Nuestra "Casa Arches" es una casa de vacaciones de 3 dormitorios / 2 baños, ideal para familias solas o grupos pequeños que desean permanecer juntos. Ubicado en la comunidad de Paradise Village en Santa Clara, esta casa está rodeada de un paisaje pintoresco. Disfruta de las vistas de The Red Mountain y Snow Canyon desde el patio privado cubierto de esta casa, junto a la cocina.

Check in process was clear. House is in super easy spot from complex entrance and across the street from clubhouse (upper pool area, exercise room, sales office). Extremely comfortable beds and living room sofas. Plenty of seating for everyone in kitchen/dining. We were all able to use internet simultaneously. 3 televisions! Rooms were pretty soundproofed and ceiling fans in each were appreciated. We would have liked to have room darkening or blackout window curtains or shades, as car headlights were pretty flashy at night.Overall loved it. Best part for grandkids (after bunkbed sleeping) was the amazing array of water fun at the complex.We would certainly stay here again and hope we can.We would certainly stay here again.

Spring baseball stay

Stayed before the slides were turned on. We have stayed in the neighborhood but not at this property. Location was good. Only thing is the master window faces the street so you can hear passing cars. Not for a light sleeper. House was clean and easy to access.

Great Getaway Experience

This was a great place and the listing photos don't do it justice! It was a great size and had plenty of room. The two pools were within walking distance (one was across the street) and we loved it.

Disappointed and unprofessional response

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We walked into our house a few weeks ago and the fridge panel was broken, tray was broken and after going to use one of the knives, found that it was broken in a way that could have sliced someone’s finger or hand badly. I took pictures and submitted them over to your company and got an acknowledgement that they were received and then complete silence. This is very disappointing. I have been renting from your company in Paradise Village for over a decade and never had issues like this let alone the poor customer service to remedy the problem. I had talked this place up to others & they shared the house with us, only to be disappointed as well in the quality of the home for the cost. That stuff wouldn’t fly at any hotel or other rental property. I would strongly like you to consider refunding a portion of our rental for everything we dealt with.

It had everything we needed for our 8 day stay (although coffee filters would have been nice) and everything was in good working order! We loved the red rocks view out the kitchen windows and from the patio! There was a little road noise in the mornings, but it wasn't too bad. Having the pool and work out room right across the street was awesome! Highly recommend!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed in a few different places in Paradise Villages before, it’s always a fun time, great location & great pools. This house just wasn’t as great as we’ve experienced with other properties there. Just cheaper quality furniture, a lot of things with wear & tear & broken parts, & super squeaky doors we had to go buy some wd-40 to resolve. Also there isn’t an enclosed backyard / patio so it doesn’t feel safe with young kids. So not one we’d return to.

Overall a Good Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really liked the house, the location and especially the water slide area. The house was well-stocked. Our biggest complaint was just that there wasn’t a broom anywhere in the house. There was a vacuum we tried to use to clean up crumbs from eating (there is a sign warning of pests if you leave food/crumbs) but the vacuum was in pretty bad condition and didn’t work well. The other big disappointment we had was the pool area across the street (not the water slide place) was super dirty. There were pieces of styrofoam, leaves and dirt. We did see a pool maintenance person over there the morning we left.

Really nice

We had a great time staying here! The home was spacious enough for adults and teens. It had great views from the back porch. Everything we needed was there. And it was right by the pool which was fantastic for our teens. We would definitely stay here again!

Reviewer Comments: The house was spacious and comfy but needed A LOT of lovin', updating and fixing. The ice machine was not working so maintenance needed to be called. They fixed it but it would make very loud and annoying noises every 30 minutes. The washing machine has broken pieces. Towels were hidden and need to be thrown out since they were stained. Hot tubs were not heated the whole time which was a bummer.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was beautiful. We did find over 7 cockroaches, one on a pillow in the bunkbed room and there was no television. We were able to get Netflix but there was no regular television channels or service. The only TV that worked was in the living room, neither bedroom TV even had an app, so no Netflix or anything available at all in either bedroom which was a bummer over a major sports football weekend.

Perfect home and location

This home was just perfect for our stay in St. George. Easy access to all the great things St. George has to offer and a quick five minutes to the Tuacahn shows at night. Location of the neighborhood is right across the street from the swimming pool so it was great to go hop in and relax after a day of hiking. This is our second time staying in this home and we will definitely stay again

It was perfect for our stay

We had a great time on our girls trip. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. Good location and the kids had a lot of fun swimming. Perfect for our quick stay! The pool toys and wagon were a big hit too!

Great Place!

We cleaned ourselves and it was gross. Xbox didnt work and the remote for direct tv was not there. Garage door openers didnt work either. Pools were also really dirty. People were cleaning them out by themselves. Having said that it was a good experience. Plenty of space and comfortable furniture.
