Nuestra casa históricamente restaurada de 1912 se encuentra en el Valle Stilliguamish, a 2 minutos de la pintoresca ciudad escandinava de Stanwood y en el corazón de la agricultura y el país ganso de nieve. Las bandadas de gansos de nieve abundan desde principios de octubre hasta finales de abril.

El apartamento privado Historic Lady Florence se encuentra en el 3er piso de la casa. Este espacio de 1500 pies cuadrados es perfecto para familias, grupos de eventos medianos, retiros grupales o alguien que busca un alquiler a corto plazo. Hay dos habitaciones grandes en el apartamento que pueden alojar cómodamente hasta 8 personas. Una habitación contiene una cama King y área de descanso, y la segunda habitación incluye cuatro literas incorporadas y una cama doble. Además de las amplias habitaciones, también hay una cocina privada, sala de estar, comedor y baño completo con lavabo, inodoro y ducha. Para fiestas grandes hay dos baños disponibles.

Amazing experience can’t wait to return !

We had the most excellent and wonderful trip. We were so thrilled with our choice to stay at Lady Florence - the lovely grounds beautiful home and very comfortable accommodations made for a relaxing and lovely experience . We came in the height of the summer heat and we’re not bothered at all - the insulation of the third floor and the cross breeze and wonderful fans provided all we needed to stay comfortable and cool - the kitchen came in so handy with everything we needed. My teenagers each had their own bed and space and my younger girls loved the charm and grace of the decor inside and out! Our friends were able to stay in a suite in the floor below with their infant which was an additional bonus / oh and the luxurious bathtub on the second floor was simply divine ( not sure about the other review because there is most definitely a lock on the bathroom door ) I cannot say enough about how much we love this place ! The host was so accommodating and responsive. We will definitely make a point to return and tell other about this place ! Couples would love the second story suites and the third story apartment is absolutely perfect for a family or group - it’s laid out with several sitting areas and many beds ! Our family of 7 couldn’t have asked for more. Also ample soft blankets sheets pillows and towels - felt comfortably luxurious to us ! And incredibly clean - so impressed ! Thank you to our host !

Amazing property

The house itself is absolutely gorgeous. Apartment is cute and more spacious than we realized. Betsy is great to communicate with. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

Relaxing getaway! Beautiful countryside 😊

We had a very relaxing stay in the attic rooms where there was a kitchenette, several rooms with beds. It is reminiscent of the 1930s-40s ambience. The house is 3 stories, lots of room and rooms. Beautifully furnished. There are outside gardens and buildings that add to the experience and are well maintained. Elizabeth was easy to communicate with and responsive. I would recommend!!

Great Overnight Group Spot

A group of us were headed out on kayaks bright and early and only needed this place overnight for one evening. It was the perfect place to sleep our group and prepare for our camping/kayaking trip close to our launch point on Camano Island. We loved the eclectic decor and appreciated the hot water and coffee capabilities in the morning as we got ready to go. Beds were very comfortable and location was ideal for us. Would definitely stay again.

weeken in the country!

Very nice begginign of last century home, well kept and renocated what is needed maintaing its charm. Elizabeth was there always when needed. quiet place ideal to rest and take it all in.

Cute, ecclectic, nice hosts

This is a small space, but very efficient. We had plenty of room for 5. Beds were very comfortable. Our host was accommodating and very nice. The wallpaper is GREAT! We were not able to take advantage of the outside area, but it looked really nice. The only reasons I picked 4 stars instead of 5 are (1) that there was no light near the table, so after dark we were not able to play cards, (2) the kitchen didn't have wine glasses and may not have had enough equipment for us to cook if we wanted, and (3) the downstairs bathroom (which was shared with other guests) didn't have a lock. Other than that, it was perfect. The furniture was very cool and the fridge was spotless. The grounds are gorgeous, and the carpets are amazing. We would definitely stay there again.

Fine time with a group of teenage boys!

We stayed overnight at the Lady Florence apartment. The seven teenage boys fit in the bunk room, and my husband and I in the 2nd bedroom. My husband and I enjoyed meeting the proprietor and learning more of the home's history. We are completely charmed by this lovely home. The boys especially enjoyed the basketball court and make good use of it. We came to Warm Beach/Stanwood for the Lights of Christmas, but staying at the Lady Florence was an unexpected bonus to our trip.

So special!!

We had such a great time at this unique apartment!!! The pictures somehow don't do it justice. The grounds are beautiful - we played pickle ball, enjoyed the outdoor spaces with an awesome outdoor fireplace in a lovely rural setting! The apartment was very comfortable, clean and just fun!! Would definitely stay again!!

Remodeled attic of Victorian house

The house itself is a charming old mansion with period decorations and lovely lawn and gardens. We stayed in what was once the attic, so the sloping roofline intrudes into ceiling space and the lighting is not very good. We were there during a heat spell and it was pretty warm in the attic, but I would guess the lack of air conditioning usually is not a problem. Beds are old and too soft for my liking. On the plus side, there's a full-size fridge, a decent kitchen workspace, and lots of bunk beds, so a couple of families could share this space affordably.

Enjoyable Stay In Eccentric Florence!

Had a great with family here at the Florence property. Loved the tranquil gardens and relaxing in the hammock, the look and feel of our rooms, and the friendly hosts! Would definitely come back some time when travelling to and from BC! ♡

We are a long time Stillaguamish River Valley farming family. The Northwest is famous for its beet, cabbage, and spinach seed production. Our family is in its fourth generation of farming these crops. My husband and I purchased and remodeled our house from the ground up starting in 1990. Our house has had quite an evolution helping to raise four children and run a farming business. Life changed drastically for us a couple of years ago when the love of my life passed away. We sold the farming business but kept the land and the house. We are opening this wonderful property up to the public so many others can enjoy it also.
