El balcón de la sala de estar / comedor se envuelve alrededor del lado este y sur de la unidad. La única cosa entre el balcón y la playa se encuentra la piscina. El dormitorio principal tiene acceso a este balcón y balcón privado hacia el oeste. La vista hacia el sur es hacia el paseo marítimo

Beach Time

We loved this condo being right on the beach. We had a corner condo with spectacular sunrise views in the morning and lovely views of the ocean all day long. We would love to go back!

Fantastic

This was a great property to stay at with responsive and generous hosts. There is plenty of space for essentially 6 adults and the views were wonderful.This may seem minor, but I especially loved the quality balcony furniture - Six HDPE tall chairs and three tables. It was so nice to sit on while watching sunrises, sunsets, and New Year's fireworks.

Beach house on turtle way

Was not told that were was construction going on . They started at 800 am jack hammering and poundiing with a hammer down the hall. . The pool gate key did not work and the access to the beach was closed off with a.construction gate. .scaffolding

Daytona Beach 2024

This was the cleanest condo we have stayed in. The views were amazing. The beach wasn't crowded and the pool wasn't crowded either. It was a quiet area and we truly enjoyed it. The maintenance man was very friendly and very helpful. We had brake issues on our Suv on the way down and he put a fan in the garage for my husband to fix the issue and was very accommodating. Sincere thank you to that gentleman!!

Fun in the Sun

The location of the condo was perfect. Check in was simple. The view from the balcony was beautiful !! We saw dolphins every day and also a manatee. My family and I had a wonderful vacation.

Enjoyed our stay, would revisit.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The accommodations were very suitable to our family and the views were excellent. The property construction did not pose any issues during our time. The only negative (which only posed a small inconvenience) was there was no handicap entrance to the beach - only stairs. I would most certainly use this property again.

Spectacular Unit

From the very start, Robert the owner went out of his way to make sure I had all of the information I needed and to make me feel welcome at his property. The process of signing the lease agreement was clear and communication was concise. Every step of the way Robert made sure I was informed. The condo was more than we could have ever imagined. There was so much room that we often had to actually look for each other. It often felt like you were the only one there despite our party of five. The deck was perfect, the description nor the photos truly show you that it is both oceanfront and a side view of the ocean and the city. It wraps all the way around. The condo had anything and everything you could possibly ask for in it. And it was decorated in a way that felt like home. Parking is in a secure extremely well lit garage under the building and entry is as easy as pulling off the street and hitting the button on the garage door opener. It was a feeling of being safe no matter when you came back or left. The entire property was beautiful. Some work is being done but that is to be expected. Robert was quick to communicate some carpet work that would be happening in our floor, it was done quickly and quietly. I would definitely recommend this location and Robert to anyone looking for the very best accommodation in Daytona Beach. My family didn't want to leave the condo it was so nice. Thanks again Mr. Carver! I hope we left everything as nice as possible.

View from condo windows is fantastic. Beach only 100 steps away. Wonderful. The whole building is undergoing hurricane repairs. There is some noise from Monday to Friday, management refunded an earlier departure that we requested. Very nice place to stay.

deceptive description and lack of accurate disclosure

This unit was described a beautiful beach front getaway. My friends and I looked forward to a relaxing week while we played in the pickleball tournament in Holly Hills the first week in December -- I even told the owner how much I was looking forward to this vacation trip. The VRBO description stated that the building was undergoing renovation and there would be construction noises between 8 and 4 M-F but the balcony of this unit would not be closed off until Jan 2024. What it did not say, and what was not disclosed during my booking or multiple direct communications with the owner, was that it was our floor and the two floors above this unit which were under construction. The loud and constant jackhammer pounding made it impossible for us to stay in the unit between 8-4. I have multiple recordings, it was crazy. It is a 19-story building--the owner should have let me know that the construction underway was on our floor and the two floors above. I communicated multiple times with the owner to no avail. Also, the reception/check in area was in a shambles with no one manning the desk. Not fair and I feel deceived.

Spring Break 2023

The condo was spacious, comfortable, and the views are spectacular. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything that you could want. We had wonderful weather and made many memories. I would absolutely love to return someday.

When we were looking for a vacation home, we looked on the west coast around St. Petersburg and the east coast from Melbourne to Daytona. We choose Daytona because of the activities and because of the famous beach.
