Con una impresionante vista del lago Cay y el horizonte de International Drive, Lakeview Palms ofrece todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones de relax Orlando.

La acogedora sala de estar cuenta con muebles de gama alta y un televisor de pantalla plana de 50 pulgadas, además de un sofá cama doble para huéspedes adicionales. La cocina extra grande es el sueño de un cocinero en casa con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable del estado de la técnica. La cocina también cuenta con un bar y guapo con taburetes para disfrutar de aperitivos o el entretenimiento. Si prefiere cenar juntos, una mesa de comedor completo con capacidad para seis personas está esperando para servir la comida perfecta.

La habitación principal cuenta con una cama king de lujo y un televisor LCD de 37 pulgadas con reproductor de DVD está disponible para su comodidad. El baño principal se quita el aliento con él y ella lavabos, bañera completa y grande, cabina de ducha. El segundo dormitorios cada uno tiene una cama de matrimonio de relax y TV LCD de 32 pulgadas con reproductor de DVD. Otro cuarto de baño conveniente tiene un completo, pero con ducha para dar cabida a todos.

Great Location. Air conditioner problem

I would have given this condo 5 stars, but had to give it 2 stars because the air conditioner was broken when we arrived. Florida heat with no air conditioner is miserable. Plus, it was exhausting dealing with the management company trying to get the problem fixed. We contacted the management company (Casiola)on Saturday about this, and the problem wasn't resolved until Monday evening. We had to make multiple calls, emails and texts to get this resolved. We asked if they could loan us fans, but no fans. Casiola offered to move us to another condo, but the only two choices they had available were too small for our group of 7 people, or too far from the Convention Center. We looked at these apartments at midnight on Sunday night, but decided to stay in the hot apartment. It was an exhausting two days/nights dealing with this issue. The strange thing is that the management company left us a note on Sunday that said the air conditioner was fixed. But, it was not fixed. I doubt the air conditioning company even came to the unit. It looked like one of the Casiola employees just adjusted the thermostat and left us a note that it was fixed, when it clearly had not been fixed. We had to continue to call, email and text to get a A/C technician out on Monday. Finally, after much badgering, the technician was called again and he was able to fix it by Monday evening (two whole days after we got there). Casiola gave us a small discount ($235.35) to compensate for the discomfort, but the time wasted dealing with them, plus the two nights sleeping in sweltering conditions deserved more of a refund. Air conditioner aside, here are some positive things about the condo: This condo is great if you are going to an event at the Convention Center. We were there for a 3-day National Volleyball Tournament, and our condo was close enough for us to walk to the North Hall. It's a 15 minute walk in the heat, but it saved us the Uber fare and parking fees. Pool area is amazing!. The condo was very large and comfortable. It fit 7 of us comfortably. There are 2 nice living room areas to hang out in, and we had a big dining room table and breakfast bar. Kitchen, bathrooms and living room are nicely furnished and clean. However, the bedroom furniture is dated and the Queen beds in the smaller bedrooms are not that comfortable. The bedroom closest to the kitchen had a bed frame that was so squeaky, it made noise each time my son rolled over.

So much potential but just good enough

I will give this the most fair review I can. The good: Location is great. Very spacious condo. Quiet, top floor, corner unit. Casiola management went out of their way to make things right (see "The ugly" below). Facilities were clean. A/C worked great. Not buggy at all. The Bad: Mattresses on all beds suck. Place needs a deep cleaning. It was clean enough but not really "clean". 2 towel bars and 5 towels for 3 bedrooms worth of people. Kitchen is equipped well enough to get by, but not "well equipped". Other furniture is tired and not in great shape. The Ugly: Paid extra for early arrival (2:00-4:00) and arrived at 3:00. The people who stayed there before us left the condo completely trashed and the condo and it had not been cleaned/was not ready for us. Moldy food (bread and vegetables) on the counters. Appliances left open. Dirty linens everywhere. Bags of trash in all rooms. Condo must have been empty for several days. Called Casiola several times - spoke to a variety of people who could only apologize and tell me they would call housekeeping, but could not tell me when the condo would be cleaned. They said they would call me back when it was clean. No one ever called about that - ever. Had to drive to the condo later that evening on a chance that it had been cleaned. It had. Still felt compelled to spray the whole unit down with Lysol. In the end, Casiola management did a pretty good job compensating for the issue, our vacation went as planned for the rest of the trip and the condo suited our needs (albeit minus some of the quality/luxuries we're accustomed to and expected) after the bumpy start.

Great condo!

Condo was excellent overall. Beds and bedroom TVs could use updating. Pool area not large- but adequate for what we used it for. Location is great!

Nice place that needs updating

Location is perfect, condo is nice; however, the beds and couches need to be updated. They are uncomfortable and because of that, great sleeping was not possible. We'd consider renting this condo again once it has been updated.

Would easily return to Vista Cay Resort! Condo was clean and very spacious. Beds were a little on the hard side but the rest of it was great. Very responsive property management company! Easy drive to Universal Parks! Loved the hot tub, bar and pool area in the evenings!

Great condo!!

Great condo!! Larger than it appears in the pictures with very nice furnishings. Great view of the lake from the covered balcony. We enjoyed some mornings & evenings on the balcony and even saw some SeaWorld fireworks a couple of nights. Everything was very clean. There were plenty of dishes, etc in the kitchen. Nice appliances including a washer & dryer that was awesome to have. Trail around the pond was great. Enjoyed the pool area/hot tub a few times....& drinks from the bar. Boys had fun in the arcade. Great central location of this condo. Only about 10 minutes to Universal or SeaWorld. The check-in and check-out could not have been any better, so EASY!! It is a gated resort with a keypad entry; and, the condo itself has a keypad entry. I was a little nervous about arrival because we came in on a late flight and didn't get to the condo until about 1am. But....it was no problem at all. We keyed into the outter gate and then into the condo. It was awesome! We stayed for a week at the end of June/first part of July 2019. Would love to go back!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The space and layout was great for my family. There were lights bulbs out, one in the family room and the other on the balcony. The refrigerator water dispenser and ice maker needs to be repaired. They get stuck leaving water or ice to spill everywhere until you manually have to stop it.The AC broke twice. It was awful having to come home at the end of a long day to 82 degree temperature. They "fixed" it once and knocked on my door at 3:40 am to let me know but then it broke again the next night and we had to get moved to a different condo. This caused a lot of stress during our vacation. I was traveling with my 5 kids it was very inconvenient to deal with these conditions. Teenagers and toddlers do not cooperate very well and after long days at theme parks it was stressful to come home to this.

We did experience a little issue with the AC while there, but this was quickly addressed and we stayed cool. The condo itself was fantastic. Quite large, clean and nicely furnished. We enjoyed the Vista Cay property as well including the pool/hot tub, arcade, pool bar and walking trail around the pond. The location was perfect for us. We went to Pirates Dinner Adventure, Universal, SeaWorld and Disney Springs--all were close. Great to have a Publix grocery less than 5 minutes away. And, Walmart was only about 10 minutes. Awesome experience and would definitely go back! Thank-you!!
