"VILLA LUXURY, BELLA LUCIA 1" dispone de una superficie interior de 140m2, que se distribuye en salón comedor individual, cocina independiente, 3 dormitorios uno tipo suite y vestidor, otro baño completo y otra solana. Todas las estancias son exteriores, iluminadas y ventiladas de forma natural, dotándolas de privacidad e intimidad. Además esta preciosa villa nos ofrece unas bonitas zonas exteriores con una superficie total de 350m2, donde encontramos una amplia piscina, zonas de jardín con plantas florales y además una bonita área de césped artificial para el disfrute de los más peques, y por último una expectacular barbacoa con mesas, sillas y pérgola de madera donde poder disfrutar a cualquier hora del día. "VILLA BELLA LUCIA 1" está situada en la mejor zona residencial de Corralejo, a pocos minutos del centro y zonas comerciales, parque acuático y bares (15 minutos andando y 3 en coche). La villa dispone de aire acondicionado y piscina climatizada (con cargo adicional muy económico para nuestros clientes) consultar con la propietaria , wifi con fibra óptica a gran velocidad ideal para teletrabajo totalmente gratuito. Nuestra Villa se encuentra,Cerca del Parque natural de las dunas de Corralejo donde están ubicadas nuestras famosas Grandes Playas.En nuestra Villa no está permitido alojarse mas personas que las indicadas en la reserva ya que varia el precio según el numero de personas, en caso de incumplimiento se le suspenderá la estancia en la casa.Disponemos de varias Villas"Villa Bella Lucia 1,2 y 3 en caso de no tener disponibilidad consultar al propietario. Nuestras villas disponen de coches de alquiler de todo tipo con recogida en el aeropuerto ,bicicletas normal y electrica,excursiones en Catamarán con pesca submarina y comidas a bordo así como excursiones en Quads consultar precios a la propietaria.

Great base for Carralejo

Comfortable and enjoyable stay in this nice little villa, conveniently located in a quiet district but close enough to town and local amenities. Great communication throughout our stay from Lucia the owner. Note that pool heating charge is 20 euros per day (not mentioned on particulars) but a great investment in March despite decent outside temperatures!

Lovely villa

Beautiful spacious villa inside and out. Very clean. Very clean pool positioned well in full sun all day. We were met by the very welcoming owner, Lucia, upon arrival and we appreciated the welcome pack, nibbles and wine. We would recommend this villa and would like to return.

Property was nice, lovely heated pool and outside area, good location. Nice kitchen and inside area. Unfortunately our bed was horrible, uncomfortable lumpy mattress. The shower also wasn't great, the door didn't shut so water poored over the floor and the handle was broken. Also note the air conditioning is chargable. You have to put coins in a machine to get it working, it cost us quite a lot. Cannot fault the service of the owner. Also responded to us and provided us with relevant information.

I am surprised that you write about the mattress and the shower after my husband came by the house every 3 or 4 days during his stay to clean the pool and the outdoor area and they have not told him anything and especially having my telephone number for any inconvenience that may happen in the house and after asking them if everything was fine and answering that everything was correct, regarding the air conditioning I don't know why they are surprised when this information is detailed in the description of the house, I would have liked you to mention that we provide you with a cot and high chair for your baby free of charge and without having asked for it and the entrance to the house before the usual schedule as well as the welcome pack that we provide you upon arrival, we will also verify what you say regarding the mattress and the shower already This is the first time that someone has complained about our mattresses, since our intention is always to improve. Nichts für Ruhesuchende oder Menschen die Privatsphäre wünschen. Rund herum hat jeder eine Dachterrasse und kann alles einsehen, kein Haus der Kategorie Luxus, denn es ist zu abgewohnt. Großzügig ausgestattet ist es auch nicht, keine ErsatzTrockentücher, ein Putzlappen fur innen und aussen, keine Eimer für Mülltrennung. Chlor im Pool statt Salz. Die Korbsessel haben durchgesessene Kunststoffkissen, due klebrig sind. zweimal stand ohne Ankündigung der Inhaber plötzlich auf der Terrasse. Kontrolle? Man hatte uns gesagt der Poolboy kommt freitags. Überwachungskameras (5) an jeder Ecke draußen und den Innenkameras haben wir uns sehr unwohl gefühlt. Die Tür der Dusche kann nicht geschlossen werden, also hat man einen See auf dem Boden. die Wanne im 2. Bad ist undicht und hat auch kein heißes Wasser. Die Stufen ins Schwimmbad sind glatt ebenso wie die Fliesen rundherum. Auf der Terrasse gibt es eine Lampe mit Dämmerungs Schalter . Wer am Abend dort etwas trinken möchte , wird bei jeder Bewegung angestrahlt. Wer chillen will ist hier nicht richtig.Die Autobahn ist nah, man hört ständig den Motorenlärm. Wir hatten das Pech, das um uns herum drei Baustellen waren. Die Nachbarn haben für das musikalische Abendprogramm gesorgt u. auch tagsüber war es laut. Die Fotos der Sonnenliegen haben uns suggeriert, dass Handtücher vorhanden sind. Drei Tage vor Urlaubsbeginn bekamen wir die Nachricht dass wir Handtücher für die Sonnenliegen selber mitbringen müssen.

Preciosa villa de 5 estrellas...!!

Excelente villa para descansar, hemos disfrutado maravillosamente mi mujer y yo de la casa, reúne todas las expectativas que buscábamos, la piscina climatizada estupenda, la zona del solárium todo el día con sol, la barbacoa estupenda, la villa es maravillosa y está situada en una zona recidencial muy tranquila y muy cerca del pueblo, Lucía nos ofreció alquilar un coche y lo hemos alquilado pensando que nos haría falta para movernos pero en realidad solo lo utilizamos para ver la isla, en la zona se encuentra el Mercadona a 10 minutos caminando y teníamos a 5 minutos cafeterías y parada de taxis, la villa es muy bonita, muy amplia y espaciosa, la anfitriona Lucía muy servicial y sin duda volveremos el próximo año, es la casa perfecta para desconectar y pasar unas vacaciones de lujo...

Great family villa

We have just returned from our stay at Bella Lucia and I can highly recommend it when planning a holiday in Corralejo. The villa is very clean and is located in a quiet and safe area which is around a 15 min walk into the centre of the resort. The description of the villa is accurate, with the added bonus of a warm pool courtesy of the hot climate. Lucia made sure all our needs were catered for and the welcome pack is a nice touch. I would highly recommend Bella Lucia as a place to stay in Corralejo.

Family break

Easy check in. Quick review of house and facilities along with lovely gift basket and wine. Some local advice which proved useful. Location was quiet which suited us and villa had all that we needed. Despite being located out of main town, multiple transport options including eco friendly scooters. Overall a relaxing great stay and Lucia was extremely helpful host.

Great villa with a home from home feeling

Lovely villa, well equipped and very clean. The pool heating seemed quite expensive at 15euro per day but it was the hottest pool of any villa we have stayed in. The villa was a good walk from the center of Corralejo but was what we wanted as it was very peaceful and we wanted plenty of exercise,

Noisy location

Property was spotless, owner helpful but unfortunately the neighbour was working on an outside fixture each afternoon so lots of drilling. Also dogs barking on and off daily so not peaceful and relaxing. No fault of the owner but as on a residential estate we cut our stay short and moved to a quieter inland location

Mr. Colin I find it unfortunate and harmful that I value my property in this way because of what the neighbors of the neighboring houses may be doing since they are very respectful when making their small reforms, you cannot ask people to do in their houses what they believe It is necessary as long as they respect the hours of rest, do not intend to go to an urbanizable vacation rental villa and that nothing is heard that is totally impossible, regarding dogs it is not true that they bark continuously they only do it if they hear a strange car and not always since their owners are in the house continuously and they avoid making noise, I only recommend that they treat their problem regarding noise since in my villa there is no such problem, the owners in their houses can do whatever they want and we cannot prohibit it as long as they do it during the daytime and please limit yourself to assessing your stay and the service since we have been before everything that they asked for their requests They were almost daily without any justification and of course I do not recommend it as a guest since they have not been grateful at all, fortunately our evaluations 99% are very good because we know how to do our job and our main objective is that our clients leave happy and remember your stay as your best vacation greetings Lucia.

Lovely 2nd Stay

This was our second time staying at Bella Lucia 1. It’s a lovely villa inside and out, close to all amenities too so a car is not necessary. Lucia greets you on arrival and responds quickly to any queries. We would recommend this villa and are hoping to return again next year.

Excellent Villa

At start of holiday owner met us at the property gave us a warm welcome and showed us around explaining All that we needed to know . The villa itself was very well appointed and scrupulously clean. The interior sitting area was very comfortable and th kitchen has everything you required Beds were comfortable and plenty of wardrobe space. Really nice sitting area outside with excellent outside furniture. Large outside dining area beside excellent BBQ . Comfortable sunbeds and nice pool which despite us opting not to have heated was not a bad temperature albeit our party did not use very often as we prefer bathing in the sea. Villa is only about a 20 minute walk to the start of the main restaurants and shopping area and 10 minute walk to main Supermarket. A car therefore not necessary is recommended. Owner very quick to respond to any queries we had and rectify a loss of Wifi very promptly. All in all excellent villa and would highly recommend

We have had a lovely stay in the villa .The villa is very well maintained and well equipped.

If you have a late flight departing bare it in mind that unless you pay extra there is nowhere for you to store luggage ..get a shower etc .This would have been very difficult for us with a toddler . Probably some guests would need a car unless happy to do a lot of walking

Wonderful villa and perfect host!

We have just returned from a wonderful 2 weeks in Fuerteventura staying at Bella Lucia. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed. The outside area is also spacious and we spent many hours relaxing near the pool and enjoying al fresco dining. Lucia is a great host and nothing was too much trouble.

Lovely Villa

We stayed at Villa Bella Lucia from the 27th February to the 9th March. It's a lovely villa both inside and out. Spotlessly clean and spacious. The outside seating area is also very comfortable. A real home away from home. The villas location is also ideal with it being a 5 minute walk to the nearest supermarket, bars and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this villa and are planning to book again for next year. Lucia is also vey friendly and contacted us during our holiday to check that we were having a nice time and if we needed anything. All in all, a great holiday.

Lovely stay

We (me, wife and two children) very much enjoyed our stay in Corralejo. The Villa is large, well equipped and clean, and the children particularly enjoyed the pool. There is a sitting area that catches the afternoon and evening sun where it is pleasant to sit, and the internet works well. The Villa is situated in a quiet residential area. There are some shops and cafes about 10 minutes walk away, or you can walk to the main shopping area with lots of restaurants in about 20 minutes, which we generally did then taking a taxi back afterwards (around 4 euros). The owner, Lucia, is very helpful and easy to contact with any questions. The only thing we would have changed is that there are some dogs in neighbouring houses that seem to enjoy barking loudly. However, it never happened in the morning or after about 9pm at night so didn't really disturb us (just would have been nicer to have not had any barking). I don't think this is specific to the area around the Villa though - there seems to be a lot of dogs in Corralejo generally. Overall, thoroughly recommended though.

Tolle Villa zum wohlfühlen

Wir waren Anfang August 2018 zu Gast in der Villa und waren rundum begeistert und zufrieden! Die Villa ist super sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet, schön und gemütlich eingerichtet und man merkt das bei vielen Details auf ein hohes Niveau wert gelegt wurde. Der Pool war Spitze und wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Der Grillplatz war vor allem durch die Überwachung absolut perfekt! Alle Elektro Geräte funktionieren tadellos und auch die Klimaanlage ist gegen eine minimale Gebühr vorhanden. Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt und nicht einmal daran gedacht das etwas fehlen würde. Lucia ist eine traumhafte Gastgeberin, sie war trotz unserer enormen Flug Verspätung noch spät am Abend für uns da, hat uns das Haus und auch die Alarmanlage erklärt und uns sogar noch zum nächsten großen Supermarkt eskortiert. Der nächste große Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto 2 min. entfernt (mercadona) Und genauso weit ist auch ein kleiner Superdino der auch am Sonntag geöffnet hat. Prinzipiell liegt die Villa in einer sehr guten gegend wie uns auch die einheimischen sagten. Die Innenstadt von Corralejo lädt zum bummeln, essen und abends auf Cocktails ein und kann zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten oder für unter 5€ (einfache Strecke) mit dem Taxi erreicht werden. Was wir absolut empfehlen können ist die Dune Buggy Tour die man in Corralejo buchen kann sowie einen leihwagen um auch abgelegene Strände und Vulkane zu erkunden! Absolute Restaurant Empfehlung: CANTANTE bar und cafe in Corralejo am Strand, dort haben wir so gut wie alles mal probiert und waren absolut verliebt! Vom Flughafen braucht man mit dem Auto ca. 40 Minuten, der Verkehr ist aber hervorragend und es ist nie viel los auf den Straßen. Zwingend nötig ist ein Auto in der Villa aber nicht und kann auch Tage weiße für Ausflüge gebucht werden, Taxi fahren ist aber auch sehr günstig! Wir würden die Villa absolut und mit reinem Gewissen weiter empfehlen auch wenn wir bei unserem Aufenthalt leider etwas Pech mit dem Wetter hatten, es empfiehlt sich definitiv ein paar dünne Pullover oder Jäckchen für abends mitzunehmen, auch tagsüber kann es ohne Sonne und bei starkem Wind recht frisch werden! Aber es gibt tolle Ausflüge ziele wie den siam Park wo man froh über eine kleine Abkühlung ist! Die Villa aber war in jeglicher Hinsicht super und wirklich sauber, das möchte ich nochmal betonen! :-)

Exceptional Villa in perfect location

Just had a 2 week stay in this villa. All the other 5* reviews give an excellent description. It’s well kept, super clean. There is loads of space, nice clean pool and the owners are the best. They greet you at the villa on arrival, show you round. This is really good as after a 4 hour flight from UK it’s already been a long day. Any problems are sorted out very quickly and professionally. This villa will always be my first choice if staying in this area of the island. Cannot recommend it enough. More than deserves 5*.

Beautiful and homely

The villa is perfect. Beautifully clean and homely. The pool was lovely and Clean and very private. We have had a lovely holiday and will definitely return. A note for disabled visitors, the pavements around the villa are awful and mum struggled a bit with her electric scooter. But once you get to the second roundabout all the pavements are lovely and smooth. Lucia has been so helpful, answering every question within an hour or so. Just brilliant, thank you.

Wonderful villa in quiet location.

Very spacious and comfortable villa. Very pleasant outside space and a sparkling pool to cool down in. A small problem with water pressure resulted in an immediate response and resolved in a few minutes. Villa extremely well equipped, with large fridge and freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, microwave and oven. Seating inside and out very comfortable...very good for afternoon snoozes! English TV channels limited to Sky news but wifi was good enough to use easyview.eu on ipad to watch a range of English channels (BBC, ITV). A "welcome pack" was most appreciated. A supermarket is about 5 mins away by car, although we had stocked up at Lidl situated just off the circum-navigation around Puerto del Rosario. Next time we holiday in Fuerteventura, this will be our first choice.
