Pie. plano de planta abierto, que se ha ampliado a 5100 pies cuadrados con la adición de una gran cubierta del tercer piso. Esta es una casa con vista al mar, ideal para grupos grandes o familias. Las cuatro habitaciones grandes tienen un amplio espacio para grupos de hasta 14. La casa está ubicada a 10 millas al sur de la playa de Rosarito, a 1/4 de milla al norte de Puerto Nuevo, conocida como el pueblo de la langosta. A solo 10 minutos de Baja Studios. Cerca de playas, tiendas, restaurantes, golf y más. La región vinícola se encuentra a 30 minutos, en el cercano valle de Guadalupe. Esta cómoda casa de 2 pisos incluye cuatro habitaciones, 2 1/2 baños.
La terraza / patio ofrece una vista espectacular y tomar el sol. Disfrute de la chimenea al aire libre y el bar de leña b que. La sala de juegos tiene un bar y la casa tiene una mesa de billar, mesa de ping pong y futbolín. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king-pillow-top, 2 habitaciones tienen camas queen y literas, la última habitación tiene queen y dos camas individuales. Mucho espacio para los niños. A beautiful and spacious home that is absolutely perfect for a big family.

Our group really enjoyed this trip mostly because of this big house. The pool table was definitely a plus! Thanks you Mr. Del Toro for opening your doors to us. We will definitely come back here on our next trip.

Huge propert enough for 3 families

This house is very spacious, enough room to roam around freely, lots of activities to do inside the house. Beautiful ocean view.

Great House in Puerto Nuevo

The house is HUGE! My family of 12 fit perfectly here. Yes somethings maybe outdated but overall the house was great. We all had a great time at Puerto Nuevo which is just a few minutes away. I will definitely stay here. The communication with the host was top notch.

Beautiful property, but not kept up properly

We stayed here a few weeks ago and although the home is beautiful it’s not kept up properly. There were lots of ants throughout the house, roaches and even came across mice in the kitchen. Initially the communication between the host and I was to par but when I reached out to complain he never responded back. There were spiderwebs throughout the house, the bedding seemed to not be changed out and the extra blankets and pillows had nasty stains on them.

Horrible place

Avoid this place, It was horrible in many ways that led us to do a last minute search to stay somewhere else. Everything was dirty: the towels had stains, the sponge for dishes had hair, very dirty sofas, a kitchen chair was on the brink of breaking, horrendous dead bugs (possible bed bugs), and disgusting pee stains on all mattresses. We contacted the owner and all he did was send someone out to clean off the sand from the bed. No WIFI or cable either.

Spanish style home with ocean view

Huge home with lots is space to spread out. Three levels of home with a huge balcony with ocean view on the top level. Large kitchen with large dinning table. Plenty of kitchen essentials to cook and prepare meals. Furniture is a little older, but comfy. Master bed room is huge with a huge tub. The 3 other bedrooms are large with many beds. The beds were a little dated with some older linens, so I would suggest to bring your own sheets and pillows. If you go through many towels, maybe bring some extras too. Lots of space for family or friends trip close to Puerto Nuevo (Lobster Village). About 20 minutes south of Rosarito. Lots of activities to enjoy in this area. Quiet, safe home in the hills with balcony views of the ocean and Puerto Nuevo. Plenty of parking inside gate and also in front of the home. Owner is nice and answered my many questions.

Disappointed.

House is beautiful house sad that we were disappointed.The area is kind of sketchy and the master bedroom and bathroom were dirty stains on the curtain and on the couch in the master bed room layers of dust on the ceiling fan .We all got bit by bed bugs.we were bummed out .wish the house was kept up routinely. Not worth what we paid for.

Huge Hacienda Home

Huge home for a great deal. Ocean view , you can actually see the wave crashing down from the top balcony. Quiet neighborhood. puerto nuevo just down the street to go shopping. Just recommend bringing your own pillows and blankets. But other than that .me and my family had a great time. Will recommend to come back again. Thank you Roger del Toro

Location is Perfect!

The Location is great! The views from the top deck are amazing. Good place to see a beautiful sunset and relax by the fireplace. The house is super spacious with space for many activities. Located near market and many restaurant options.. The neighborhood was very welcoming.

4th of July family getaway mini vacation

Pleasant spacious huge rustic hacienda to stay at, my brothers family and mine enjoyed all the amenities for our 4 teens and 4 adults. Views to ocean are relaxing and very close by. From the moment you enter home the views from every angel are enjoyable to view. The home is extremely spacious, you can easily fit more than 14 people in home. We enjoyed the fireworks from the top deck enjoying a BBQ on the grill provided in home with chimney fire place on rocking on the hammock. Enjoyed the movies in the living room area watching scary movie eating popcorn after long day in Rosarito beach. Played pool table and foosball with kids. Home is a perfect place away from home. Brothers family and myself really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful rustic hacienda home, will definitely be back to enjoy more time in this home. Thank you Roger and Wendy for allowing our families the pleasure of enjoying your home.

A total let down

The whole process on booking this house was quite quick and simple and they had a flexibility on payments which was awesome. One of the selling points was the fact that it had wifi under the amenities description being that we all have different mobile providers we didn't all count with data out of our country. When we arrived the maintenance guy was there to greet us really nice guy by the way. We asked for the info for wifi and laughed and said there is no Wi-Fi in the home. As soon as we walked in to the home you could tell the house was full of dust. Let I remind you there is a cleaning fee that we had to pay. Once we started settling in and we sat in the living room dust came out from the sofas we started tapping on them a little more and more dust kept coming out as if this house was never cleaned before our arrival. Also the railings inside the house and corners of the house and the gate outside were full of spider webs. We finally headed to the bedrooms all of the comforters in every room were dirty and dusty the bathrooms were full of soap scum. We had to purchase blankets so we would be able to even sleep there. The towels were dirty and had blood stains. This might be a big home but definitely not clean at all not worth the amount of money that we spent there.

Beautiful large home with a view!

Our host Roger was amazing! Check-in process was so easy as well as the check out process. The home was even better in person! My friends and family enjoyed our stay. We played many rounds of pool and even used their deck of cards. The patio was huge & the view was beautiful as well. It was a pleasant experience and I would definitely come back. Thank you for your hospitality Roger. Until we book again! :)

Great and Gorgeous Home

The home is gorgeous we rented this home spontaneously with our 3 small children and it was great they enjoyed the space and we enjoyed the private escape the lovation is perfect since we enjoy going to primotapia and ensenada so we will definetly be renting this next year on our yearly trip to Mexico

Great Weekend Getaway house

Great Weekend Getaway house The house was beautiful and provided a great framework for an exciting weekend. Nice view of the Pacific and stunning sunsets from the balcony. The rooms are huge and easily accommodated our large group of 12. Multiple beds in each room insured everyone got their own bed. The main living space is perfect for gatherings or parties. The housekeeper was friendly as well. He provided us with connection to local taxi service and they were great as well. Will definitely keep this house in mind when we visit again.

Large home priced right!

Spent a week with my family of 4 and Brother-in-laws family of 5. Very spacious centrally located Baja home located on a quiet street with all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. Everyone loved the patio and deck with a beautiful view of the ocean. The upstairs great room is amazing and a wonderful gathering spot for large families. Looking forward to returning since the home was clean and priced perfectly for our family.
