Con la luz, decoración neutra y un aire de lujo moderno, esta casa de pueblo de tres plantas tiene todo lo que quieres de un alquiler de vacaciones.

Entretener a los invitados en el comedor hermoso, o disfrutar de las comidas juntos como una familia en la de la cocina gourmet completamente surtida desayunador. Relájese con su libro favorito o póngase al día con sus programas de televisión en la amplia sala de estar, llena de lujosos muebles. La sala de estar cuenta con una consola Xbox One para entretener a los más pequeños.

Con tres baños y medio, todo el mundo tiene espacio para llegar tranquilamente listo sin esperar en línea para una ducha. Orlando National Dance Competition

This VRBO in Orlando was the perfect fit for our needs! The unit was impeccably kept and spotlessly clean, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We had everything we needed and appreciated the attention to detail. The only minor hiccup during our visit was that the on-site pool was under construction. However, the property management company thoughtfully arranged access to the pool and amenities at a nearby sister resort, which, while a short walk, wasn't a major inconvenience. Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this VRBO for anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained, and convenient place to stay in Orlando.

Perfect location!

We stayed here for the AAU volleyball nationals, and it was the perfect location to walk to the convention center, to walk to the pool, and to walk to the Publix shopping center. Easy check in and check out process.

Overall we are happy with our stay

We enjoyed our stay, the shops close by were very convenient and the amenities were superb. The early check in was a great option. We took advantage of that. At one point the light went out in the garage, I called and it was fixed the same day. However, I did call about the washer being stuck on HOT on every setting. It wasn't fixed during our stay But it's not a big deal, totally understandable. We just didn't wash delicate items. For the most part everything was clean, the only thing was if you walk around with light colored socks it will be black by the end of the day. Other than that the plavce was neat and clean. Beds and sofa were comfortable. The option of plastic plates and cups were great since we had kids with us. Our only comment or suggestion would be since the place accommodates 8-10 guest I would suggest having pots and utensils to accommodate 8-10 guests. Since we fly from TX we could not take anything with us. It was difficult to cook some meals like pasta, or any dishes that would feed 8-10 guests. Another suggestion would be to inform guests of places or locations that takes unopened food or even left over deli meats, fruits and such. It felt very wasteful. I do understand part of it is better planning. But something things cant be helped, especially if you are staying for a cheer competition. It is not always known when you will come back at the condo. All in all we enjoyed our stay & will definitely book again next time.

Stairs, stairs and more stairs

The resort has 2 pools that are both small and over crowded. Our unit was three floors. We had bedrooms on both the first floor and third floor not ideal for families with smaller children. The real bonus for staying here is the proximity to the convention center. Our unit was not as nice as our friends but we did have access to the garage which was a plus.

Great location

We came in town for the volleyball National’s. The place was fantastic with lots of room and very close to everything! We had minor issues with plumbing but fixed quickly without any issues.

Mixed Experience: Great Location and Condo, Terrible Property Management and Booking Process

I have mixed feelings about my recent stay at a VRBO rental in Vista Cay. Location perfect for our needs and conveniently situated near restaurants, grocery stores, and the theme parks. Finding the place was easy, and check-in process was a breeze. Condo matched the description provided. Spacious & well-equipped, but there were a few issues: floors were a little dusty (a minor inconvenience), the toilet next to the kitchen didn't flush properly, which was quite unpleasant, and we couldn't get the TVs to work properly, with the volume not functioning on the living room TV. The property management encouraged reporting any issues for prompt resolution, but it was frustrating to deal with these problems during a short four-day vacation. VRBO & Vista Cay Booking extremely disappointing experience! As a Canadian, I always make sure to change the currency to CAD when making online bookings. I had not checked the confirmation email until a few weeks later. To my surprise, VRBO had charged me the same amount for the stay but in US instead of CAD, which meant I was charged more than 38% extra due to the currency conversion. I immediately reached out to both VRBO and Vista Cay customer service, spending over three hours discussing the issue with multiple reps, but they failed to understand the problem or acknowledge any fault in their system. One representative ask if I had taken a picture of the prices during the booking! I will NEVER AGAIN book a vacation through VRBO!

The house is very dusty and outdated. There are no curtains in every room which makes it uncomfortable to sleep. Windows were very dusty. Thankfully I wasn't there long due to a family event. I would never book this location again.

Will be back!

It was great. Rental was clean and ready when we arrived. Plenty of activities for kids to do onsite and was great location. The only thing I wish would be a clear instruction on how to get the tv going lol that’s a most with the kids, we finally figured it out but was a little confusing lol.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at the townhome was just ok. If it weren’t advertised as “luxury” my review may have been a little different.The pros: The location was great. It was near everything we wanted to do. Passes to the amenities were available and were in plain sight upon entry. The cons: Upon entry, there wasn’t a “luxury” feel as stated in the title. The townhome smelled stale as if it had been closed up for a while. One of the bedrooms had a broken bed and one the bathrooms had a clogged sink. It seems to me if a vacation home was expecting guests these are things that should be vetted before the guests arrive. Maintenance did come and fix the sink but who wants to keep to calling for maintenance while on vaca? The beds that were available were sub par and weren’t that comfortable ; every time you moved they squeaked. One of the comforters had yellow stains and there was a bug in my sons bed.In order to get to the fridge and bathroom in the main room, you had to move the kitchen chairs to access them. The xbox was there, but there were no games (at least we couldn’t find them) to play.Overall the place wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t luxury either. I most likely wouldn’t book there again.

Plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby. The townhome itself is pretty good, not "luxurious", but maintained quite well with plenty of space and good furniture and kitchen supplies.

Very Nice Place

We stayed here for a few days over the Christmas holidays. Was nice to have a place not in the main areas of hotels and parks. The place was clean and nicely decorated. It had plenty of room for my family of 5 at a similar price to two hotel rooms. Pool was nice. Fitness center was small. There is a nice path around a pond that many used. Within 15 minutes to Universal Studios. Only con was there wasn't a keurig - something I think any rental should have! I would recommend this to anyone.

Never again!

The floors were so dirty my feet were blackness there was food on the wall. The walls in generally were very dirty! I thought this was going to be a lot cleaner. And the showers were like hotel/jail showers! I overall would not recommend this. As a mother of little kids I’m so glad my children were not with me, there would be no way i would ever feel comfortable with my kids crawling on that floor!

Nice Unit! Need better housekeeping

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay in Orlando, but had to clean the unit before bunking. The housekeeping and cleanliness was not good. The floors were not cleaned or swept and the toilets were awful. I took pictures and we bought in cleaning supplies to clean them. Also, when we let out the pullout bed, there was tons of trash underneath including candy paper. I think that would account for the ants crawling inside. We reported the stains on the chairs and sofa and markings/scratches on the floors when we arrived. After we cleaned the toilets and floors, all went well and we had a pleasant stay.

Stayed at this location inside was nice , but the cleanliness was really bad . It looks like the people who clean ,don’t mop the floor. The house was clearly not sanitized . There were stains on the walls, the washer machine did not work. The location is awesome , but the rental place could have been better.

My 40th celebration

Our stay there was pretty amazing the absolute only downfall was the cleanliness of the property and the fact that we had to wait an extra hour for the cleaning lady to finish. We gave her an extra hour to clean and when she was done the place was still not even clean The floors were so dirty when you walked from one floor to the next your feet were completely black they were stuff on the walls that you couldn't even understand what it was but other than that pictures are exactly what the property looks like it is beautiful in there they just need better cleaning people to pay better attention to detail The pool area is gorgeous The basketball courts were amazing for my son everything else was just wonderful I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
