Totalmente equipado para 10 personas + 1 bebé, aire acondicionado en cada habitación, situado en Gran Alacant (Santa Pola) con vistas al mar y hermoso jardín, piscina privada 9M x 5M con ducha al aire libre, amplias terrazas, tumbonas, barbacoa de carbón, cocina de verano con bar, nevera, taburetes altos para el aperitivo, todas las comodidades, lavadora, lavavajillas, nevera-congelador, satélite por cable, francés, Inglés, alemán, español e Internet de fibra óptica.
El lugar es tranquilo, cerca de las playas, a 50 m del supermercado, bares y restaurantes, a 5 km del campo de golf.
Un tren turístico pasa por la urbanización Monte y Mar hasta la playa.
A 600 metros hay un gran centro comercial con muchos bares restaurantes gran supermercado y también actividades para niños.
Una de las características es el clima suave durante todo el año, ideal para disfrutar de buena parte del año en la playa.
La playa está animada por muchos bares con un tren turístico que recorre la urbanización.
El coche no es imprescindible.

Third time we have rented a villa in the same area but this property was by far the best. Very clean, very well furnished and an excellent location.

Very big villa with a great pool for kids and adults and we were in the pool every day and evening with plenty of inflatables for the kids allready at the villa.We would have gone to the beach more but the tourist train has stopped running for the last 12 months which was a disappointment as it is the description of the villa.We went up to Massa sqaure every evening for something to eat, plenty of choice and reasonable prices

Fantastic villa. Management team are very professional and acted immediately on a minor pool problem. Owner also very helpful. The perfect villa for 10 people and in a perfect location , a couple of minutes walk away from Masa Square which has restaurants ,bars and entertainment. First family holiday abroad with grandchild

Beautiful villa with everything you need. Shame the supermarket next door has shut down but obviously no fault of the villa We loved the fact that there were blinds in the windows which helped with the little one.Overall great and would stay again.

Short Spring Break

We stayed at this Villa in Late February 2025 as two families for a short spring break. The Villa and location were brilliant and we all enjoyed our time there. Villa was lovely and in a great location. Will definitely be looking to stay again.

Fantastic villa

Spacious villa, 6 of us stayed and there was so much room for all of us. It had everything we required for cooking, the bbq area was great.It was a really short walk to the square next door with lovely restaurants and bars. There is a public swimming pool next door and although there was music sometimes it didn’t bother us.The best thing was the big swimming pool where you could escape from the heat. We all said we would love to return

Great villa

The villa is perfect for large families and groups well situated for eating and drinking with Lidl and Aldi supermarkets not far away.The pool area is excellent.The only problem we had was with the caretaker who didn’t turn up on time when we had to leave and return the deposit.Slight problem with the air conditioning and lights for a couple of days but was resolved by an electrician.Definitely will return

Fantastic Villa, brilliant location.

This is the best Villa we have stayed in, the pool area was perfect for our family holiday. The location is literally 2 minutes walk to a supermarket and bar and restaurants. We had the best time. Many thanks.

Well situated villa within walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars.

Well organised and spacious villa. Plenty of space for various age ranges. Lovely pool but not heated so a little cold for us for an end of October stay. I’m sure it’s lovely in the hot summer.

One of our best family holidays!

We loved the villa. Close to everything including the shops, restaurants, bars, gym and bus stops. The pool and bar at the villa were our favourite things. We also enjoyed a BBQ and a takeaway at home. Villa was clean and well looked after. We have already booked for next year.

Amazing stay

We have just got back from a 10 day stay at this property. There were 10 of us ranging from 7 to 68. Very spacious villa with fantastic pool. Location very convenient,close to bars,restaurants and supermarkets. Communication with the owners of the villa was fantastic throughout. Would definitely stay here again😊

From the moment we opened the gate and saw the property we were overwhelmed, the pictures were true to property and it did not disappoint.We will definitely return. Close to a small square of bars and a local store.

Great stay in Gran Alicant

Had a great week in this villa 7 - 14th May. Beds were comfortable and bedrooms good size, kitchen fully equipped, excellent garden and pool etc. Conveniently located with bars, restaurants and supermarket close by; Carabassi beach is a 20 / 30 min walk away, or a short drive, and 20 / 25 mins to Alicante.Villa was spacious and bright, TV and books etc. in living area. One thing on check in, we didn't know about a 300 euro fee held against 'damages' (we'd already taken out the insurance offered by VRBO), and as this was in cash could have been problematical; as it happened one of the party had extra euros, so not really a problem for us this time. Fee returned promptly (minus cost for electric) upon departure.Good communication with host, and a great stay

Fantastic

Villa absolutely spot on. Has everything you need. There were 9 of us ages ranging from 13 to 86, everyone of us enjoyed it and never felt cramped. The pool was a good size with a really useful bar area. I was surprised by the amount of restaurants and entertainment around the corner as we were expecting it to be more quiet and residential. Would definitely go again.

Amazing

Can't complement the villa enough we all had a fabulous time. Bars and restaurants right next door. Weather was wonderful and undoubtedly we will be back! Would of loved a heated pool as that time of year water pretty cold but didn’t put us off! We arrive quite early but a nice lady met us and kindly let us stay there and then. Any questions we had were answered quickly by email which was very much appreciated. Thank you all for our brilliant holiday in you gorgeous villa. Yvonne

Winter trip

The villa is lovely, covenantally located near to the shops and bars. It is definitely a summer Vila, as we found it very cold and damp. The damp led to mould in the bedrooms. The heating via air conditioning units is totally inefficient. Also because the weather was very un-Spanish we spent more time inside, unfortunately when you have 10 people staying there is only comfortable seating for at most 6 people. On the odd evening that we wanted to sit on the balcony, there is seating for three people and no cushions for the furniture. A new hob might be a good idea as one of the rings is dangerous.

Home from home

No car required. Beautiful area and great location. Supermarket and restaurants and bar in close proximity. Got the bus to Alicante and while nice to see, the Santa pola area much more relaxed. I would recommend the property and location. 5 double bedrooms, and all to a high standard. We used the balcony to chill on an evening with gorgeous views. During day the pool area was our go to and felt very private and secure. Hope to return again. Lina and Sergio who took care of our bookings were brilliant. Highly recommend for service, property and location. Couldnt ask for better.

Lovely villia

The villia is well situated and a car in a not needed walkable to bars and restaurants. The villia it self was very big but I'm unfortunately was not very clean. The cutlery was dirty and a few of the glasses. We had trouble with the shower not draining away The handle was broken on one of the doors and a pillar was broken but we told them and I'm sure that they would now be fixed. The floors were quite dirty I don't think they had been mopped over. It didn't spoil our holiday Things that I fill was needed was shelving in the showers to put our soaps on. And extra pillows
