Everything was perfect with our stay. The property was the perfect base for use while attending a conference in San Diego. Nice comfortable beds and perfect to wake up and look straight out onto the bay. Hosts were very responsive and did a great job. Thanks!

Great place for a group of 20 people

This place was perfect to fit several families staying together. The rooms are a good size with a nice living room and kitchen area to gather in. We loved having the bay right outside the back door. Overall it was a great place to stay in San Diego.

Perfect Setting for Family Gathering!

These two units worked great for our weekend with our grown children. The location cannot be beat and we appreciated the thought and care that went into providing just about everything needed. The rental team was super responsive as well.

Check in was easy with the supplied information from Surf Style homes. Kitchen and baths were well equipped. Lots of beach towels and toys. Large gathering area fit our group of twelve. Access to beach was amazing! Close to Legoland and the Zoo. Lots of local eateries to walk to. Lovely place that provided a memorable vacation for our family.

The perfect location for all ages. The children didn’t want to leave. Walking distance to beach, bay, restaurants, parks. We even had parking!

Great place!

The condos are beautiful and perfect for a family gathering. Our family members were very impressed with the accommodations and thoroughly enjoyed their stay. We had a personal chef come to prepare a special dinner for us and the kitchen had all the pans and utensils she needed to create a fantastic meal. Plus, we were able to watch the food preparation from the bar, which made it all the more special. Would love to do another staycation there again.

Ideal location for a large family. Right on the bay, and a short walk to the ocean. Property was a bit worn out - in need of an update. Pictures on website made it look more upscale than it really is. That said, it was still a wonderful property and we will return in the future.

Family Reunion Getaway

Very Spacious and clean! We loved the open airy space for our families to gather….and that view was spectacular with the walkway/bike path and beach right there! Parking was a huge plus and all the beach chairs and games was great to have readily accessible for our use. We are ready to come back!!! Thank you

Bayside house great for large group

This was a wonderful 2 condo’s for our group of 4 couples. The bayside is quieter/more relaxing. We had fun playing volleyball on Saturday and paddleboarding in the bay. But we walked to the oceanside (2-3 min) for swimming. Overall very nice, great views, clean, and comfortable with large common area

Spacious unit. Great location

Best of both worlds - quiet bayside location with quick access to the beach and Belmont Park. The units are well maintained and the Surfstyle team was very responsive. Only a few units can accommodate our group of 13. This one did it very well.

Large family vacation

Great place for our large family get-together. Comfortable and clean, had everything we needed. Great location for kids to enjoy playing outside on the sand; beach on the bay is right outside the lower patio door and the beach on the ocean is close enough to easily walk to. Parking was a concern at first, however management team accurately described situation ahead of arrival which was helpful. Two of our cars fit within the 6’ height limit, our other cars had to park in an area nearby. No problem really, just good to know ahead of time. Good response from management team when we had questions.

Vacation stay

Overall satisfied, I do believe some minor fixes need be done. For example the 2nd floor double queen unit outlets do not work. I use a cpap and found only one outlet that would hold a plug and did not spark, thank goodness I brought an extension cord. This needs attention.

Family reunion

AC didn't work, we had a four day stay. AC was out for two full days. Hot water in more than one shower didn't work Ice maker didn't work. Sent someone, still didn't work. Moldy shower liners more than one bathroom. Moldy smell as soon as u walk into 77 property. Obviously water issues...

The A/C units were working fine upon inspection, reminder the thermostat cannot be turned below 65 degrees or it may freeze the coils. The house was magnificent! The best one we have found for our family reunions. I liked the different configurations of beds and bathrooms. The kitchen was plenty big enough for several cooks at one time and the dining room table was key to our gatherings. Stepping right outside and hitting the Bay was a game changer, especially with little kids. It was also just a short walk to the beach that everyone could make. Loved how they provided us with bikes and paddle boards too.My only negative was the underground garage. Only one of three cars could clear the height requirement. We found parking just a short distance away so no big deal.Did I mention the beds and pillows were heavenly?

We enjoyed our stay. Liked being right on the bay and the walkability to the ocean and shops (if you have little ones be careful of the people going fast on their bikes on the sidewalk). The home was very clean, and the gathering space was comfortable and large. Communication with Surf Style was excellent. We really appreciated being able to rent bikes, paddle boards and other beach items for free. There are quite a few beach toys, chairs and boogie boards on the property.The home needs some minor repairs. There are broken closet doors, cupboards and a broken curtain rod (third floor). Bathtub sealant is pulling away (third floor). Some of the actual window shades in the master bedroom are missing or don't work (first floor). The fan in the master bath shower is not working (first floor). In the kitchen we were hoping for more storage containers/bags, aluminum foil, etc. The pans for stovetop cooking were small, so it was difficult to cook for a large group of people. There were several large baking dishes. The blender did not have a top.A note of caution. Outside on the patio there are two metal tie downs sticking up that are easy to stumble or trip on.

Great Gathering Space

Perfect Beach Vacation for all ages

We loved the location, as we had a small child and 2 infants. We could walk right onto the beach on the bay, and a very short walk to Mission Beach. The furnishings were clean and very comfortable. Kitchen was well set up to make meals . Lots of space, as we were 4 couples, plus the children. We made beautiful memories!

Sunrises

Both units were perfect for our group of 8 adults & 6 kids. The best was enjoying the sunrises over the bay. Downstairs is a great gathering area as it has a huge living room and glass doors that open to the patio & bay. Each home was spotless, bright, sunny and spacious. We had smaller suv's so parking wasn't an issue. I wish we could have stayed longer, thank you!!!
