We had a blast at this property! The location was perfect for visiting Universal Studios -a parks! We were able to return here after a busy day of riding coasters and relax/recharge. Pool, fire pit, and game room was also very nice. We'd stay here again and again!

Enjoyed our stay Condo was perfect

When we walked through the door we were immediately delighted. Everything was clean and so spacious. We felt right at home. The pool was very close and convienant. The beds were extremely comfortable. I will be back in the future. Thank you for a great experience and the Oreos :)

Perfect stay

We loved this condo, it fit our family of 8 perfectly... the beds were comfortable and everything was clean when we arrived. They even left a welcome gift for when we arrived. The location is minutes from food, Walmart, downtown Orlando. The pool and amenities were wonderful, not overcrowded and everyone was very accommodating. We will be back in the future for sure.

The unit itself is super spacious and the furniture is very beautiful and feels brand new. The location was amazing with everything only a very short drive away. Our host was really nice and courteous and made sure to provide all the information necessary well ahead of time so that I was never left with any doubts and had all the information at hand when needed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found our 4th floor Penthouse Pleasure to be spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was very convenient to the convention center in which we were attending an international conference. Shopping was equally handy and we found a great Diner just around the block (breakfast & lunch). The pool was lovely and although the nearby lake was not accessible to my fisherman husband, it was still lovely to look at. I appreciated the elevator, not only for unpacking & packing to go home but also for general convenience since I was in a walking boot for a broken foot. Our unit was handicapped equipped which was also greatly appreciated. There were a few minor maintenance issues that we are reporting to management but all quite fixable. One note, the television is a challenge! Finally, we accidentally left two items behind and the management has helped us retrieve those items, many thanks!

Great week

Overall a great experience! The place was quiet and managed well. Questions were answered promptly and issues handled right away! Needs some small maintenance issues dealt with but nothing that would keep us from staying again. The pool on Saturday was super fun! Check in and check out were a breeze! The tiny grocery cart in the hallway was very helpful! Some suggestions to make the stay even better would be, more trash bags for the kitchen. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms, and a wagon or luggage cart for one trip load and unload ease. Would definitely stay again!

Kids loved the pool and the parents made good use of the bar alongside while supervising. Excellent location, close to everything - we were visiting both Disney and Universal so it suited us to be right in between the two. Perfect Stay at Penthouse Pleasure

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented this apartment in aug/sept '19 and we loved it. This is my second booking with Casiola and they never fail. Very professional and great service. I stayed during the Dorian hurricane period and they keep you informed. I appreciate that. They also personally checked if all loose items on the balcony were placed in the apartment as instructed. I had an issue with the AC and it was fixed within an hour. I was really surprised. Thank you! The apartment was as in the pictures. Comfy, clean, modern. I like the new designs. I hope they do this for all the apartments under their management. The building is near the convention center, has a great view of a lake and great for walking the dogs or running. Very relaxing. There is a Publix and a Walgreens nearby, walking distance. It is a 5 minute ride to Wonderworks and ICON park. Very near Universal Studio's , Seaworld and the malls. If you don't have a car you could use a taxi. But in Orlando I recommend to rent a car to explore all the places. Overall, great location, great apartment. We really enjoyed our stay. I will rent again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental surpassed our expectations. We had 2 families staying here and we never felt like we were in one another's way. The kids had their space and adults theirs. We were able to eat at home some and eat out some. The washer and dryer made things very convenient as well. They also had beach towels along with shower towels. The pools were great and there was a waiter that came by to see if we needed anything. They also were playing movies poolside at night. Last the location was ideal for us as we were visiting SeaWorld and Aqautica daily. We would highly recommend this to other customers.

No Handicap Units

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in the same unit over the last 5 years, three times. This unit has a bathroom with bars on the walls in shower and by toilet. My husband is an amputee and must have a bench or shower chair, which is required by ADA laws. The first year we purchased shower chair and management reimbursed us. The next year, management had chair and brought it to the unit. This year the unit had been remodeled and shower chair was missing. When we called to ask about getting one, young lady on phone told us "We are not required to supply a chair for shower". We did go purchase a bench, or my husband would not have been able to take a shower for a week. We took our bench home with us on plane. Needless to say we will not be staying here again. Over all we were happy with unit, but thought that the handicap issue was handled wrong. ADA laws are there to protect people from being treated differently. We called the management office the day we arrived about the chair issue and they strung us along for 3 days, before they out right told us they didn't need to supply us with a shower chair. Just don't want anyone else who is handicap to run into the same problem. Because in a property so large, there is only this one unit labeled as handicap, and it's not.
