Recreación al aire libre
Un gran patio se extiende al frente del condominio de vacaciones, ofreciendo un amplio espacio para disfrutar de la brisa del golfo y las espectaculares vistas al océano. Las sillas con balcón en el patio lo convierten en un lugar perfecto para cócteles por la noche o comidas informales. A nuestros clientes les encanta pasar tiempo en el balcón, que está sombreado durante la mayor parte del día. Además de la playa, incluso puedes ver la bahía desde un extremo del balcón. Excellent time

The condo was very nice. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. The complex did have water repair so we didnt have water for one day. I inquired and received a quick response.

Beach Front

This is a nice property, the property staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn't have much luck having conversations with the host manager. For example there was a fire alarm chirping, this is the property owners responsibility but the property maintenance tech came in and changed the battery, so issue was addressed quickly. The property was in good shape but not the cleanest. The kitchen counters were dreadful, crumbs under all of the counter appliances, counters wiped down with a wet rag leaving residue. Small items, overall nice property.

Great location and clean, private beach area

The reason we gave this property a 3 was because of the great location of the property! We had a large grass area right out the door and very private and close to the beach! For the price (one of the highest in the area) The condo was not very clean. The cabinets had food on them, missing handle. The kitchen was not well equipped, it did not have a dish washer and no dish clothes to wash dishes. I did not think to ask if it had a dishwasher for the price of the unit. The blinds were in very bad shape and took so much work to open and close, we left them open. The showers were nice and the beds comfortable, the unit could have been cleaner especially for the price. It has a good washer and dryer. The agent was great and VERY responsive. The condo pool was good and the grounds were very well kept and clean. With a little cleaning and updating this unit would be amazing. I do have to say if the price was cheaper, I might stay again but not for what we paid.

Things left to be desired...

The unit was not in great condition; there were light bulbs out and I had to call someone to replace them. There was an important blind missing on the beach facing window and I had to put up my own blanket up for heat control and privacy at night. I think when you are traveling and for the price that we are paying (I have rented other units from your company before), I think beach towels should be provided. They were not. There is no inventory list at the beginning of my stay like there was last year. And there is no "what is wrong list" to fill out as well. I personally own a unit in the same complex and I was renting this for my kids, so I know what the quality of a good unit should be. When you rent a unit as fast and it is vacated, how can you have time to repair things properly?

Great location! Beautiful Condo!

We have stayed at Sea Vista for 7 years now. We LOVE the location to the beach and how uncrowded it is. This is our first time in this specific condo. The first floor access is so convenient to haul all your stuff to and from the beach. And it is decorated beautifully and clean. I’m putting some things down that I would want to know for next time as most of the other condos usually have these things and so I wasn’t prepared.…there are 2 beach chairs in the condo, no other beach things/toys. There are no beach towels. There is no dishwasher. There was only one wineglass. The rest of the “drinking” glasses were margarita and beer glasses. Bring trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry pods as there aren’t extras. Other than me not being prepared, the 6 of us truly enjoyed the condo and beach.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Only things we didn’t like was that there wasn’t a dishwasher, and that there were only 2 bathrooms instead of 3. Would have been nice for each bedroom to have their own bath. We made it work. Would come back again.

Fixer Upper

The best part about this property was the location - super easy access to the beach, nice restaurants, and activities. It also had the right amount of space needed for our group. However, it is run down and dirty. I spent a good portion of my first-day cleaning. We all returned home sick, and I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't from the dust and mold in the paper blinds. It is in need of repairs throughout (especially bathrooms), deep cleaning, and more updating/replacing of things. The surrounding units appear to be in much better shape.

Perfect beachfront location!

The property is in great condition! Perfect location beachfront and nice day for a cookout. Condo is very spacious three bedooms 2baths. Rooms and beds were very comfortable. Anything you need for the kitchen is available. Wifi works great. A very peaceful, private place, definitely plan on going there again! Pool and tennis courts are fun activities to use with the family.

WE HAD TO MOVE FROM ROOM TO ROOM

MADE RESERVATION IN AUG 4TH CHANGED ROOM NUMBER ON ME END OF AUG. ON THE TRIP DRIVING DOWN CALL AND CHANGED THE ROOM AGAIN AND BED COUNT IT MADE US ONE BED SHORT, WE HAVE 5 GROW MEN EACH NEED SEPERATE BED. WE RENTED TWO CONDO SECOND CONDO WORK OUT FINE LOWER DEPOSIT AND NICER. WE WILL TAKE OUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE JEFF MASON

Property was nice, condo was a little disappointing

Furniture and blinds need to be replaced in living room. They are worn out and dirty. Expected much nicer for the price we paid.

Great Condo....

We have been to SPI about 6 -7 times. We normally get a condo on a higher level floor so we can see the beach over the dunes in front of the condos, but we decided on this one because we had our grandkids with us this year. It was easier coming and going to the beach with the kiddos. The beds are very comfortable, the bathroom and showers are great. There were 7 of us, 4 adults and 3 kids, ages 4, 8, and 12. There is a closet with sand toys for the kids, and there were 2 boogie boards, one was broken but we used it until we bought 2 more and a beach umbrella (cheaper than renting one) and 3 big tubes for floating over the waves. We left the boogie boards, umbrella, and tubes for the next guest. We also decided on this condo because there was a washer and dryer, but there is no dishwasher. We were okay with that because we used paper plates and just had the glasses and silverware to wash. Lots of storage containers, pots, pans and utensils and a great blender...we are vegetarians and have a veggie and fruit smoothie everyday. I would add more plastic cups, dishes and bowls because in this size condo I am sure there are always little ones and you have a meal that you really can't use a paper plate. The DVD player didn't work but we didn't need them. The TVs in the master bedroom, and living area are between 55 and 65 inch and are Smart TV's. We used our Netflix and Amazon accounts to watch movies and remove our account when we left the condo. There are also TV's in the other 2 bedrooms, about 40 inch, maybe a little smaller, but good size for the rooms. So..... YES... I would totally recommend this condo.

Perfect Summer Vacation

We stayed at the Sea Vista condo unit 104, location and staff are great. Criss the property manager did an outstanding job of sending me emails prior to our trip and answering all my questions that I had when I arrived. Cannot say enough good things about Criss. The staff there were nice and helpful when needed, well kept property. We stayed on the first floor and that was the best location for us, very short walk to the beach, kids had grass area to play in, perfect. We didnt' have to worry about carrying a lot of stuff to the beach, when we got hungry just walked back and ate. The condo has beautiful views of the ocean, perfect to catch the sunrise in the morning with a cup of coffee. We were all in agreement that we will be back to that specific location and make that our annual beach trip. Can't wait til next year!

Great location, very nice condo!

Our family had a very nice time at this condo. Overall, a good experience. We go to SPI every year and always stay at Sea Vista, and would definitely repeat our stay here. The property was comfortable and well-maintained for the most part. There were a few items we reported of items that needed to be addressed but the property managers took the feedback well to address. One important note, there is no dishwasher; therefore you need to be prepared with paper products if you don't want to spend your stay washing dishes :).

Great place to stay!

We stayed at this Sea Vista property in June and had a wonderful time! Perfect location on the bottom floor. It has a grassy area in front so our kids were able to throw a football around and it was a short walk to the beach. Perfect view of the ocean everyday. We loved sitting on the patio in the evenings and enjoying the evening breeze. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect for us. Also, loved having the washer and dryer. Very cute condo!

Ocean front view

Absolutely amazing customer service and condo. Our agent, Criss couldn't have been more friendly and accomodating. She obviously cares so much about her career and customers. Anytime we come back, she will be my first call. Condo was everything she promised and more. South Padre Rentals is the only way to go.

Sea vista's best

Great location. Even if weather was bad plenty to do indoors. Schlitter Bon across the street , See turtle rescue, zoo in Brownsville, dolphin watch, deep-sea fishing, beautiful access to the beach.

Perfect Girls Weekend

Perfect private condo with a picturesque view. Condo was spacious ,very clean, with nice pool area. Just steps from the beach. Great condo for families or a nice girls weekend. Friendly property manager with great customer service. Would recommend this condo to everyone!!!

April wedding

I would recommend this to anyone, young or old. It was quiet but they didn't mind when we got a little loud talking and laughing one night. Fully furnished except for toiletries shampoo, soaps, etc. We definitely plan on returning!

Great location, ground floor end unit, kids loved the grass area, view great but windows were filth,

We were worried about visiting during spring break, but facility was great with security and not renting to spring breakers, lots of snow birds here. Beach was very quiet, all beds in unit were super comfy and a TV in every room, one pool was heated which made it very nice in mid march, location great. Only complaint was windows needed cleaned, no dish soap, or hand soap, or extra kitchen trash bags, we had to buy those upon arrival, thinking that is a housekeeping mishap. Lastly, schlitterbaun is directly next door, not an issue until the evening when they have LOUD, thumping concerts from 8pm-2am Wed-sat of spring break, spring breakers were constantly hoping the fence next to our rental to sneak into concerts, something condo security tried to monitor, but schlitterbaun really needs to as well. Not an issue for us as we had white noise sound machines that cancelled out the noise, but it Could be a big issue for others. Really enjoyed the property and location.

Beautiful Decor & Convenient Access.

I would like to start out my review by recognizing the great customer attention given us by Chriss. She was a great person to communicate with. She took all my calls and addressed my many questions at any given time leading up to our stay. With that said, the unit itself was very well decorated, clean and had very convenient access to both to pool & beach. It was supplied with everything that we needed to make our stay very enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Excellent condo. Excellent location. We were 2 families and had plenty of space for all. Kids loved the grass in front to play, the pool and easy access to beach. Condo was well updated/maintained and had all needed kitchen items to cook in if needed. The washer/dryer was a plus for quick cleaning as well. Very nice bathrooms with recent upgrades. We definitely will stay here again. Excellent management, very attentive, on site office and active security. Cant ask for anything more. Thanks again for a great island vacation.
