you again Rosana for all, the most helpful and incredible person ever !!!

Very nice familyhouse

Very nice house inside a secured area with swimming pool and a nice swimming pool area just few steps away from the entrance. We were 9 adults and 2 small children and we used the swimming pool every day. The garage had room for one car which was very nice because of the small children which could be put in the car and taken out of it inside the garage. Other cars were parked in the street just outside the secured and locked area and there were always enough parking spots. Having cars for the group made it a lot easier goin into Alicante and I would recommend that, even though public transport is easy. There were many bicycles available and we used it a lot going to the store and the beach only 10-15 minutes away. Alicante golf course is only 5 min away on a bike and we went there few times and rented clubs for playing. Very nice golf course. Being able to use bicycles included in the rent was a big bonus for us. The house has 10 beds for adults and one bed for a child and Rosana supplied us a cot for the infant. These beds were in 4 bedrooms and an open space in the cellar. The kitchen is not very big and keeping food and drinks in an ordinary sized refrigirator for a big group required some spatial skills 😊 Kitchen had all the necessary appliances and the were all working well. The patio had a big table which we always used for lunch and dinner for all of us, 11 people. Really nice area with plenty of space. Internet connecion was excellant as was TV. Air conditioning is in all rooms, but we had some problems adjusting it in one of the rooms. It would be really easy to make instructions on how to operate the air conditioning and have available in the house but in our case Rosana offered to help us. Rosana answered every question quickly and delivered top service and me and my family highly recommend this property for a relaxing vacation in Alicante.

Lovely villa, great for a relaxing holiday.

We enjoyed a relaxed stay at this lovely villa. There were 10 of us in our party and the spacious villa meant we had plenty of room to be together or have time alone. Use of the bikes was a bonus and were used for the supermarket run (we didn't hire a car). The villa was clean, comfortable and had everything we required. Maybe a couple of loungers would be useful for relaxing outside. The communal pool was used daily and just outside the villa. Rosana responded promptly to any questions I asked and was extremely helpful. I would recommend this villa to friends.

A fantastic house in a beautiful area!!

We loved everything about the house! It was even better than the description, with the pool just outside the kitchen window. We can recommend to rent a car, since the location is rather far from both super market (15 min walk) and the beach, San Juan (20 min walk). It was smooth to take the Tram to Alicante (10 min walk to the station). The journey from "Campo de Golf" to Alicante took 15 min. Alicante is a fantastic town with tasty tapas, wonderful beach and good shopping. We will be back!! #lexertgrunditz

We are originally from Madrid but we are living in the UK and can no longer enjoy our holiday stays in Alicante. I am an educational consultant and my husband owns a logistic company. We have two children studying years 9 and 12.

We bought this house when our children were little and drove almost every weekend from Madrid to spend the weekend at the beach. Our children loved it and we rebuilded it to make it an unique home to enjoy quality time with family and friends. We have spend great moments there and all our friends and family love the house.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Superb location, close to the beach, golf course, the city center and local amenities and an ideal temperature all year round.
