"Villa Margherita" es una estructura independiente que puede hospedar grupos de hasta 14 personas.
La villa está rodeada por un hermoso jardín cercado con amplios espacios verdes y equipado con aparcamiento para sus coches.
La piscina rectangular que es utilizable para uso exclusivo de los huéspedes de abril a octubre y está totalmente equipada con tumbonas, mesas, sombrillas y ducha solar. En las inmediaciones de la piscina bajo una hermosa helada, los huéspedes podrán utilizar una barbacoa.
Junto a la piscina un estanque con cascada y carpas koi.
La villa internamente se articula en dos pisos en los que están colocadas 5 dormitorios con baño, dotados de todas las comodidades. El salón y la cocina están en la misma planta y totalmente equipados (lavavajillas, horno, estufa, varios electrodomésticos, vajilla, televisión 65 pulgadas)
La casa está rodeada de amplias terrazas, equipadas con mesas para almorzar y cenar, desde donde se pueden admirar las puestas de sol sobre el estrecho de Messina.
Los huéspedes tienen a disposición : lavadora, tronas para niños y wifi.
Todos los servicios están incluidos ( agua ,luz,gas ,cambio de ropa, limpieza)

Exceeded expectations. Host was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The house was clean and well appointed. The BBQ and pool were used often. The view over the Messina Strait is magnificent. The garden and surrounds are well kept. We would definitely stay there again…

Fantastic villa!

We were a full group of 4 families with 9 adults and 5 children, ages ranging from 6 months old to 9 years old. This villa was fantastic for us, each family had its own bedroom and bathroom. The pool was fantastic, the garden was beautiful and hospitality provided by Natale was out of this world. Natale really went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of, this was very appreciated.

Très belle villa, grande terrasse avec vue magnifique sur la mer et l'Italie. Très beau jardin. Logement au rez-de-chaussée et 1er . Le propriétaire vivant au dessus est très discret. Route un peu compliquée pour accéder le premier jour. Nous avons un très bon séjour.

Maison très agréable

Très belle maison, bien équipée. Jardin et piscine impeccables. La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique. Voiture indispensable. Le propriétaire qui habite en haut est très sympathique et de bon conseil.

A dreamy vacation

We loved our stay at Villa Margherita from beginning to end. The on-site caretaker, Natale, was as helpful and generous as the other reviews captured, without being intrusive in the slightest. We used the pool daily, walked down into town for pastries and shopping, and were even treated to a pasta-making class by Chef Nanni, who lives up the hill. And those views! You build your day around sunrise and sunset because you don't want to miss them.

Underbar villa med en fantastisk utsikt. Alla rum hade egen toalett med dusch eller bad. Passade oss då vi var 8 st vuxna i olika åldrar o vanor. Trevlig husvärd som tipsade om olika sevärdheter. Boendet får toppbetyg.

Des vacances de rêve

Séjour incroyable entre copains dans la villa Margharita ! La terrasse offre une vue panoramique magnifique sur la Méditerranée et de l’autre côté un espace plus intimiste et agréable avec la piscine turquoise et les jolies fleurs colorées. Pour couronner le tout, Natale a été d’une très grande gentillesse avec nous et nous a recommandé de très bonnes spécialités du coin. Nous sommes ravis d’avoir pu le rencontrer. Nous recommandons cette villa à tout le monde, vous ne serez pas déçus!

Beautiful villa, excellent location

We loved our family stay at Villa Magerita. It offered everything you could want from a holiday. It’s in a beautiful location tucked away in the foothills above Santa Teresa di Riva. We found it easily. Clean, spacious, well stocked with amazing views over to the italian mainland. Natale, the property manager, who lives on the top floor of the villa, was always discretely on hand to help with any queries. He doesn’t speak English but we managed to get by with my poor italian and our daughter’s good Spanish! He organised the gelato/granita van to come up to the villa to serve us. We enjoyed having our own chef , Nanni, cook Sicilian fish dishes for us one evening . He lives locally and provided all the food and cleaned up afterwards . A great character and excellent chef. My only complaint would be with VRBO. I couldn’t access our booking on the app at all, as I changed my email address after booking the villa online last October. You wouldn’t expect this to be a problem, but it was. Despite many calls to customer services and the tech team, their only suggestion was to liaise directly with the owner, Giorgio, for any pre-trip information. This was a far from satisfactory customer experience. The villa and Natale though - 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Eine tolle Zeit

Wir (2 Familien, insgesamt 9 Personen) hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der gemütlichen, geräumigen und in einem gepflegten Garten gelegenen Villa Magherita. Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß im Pool. Der im Haus wohnende Verwalter war für Fragen immer erreichbar und hatte gute Tipps für uns. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Super séjour

1 superbe emaine entre amis. La villa est parfaite pour 14 personnes. La vue est à couper le souffle. Le proprietaire qui vit au dessus est extremement gentil et se fait tres discrêt. Le jardin est magnifique et le coin piscine parfait. Je recommande vivement.

Family reunion

Villa Margherita is as lovely as it looks in the photos. Spacious and light with plenty of seating areas depending on the time of day or night. A beautifully kept house garden and pool. We are 6 adults and all had ensuite bathrooms. Having a car was necessary as the house is up a steep hill from the sea. Quiet and private with a wonderful view - we loved it.

Beautiful property

My family (7 adults and 7 kids ages 3-8) spent 12 days at this property and had amazing time! Villa and surroundings are absolutely stunning and so well taken care of. Rooms were clean, spacious, each with its own bathroom and with AC and in great condition. Kitchen was well equipped and you could cook and feed the large crowd. Villa has very nice outdoor dining space. There is also area to relax with the view of the sea. We had exclusive access to pool, what was great for the kids or if you wanted to take a break from driving. Villa is located up on a hill in a small village 10 min drive from a pebble beach, stores and restaurants. There is pizzeria just few minutes away from the villa, their arancini and pizza are amazing! Villa is very conveniently located if you want to check out East and North parts of Sicily, including Taormina, Catania, Messina and Etna. Giorgio lives on the top floor and is always there if you need help or recommendation. He is the nicest and most helpful person. We had amazing time staying in S Teresa di Riva. Giorgio, thank you for your hospitality!

Magical Month

My husband along with family and friends stayed at Villa Margherita for the past month and had an incredible time. The villa is so comfortable and the landscaping and views absolutely breathtaking. I felt like I woke up in paradise everyday! The villa is well equipped and has everything you need and then some to have a wonderful vacation! Natale, who lived upstairs, has become our Italian papa! He was so helpful and available whenever we needed anything but was never intrusive! The first day he came and met us to help us find our way to the Villa (we were lost) and afterwards took us to the food store so we could get familiar with the area. He made wonderful recommendations for area restaurants and even made reservations for us to an incredible restaurant in Forza D'Agro (twice)! Natale will forever be part of our amazing memories from our trip! I hope to be back next year!

Amazing trip!!

We had the most wonderful time is Sicily and a good reason was because of Natale and his beautiful VRBO rental. The property was gorgeous with amazing views and the host could not have been nicer. Getting there: If I had anything bad to say, this would be the only thing....it is not easy finding the property initially. We made several mistakes before finally getting there. The only way we could find it was by putting the following exact info into google- Villa Margherita, contrada ligoria, santa teresa di riva. Once we found the property, the rest of trip was perfect! The property: Absolutely gorgeous with amazing views of the local groves and the water in the distance. Large rooms with plenty of sleeping space for our 10 people. Very well stocked kitchen with every utensil you could need and two barbecues. Beautiful pool and waterfall (unfortunately weather wasn't cooperative, and we didn't swim because the water didn't heat up enough, but we did suntan on the sunny days). The owner: Natale was a joy. He lives on the top floor and was always available for any issue. He ordered food for us one night and ran down when we had difficulty with one of the air conditioner units. One day he went out for a while and when he returned, he bought us local cherries to try....just because he felt like it. He also helped us deciding where we should visit in our limited days on the island. In short, all 10 of us highly recommend the property if you want to have a great time in Sicily!

Détente devant la mer ionienne

Maison extrêmement agréable, avec un panorama magnifique sur la mer et la Calabre au loin. Située à 15-20 mn du site extraordinaire de Taormina, l’endroit est pratique pour visiter tout l’Est de la Sicile et les îles éoliennes, mais aussi se détendre et profiter de la piscine. Merci a Natale pour son accueil, sa gentillesse, ses conseils de visite et sa discrétion.

Outstanding!!!

Villa Margherita is an absolutely beautiful place, both the property itself and the location. It was spotlessly clean and had so much room that we (6 of us) kept losing each other inside the house! The villa had an extremely well-stocked kitchen, which was an extra bonus because we were a group who all enjoy cooking. In fact, we dined out less than we normally would because it was more fun to stay in to cook, drink wine, and swim. The pool was wonderful and got plenty of use from us. It was perfect for starting and ending each day, and all the better because we didn't have to share it with other people. Our host, Natale, lived upstairs on the top floor. He was very kind and helpful to us, but didn't intrude. It was reassuring to know that if we had any problems (we didn't), someone was there to help. It's highly recommended to have a car if you're staying at Villa Margherita. It's only a couple of kilometres from Santa Teresa di Riva, but it's uphill all the way and that's exhausting if you do it every day, especially if you're carrying shopping bags. We walked down several times for the exercise, but it was nice to know we had a car to get to other places we wanted to visit. Villa Margherita is perfectly located for visiting nearby Savoca, which is where The Godfather was filmed. It's also a good base for hiking and cycling. We were all very sorry to leave and would happily return for another visit in the future. Thank you, Natale.

Beautiful house, garden and view

We were 3 families with kids between 6-12, and the house was perfect for us. Beautiful garden, perfect pool and amazing view. The landlord, who lives on the top floor, was very helpful and kind. Can highly recommend!

je vais commencer par le seul petit inconvénient: trouver la villa le premier jour c'est difficile.Pour se repèrer 500 m au dessus de la poste et à coté de la villa Infinitif. Pour le reste tout est parfait ,nos étions 8 : 3 couples et 2 celibataires ,nous avons tous pu trouver notre place dans cette magnifique villa : 5 grandes chambres climatisées, belles terrasses autour de la villa ,piscine impeccable et que dire du jardin exceptionnel. Nous avons passé 15 jours particuliérement agréables grâce à Natale il habite au dessus mais ce n'est vraiement pas un inconvénient bien au contraire nous avons fait la fête très tard pas de probléme dit-il . Il est à la fois discret et présent quand il le faut. Merci à toi Natale pour ta gentillesse un grand bravo de toute l'équipe qui se joint à moi pour te féliciter car sans toi la villa ne serait pas la même. jean-paul
