Romántica y elegante Villa Amber es una nueva villa de 1 dormitorio, ubicada en el área de Laem Set en el sur de la isla.

La Villa ofrece estilo tropical 180 metros cuadrados de hermosa vida interior y exterior con una gran piscina de agua salada y jacuzzi. Es una escapada ideal y romántica para parejas.

La hermosa costa, que es poco profunda y tranquila, está a solo unos minutos en automóvil, o 5 minutos a pie desde Villa Amber. Hay maravillosos paseos que se pueden encontrar a lo largo de la playa hasta la serena pagoda Laem Sor, ubicada en la arena, con vistas a algunas islas circundantes. La villa también se encuentra a solo 10 minutos en automóvil de Lamai con su extensa playa.

Un hermoso y espacioso dormitorio en suite con aire acondicionado, cama king size, elegantes muebles de teca y una pantalla plana LED de 50 pulgadas con paquete de platino True Visions y reproductor de DVD. La salida del Dormitorio a través de puertas dobles es un pequeño jardín amurallado.

La gran piscina privada de agua salada tiene un jacuzzi con un jardín tropical que lo rodea. Hay un hermoso estanque de loto, lleno de coloridos peces tropicales y dos tortugas bebés.

Muebles de jardín con mesa, sillas, hamacas y sombrillas se encuentran en el hermoso patio, junto con una barbacoa de gas al aire libre incorporada. Aquí puede cocinar carne fresca y pescado comprado en el mercado local o en las Supermercados, y cenar al aire libre con una exquisita vida al aire libre.

Wifi gratuito de fibra óptica se proporciona en toda la villa.

Todas las toallas y ropa de siempre. La villa se limpia cada 3 días, con cambio de ropa de cama limpia y toallas limpias de baño y piscina también cada 3 días.

Aparcamiento seguro y privado en la villa.

Traumhafte Villa mit hervorragendem Gastgeber

Die Villa ist etwas außerhalb und sehr ruhig gelegen, in thailändischem Stil gehalten mit sehr vielen Pflanzen und einem großen Pool. Die Einrichtung ist durchdacht und sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an zuhause gefühlt. Das große Bett ist mit einer qualitativ hochwertigen Matratze ausgestattet, so dass guter Schlaf gewährleitet ist. Unser Gastgeber Dave hat uns vom Flughafen abgeholt und unterwegs bereits viel über die Highlights der Insel erzählt. Auch bei der Abreise wurden wir zum Airport gefahren. Was Check-In und Check-Out anbelangt war Dave extrem großzügig. Wir haben sehr viele gute Tipps zu Ausflügen und Restaurants erhalten. Die Villa ist in hervorragendem Zustand und sehr sauber. Zwei Roller die ebenfalls Dave organisiert hatte, standen bei Ankunft in der Villa bereit. Bei Fragen und Problemen standen uns Dave und sein Team jederzeit umgehend und freundlich zur Verfügung. Nochmal vielen Dank für einen perfekten Urlaub.

Die Villa wurde hier schon gut beschrieben,was ich hervorheben möchte ist die für uns perfekte Lage des Hauses inmitten der Natur,der große Pool und der offene Küchen - und Wohnbereich. Dave und seine Frau sind sehr nette Gastgeber, wir werden bestimmt wieder in einem ihrer Häuser unseren Urlaub verbringen. Thank you Dave for making our holiday so special.

Wir haben 18 Tage Urlaub in dieser wunderschönen Villa verbracht. Es war alles ,wie auf den Bildern: wunderschön, sauber und abends sehr romantisch. David und seine Frau haben uns lieb empfangen und waren immer für uns da, wenn wir fragen hatten . Wir hatten die gesamte Zeit ein Motorrad von David gemietet und konnten damit die ganze Insel erkunden. Da das Wetter fantastisch war ,also die ganze Zeit über 35 Grad Celsius ,haben wir natürlich auch den schönen Pool genossen ... oft bis Mitternacht Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub, vielen Dank. David Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder Kalman und Uta 😎

My wife and I just returned from a two week stay at villa Amber Koh Samui, and I must say how pleased we were with the villa and the service provided by David and all the staff. We felt totally at home and very welcomed throughout our stay. The villa itself is in pristine condition with terrific air conditioning and amenities throughout. We spent our time exploring the entire island every day, by scooter or car which David kindly organised for us at a very affordable rate. With plenty to see and do I would highly recommend Koh Samui as a destination and David and his team as your perfect hosts.

Die Villa Amber können wir nur Empfehlen, alles war wie beschrieben. Sehr netter Kontakt zu Dave und seiner Frau. Wir hatten eine Roller für den gesamten Aufenthalt, den hatten wir direkt bei Dave gemietet. Dadurch waren wir flexibel und haben die halbe Insel erkundet. Es wird auch alle 3 Tage die Villa gereinigt von sehr netten Personal. Unser English ist nicht sehr gut aber wir kamen gut zurecht. Wir werden auf jeden fall wieder kommen. Danke für diesen erholsamen und schönen Urlaub.

Wonderfull place to stay.

From being met by the owner David at the airport, the 5 nights we spent at the villa were very enjoyable. The villa was as good as the pictures. It was quiet and peaceful and very well equipped. When we encountered any problems, a power cut and locking ourselves out. Neung his assistant was extremely helpful even though it was in the early hours of the morning. We would highly recommend this villa.

What can I say... it ticked all of the boxes. Beautifully furnished, ideal setting, a real gem. From picking us up at the airport David could not have been any more welcoming and helpful for the duration of our 2 week stay, even sorted us out with a scooter to buzz around the island. WiFi was fantastic and even the choice of tv channels was great a good way to unwind and relax when it was too hot. The cleaning ladies did a superb job on a regular basis with changing linen and towels and where really friendly always smiling 😃 At night the villa looked magical with all the lights reflecting of the greenery and the pool was beautiful for a sneaky dip. We loved the whole of our time here it’s A great location with a shop and a local restaurant a couple of minutes walk away (good local food and really inexpensive). Venturing a little further gets you to a number of other restaurants and supermarkets. Lamai is not too far away and there are plenty of shopping opportunities should you want to buy any clothes and souvenirs. A nice French coffee shop with pastries is a good visit in the morning, David took us here the first time for break fast- yum yum. Thank you David for a great time for our first visit to Thailand x x

Dream Villa to stay-Highly recommended

Villa Amber is a gorgeous place. As soon as you walk through the entrance it takes you by surprise with its beauty and tranquility. We absolutely loved our stay. It's a lovely, spacious Villa. David was a fantastic Host and nothing too much trouble. It has a large pool for 2 person villa and I like the salt water, far better than chlorine. Everything is brand new in the villa and exceptionally created. We really loved the area here in the south of the island. Ate at a couple of places in walking distance and ocean just a 5 min drive. We can't wait to go back and cant recommend highly enough a holiday at Villa Amber. It's a dream place to stay.

I moved in 2005 to Koh Samui from Cirencester in the UK. I travelled to Thailand and other countries in this part of the world from 1990. From the places I visited Koh Samui became clearly my favourite destination.

Inspired by the opportunity for business I made the decision to move to Koh Samui and develop a new rental enterprise.

I created my own Flooring business when living in Cirencester. During this time I was also heavily involved in property development and property rental. This became a strong passion of mine, having created a large number of varying style properties in the UK. It was at this time I sought a new challenge and the idea and opportunity of moving to Koh Samui arose.

Since moving to the island I have created 15 properties, of which there are 9 luxury villas for rental, ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms, with their own swimming pools, four with spectacular ocean views, and all with an individual and tropical style. This collection of stunning villas are known as Peacefulvillas.

There have been a great many challenges in developing villas in a vastly different culture and environment in which I was brought up in. The challenges at times have been stressful, demanding and exhausting! The rewards however have far outweighed the challenges and have been able to stretch my creativity and inspiration.

Living on the island and surrounded by the beautiful, tropical nature I don’t feel the need to be anywhere else. Peacefulvillas keeps me strongly motivated and busy every day, where I enjoy to meet people from all over the world who come to stay, and often return to one of our villas.

I have only returned to Europe twice in 21 years of living on the island. One was for three days in Milan and another for 24hrs in Madrid, both to watch the mighty Spurs play in the Champions League !!!!

Villa Amber is an ideal villa for 2 persons, and particularly a couple, who are seeking a romantic getaway. This is a beautiful and natural part of the island. The north of the island is found to be a particularly busy area.

Villa Amber provides totally private accommodation in a lovely tropical area, away from the hustle and bustle. Yet only a 10 min drive away is the town of Lamai, which offers a beautiful, expansive beach, smart beachside restaurants, bars and shopping.

At the villa there are simple pleasures to enjoy, like relaxing by the pool, enjoying a barbecue, shopping in the local Thai market for fresh fish and meat or exploring the local area.

The location in the south is ideal for those who want to experience authentic Thai culture and is a quieter part of the island. Here there are many places to explore with quiet local beaches, fishing villages, Rum Distillery, Thai family run restaurants and the beautiful Laem Sor Pagoda to visit, with many other lovely places to see and experience.

I chose this location to create Villa Amber, as this is a natural, peaceful and very beautiful area of the island. It holds a great deal of charm which often can be lost in the busier, more touristy areas of the island.

We have 10 villas for rental in the south of the island. In 2020 we proudly completed luxury ocean 2 bedroom Villa Moonstone which can also be rented out as a 1 Bedroom, and is the latest design in the collection of Peacefulvillas.

Villa Amber, a high quality villa, is ideally suited for couples, with beautiful furnishings and fittings throughout. It has a large 7 x 4 mtr salt water swimming pool with jetted plunge pool with seating area, and surrounding lush garden. Lovely Lotus pond at the entrance filled with colourful tropical fish. Fully fitted new Kitchen with all the facilities you need.

Located in the south, which is a quieter, more relaxed, part of the island you will have the opportunity to explore and see the local Thai way of life. The villa provides a sanctuary in this fabulous haven, with its peaceful and exotic atmosphere. Only a 5 min walk is a Thai Restaurant serving both Thai and European food, popular Sweet Sisters Organic cafe and restaurant is 800 mtrs and a 5 min drive is Bang Kao Restaurant and also Uncle Toms cabin idyllically located on the beach. There are many other lovely restaurants around only a 5 - 10 min drive away.
