La prestigiosa Villa Eos, con sus 500 metros cuadrados en tres niveles, se encuentra al pie de Taormina, precisamente en "NIzza" de Sicilia, frente a un mar cristalino a pocos metros de la puerta de la casa. Para los amantes de la montaña, Villa Eos se encuentra a pocos kilómetros de la encantadora Reserva Natural del Volcán Etna; Además de estar en un punto estratégico para las rutas de comunicación de las ciudades barrocas más bellas de Sicilia, comenzando desde Taormina (15 minutos en coche) para continuar en la carretera SR-ME a Modica pasando por Siracusa, Noto y Ragusa Ibla, todo accesible en no más de un par de horas en coche.
Nuestra Villa consta de 4 habitaciones dobles (con aire acondicionado), todas con baño privado en la habitación (capacidad máxima de 8 personas) y una gran sala de estar de 100 metros cuadrados con chimenea, un patio al aire libre para cenar y relajarse en el tardes de verano. Tiene 1 baño de servicio en la planta baja, más práctico de usar si estás en la sala de estar.
Amueblada con antigüedades, rica en historia y valor, cuidando los detalles y en un contexto elegante, Villa Eos garantiza la total relajación y tranquilidad para los turistas, incluso con un cómodo acceso directo al mar a través del jardín.

NOTA: Los locales se entregan limpios y en orden, y asume que usted se fue en orden antes de la salida, se prestará especial atención a los baños. Villa Eos in Nizza di Sicilia is one of the best if not the best rental properties my wife and I have ever engaged. The Vila is clean, roomy, well equipped and well located. No complaints about anything. The host, Seb, is a caring nd thoughtful person who will respond quickly to any need.

Gorgeous Italian villa in lovely town

Wow—all I can say is wow. This was one of the most incredible properties I have stayed at in a very charming town. I would recommend this home to anyone who’s looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The home is well-equipped with everything you need: laundry, a pool, a well-stocked kitchen, air conditioning, and great internet. Sebastian is an extremely kind and generous host, and I appreciated his friendly and regular communication. The villa is located near some amazing restaurants and there is a grocery store nearby.

We spent a week at this lovely home in Nizza di Sicilia with 3 other couples. Sebastian was an excellent host! Always available for questions, dinner suggestions and general information about the area. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated and has everything you need. It's a great location where you are across the street from the Sea and beach, you can walk to restaurants, cafes, bars and the local grocery store. The pool is gorgeous, a beautiful place to relax . Sebastian connected us with Paolo /Siciliantouring who was our tour guide and driver for the week. It made the trip , we did not have a rental car and Paolo arranged our excursions , took us to each destination and taught us about his beloved Sicily! They made our trip amazing! Thank you! We hope to return with family.

Paradise place

This Villa / house is fantastic !!!

This beautiful historic house in Nizza di Sicilia is one of the best houses we have ever stayed in. It’s filled full of beautiful art and furniture. The bedrooms are really comfortable and it’s exceptionally clean .The balconies and seating areas outside enable everyone to read quietly or engage in conversation. The pool is beautiful with comfortable sun beds, umbrellas and a lovely bar. The house is protected at the back with palm trees and lots of beautiful plants. Given the sea is just outside the door we swam everyday too. The town has some lovely restaurants and the local people are really kind and friendly. Most importantly Sebastian was incredibly helpful, always responding to requests and left us a fabulous welcome pack. If you like cooking the kitchen is a ‘ home from home’ and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. We loved it ! The location is the best and trips to other places such as Taormina very easy to get to.

Beautiful villa in delightful beach location

Spacious, comfortable bedrooms and shared indoor and outdoor door spaces. Very comfortable for our group of 7 adults. Plenty of private driveway and on-street parking for our two vehicles. We cooked in the well-outfitted kitchen, and tried many wonderful local restaurants and bars suggested by our host. We watched the sunrises over the beautiful beach directly across the street, and enjoyed our morning coffee on the large patio with sea views. Sebastian is a gracious and attentive host, who communicates promptly and regularly. Highly recommended!

Amazing Villa

Stunning villa. We loved the pool bar with ice machine and fridge. Pool very refreshing. All the bedrooms huge with aircon and all ensuite bathrooms huge. Nearby Ferdinando restaurant very nice food , worth pre-booking to sit outside., very nice Etna vino bianco. Sigma supermarket near A18 had nice wines. Kids liked Netflix on the TV. Note that they charge 5Euros to take lift out of the gorge so better to take steps back out. Would love to come back to this villa and village , very italian, everyone very firendly.

the best holiday

our family is resting in this wonderful Villa not for the first time! and we want to come back here again and again, the conditions of home comfort are created by the benevolent, friendly and very attentive host Sebastian. Sebastian is very nice to meet guests, he will always cook all sorts of goodies and good Sicilian wine, you don’t have to worry about food upon arrival), everything is provided in this house to the smallest detail. it is located in a very beautiful and quiet place, right on the first line near the sea. the house is very spacious, each bedroom has its own separate huge bathroom, the house itself is very beautiful with history, it's just interesting to walk and look at antique furniture, paintings, etc. there is also a beautiful garden with exotic trees and plants on the territory of the villa. Our family is looking forward to returning to this house!

Wonderful stay in Nizza

We were 6 adults staying in Villa Eos in Nizza and had a wonderful time. The host Sebastian was very engaged in our stay being as good as possible, always communicating with a nice and helpful tone and checking in with us during our stay that everything was going well, providing recommendations etc. At check-in, Sebastian was there in time and showed us around the property and had prepared a lovely welcome for us. Overall, the host interactions were 10/10 at all times. As for the property, it feels like you are staying in someone's house - which you are. Everything is clean, fit-for-purpose and very Italian. There is aircondition in all bedrooms and fans available for the rest of the property (but since the property is close to the ocean there are breezes coming in making the temperature ok regardless).When it comes to the outdoor areas, the swimming pool area with sun loungers, a shower, bar, couches etc. is great and we spent most of our time there. If you exit the back gate you are immediately on the small pebble beach which was lovely. In the area, there are a couple of good supermarkets, restaurants, bars, bakeries etc. We visited just before the Italian vacation period started so I would assume that even more places will open up in August. I would recommend having a car though, as there is much to see in the area and the public transportation is not great. We had a great stay and I would really recommend this property if you are planning to go to Sicily!

Everything you could want

What a wonderful house. Very spacious and equipped with all the basics you might want for preparing your own meals. Where some rentals give you four plates, four glasses, etc., this was equipped as someone's home. We cooked several meals there and felt very much at home. The location is off the beaten path. There are essential shops nearby, but if you want to see the island, you will need a car. The house has its own private parking behind a locked gate. The rooms, including the bathrooms, are very large and well kept. Really, the photos give an accurate picture of what you will find. The front of the house faces a city street, the back of the house faces the street that runs along the seashore. It was very quiet when we were there (early May). We stayed at a temperate time of year, so we did not walk across the street to the seashore. Instead, we took advantage of the lovely terrace and lounged there. Sebastian, who looks after the property for his family, was great to communicate with. Very prompt at responding to emails and very helpful.

Beautiful Villa on the Sea

We were all so impressed with this Villa - spotlessly clean, large bedrooms, spacious living spaces and a wonderful terrace which overlooks the sea. Out host met us with a basket of goodies which we enjoyed. The house is an architectural gem and is a terrific way to experience what first class Italian living conditions were. There are a number of antiques around the house which gives it an air of elegance. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates the finer things in life.

Stupenda villa direttamente sul lungomare

Ho soggiornato presso la villa EOS di Nizza di Sicilia con un gruppo di amici ( 7 persone) . La struttura si è rivelata ampia, elegante, accogliente, fornita di tutti i comforts rispondenti alle nostre esigenze. Patio comodamente attrezzato. Posizione ottima con doppio ingresso (lato mare, lato corso principale). Parcheggio interno. Camere da letto climatizzate, spaziose con bagno annesso. Il proprietario Sebastian ci ha accolti con simpatia e competenza, mettendoci subito a nostro agio. E' stata una vacanza stupenda. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura.

Sicily Family Vacation

Sebastian, Our week was lovely in Nizza. As always we wished we had more time. The rental was our home base. We spent everyday out touring beautiful Sicily from Mount Etna to Noto and all the wonderful places in-between. It was a great feeling to know when we returned from our busy day out we still were able spend time together as a family in your lovely home. Although it wasn’t warm enough for swimming we were able to enjoy the beach which was right out the back door. It was perfect!

Great family vacation

Our vacation rental in Nizza was everything we expected and more. Sebastien, our host was always available to answer any questions we had. The house’s terrace is a perfect spot to enjoyed eating al fresco. All the bedrooms are quite large with private bathrooms in each. The common areas are spacious which are great for spending time together. The Area is somewhat quieter than the nearby towns but restaurants, cafes and supermarkets can all be reached by foot. All in all our week stay was too short. We could have stayed longer.

Villa mit viel Stil und Flair

Diese Villa ist wirklich so, wie sie auf den Fotos präsentiert wird: sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr großzügig ausgestattet. Platz ohne Ende! Es gibt ein riesiges Wohnzimmer und sehr große Schlafzimmer und Bäder. Die Betten sind superbequem. Zwei der vier Schlafzimmer sind straßenseitig gelegen, die anderen zwei Richtung Garten. Im Garten gedeihen Bananen- und Feigenbäume, sehr schön ist auch der schattige Essplatz auf der Terrasse. Man muss nur über die Straße gehen und schon ist man am breiten und endlos langen Kiesstrand. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in Gehweire, Taormina ist 20 Autominuten entfernt, Sehr netter, zuvorkommender Vermieter!

We fell in love with this home immediately!

The property was exceptionally maintained. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the patio on the back was heavenly. The only flaw was the hot water was practically non existent. Situated in a quiet seaside village it is the perfect place for a Sicilian get away!

Vacances de rêve

On a passé un séjour à ne jamais oublier. Charmante villa d'époque, à deux pas de la plage, l'eau de mer y est fantastique. Plage libre, transats et parasols disponibles gratuitement. La maison fournit tout ce qu'il vous faut. Bien entretenue, propre Salle de bain avec vue sur mer, fantastique! Et en Sicile, on mange et on boit très très bien. Una adresse à recommander à tout le monde. On y retourne de toute façon!

Fascino mediterraneo

A maggio ho trascorso due settinane di vacanza in questa magnifica villa a Nizza di Sicilia, vicino a Taormina, dove noi andavamo quasi tutte le sere...La villa è pulitissima, silenziosa, ben areata, dotata di tutti i confort, davvero spaziosa e consente di mantenere la privacy anche se si viaggia in compagnia (nel mio caso tre figli a seguito...) Io ho apprezzato l'arredamento curato e di pregio ed il giardino privato dove facevamo colazione. La villa affaccia sul mare: da tutte le stanze si gode una vista da cartolina e si sente il profumo, la brezza marina. La spiaggia è vicina, a due passi, di sabbia e libera, con accesso gratuito. Sempre nelle vicinanze bar, negozi e tutte le comodità. Ci sono anche due posti auto nel garage. Non manca davvero nulla. Non vediamo l'ora di tornarci!!

Villa affascinante

A maggio ho trascorso due settimane di vacanza con la mia famiglia in questa magnifica villa a Nizza di Sicilia, a pochi km da Taornina, dove noi andavamo quasi tutte le sere. La Villa è pulitissima, davvero spaziosa e consente di matenere la privacy anche se si è in numerosa compagnia (nel mio caso 3 figli a seguito...) Ci sono tutti i confort di una casa moderna, fresca e molto areata perchè le stanze affacciano direttamente sul mare con una vista da cartolina. Ho apprezzato particolarmente l'arredamento curato e di pregio ed il giardino che affaccia sul mare dove facevamo colazione. La spiaggia davanti a casa è di sabbia, libera, con accesso gratuito. Nelle vicinanze bar, negozi e tutte le comodità. Ci sono anche due posti auto in garage. Non manca proprio nulla. Noi non vediamo l'ora di tornarci!!
