Planee disfrutar de su estadía en nuestra unidad en Sterling Sands Condominiums, ubicada en las playas más hermosas del mundo, con alquiler de SILLAS DE PLAYA frente al mar y UMBRELLA ¡INCLUIDAS todos los días de forma gratuita! Sterling Sands es un impresionante edificio, frente al golfo, exclusivo, justo en las arenas blancas como el azúcar de Destin. Este complejo de 8 pisos en el corazón de Destin rodea de uno de los frentes de playa más grandes y menos concurridas de la zona. Disfrute de las playas y la gran piscina tropical climatizada al aire libre, el jacuzzi, las parrillas a gas y el gimnasio recién remodelado. Con nuestra Unidad, incluimos 2 sillas de playa y 1 sombrilla con el servicio de instalación en la playa. Servicio de playa adicional está disponible para alquilar kayaks y tablas de surf de pie. Esta unidad de 2 dormitorios tiene acceso al balcón a través de la sala de estar. Toda la unidad está amueblado por un diseñador de interiores. Con baldosas en las áreas de estar y alfombras NUEVAS en las habitaciones, esta unidad está equipada con 2 sofás completos y un sillón reclinable. Un sofá se convierte en una cama de matrimonio. El otro sofá y sillón a juego son de cuero blanco y son parte superior de la línea con sillones reclinables eléctricos de todo. Una gran pantalla plana TV / DVD está montado en el salón para una fácil visualización en toda la unidad. La cocina está completamente amueblada con la mesa de comedor para 6 personas y asientos adicionales en el balcón.
El dormitorio principal cuenta con bañera / ducha, cama extra grande, y de TV de pantalla plana. Hay conexión a internet de alta velocidad gratuita en todo el hotel. El dormitorio adicional está equipado con una cama queen murphy, pero sin armario. Hay una lavadora / secadora para su comodidad. Tenemos alfombras a estrenar en los dormitorios y azulejos en todas las demás áreas.

Sterling Sands luce sus nuevas renovaciones exteriores con adoquines de todo el área de la piscina, baños nuevos piscina, pasillos de baldosas y pintura exterior. Excellent communication from Ronda! From the moment of booking to our arrival, she stayed in constant contact to assure our comfort. Great location and awesome stay!Super easy walk to The Back Porch—either along the beach or the road—and the food was amazing! It’s right across from The Track, which was so much fun for the whole family. The condo is right on the beach with a nice view of the pool and hot tub. Everything felt really safe, and the place was super clean. Check-in was a breeze, and communication was easy. We ended up adding an extra night because we just weren’t ready to leave!

We have now stayed here multiple times and every time is just as great as the last! This condo is in a great location of Destin, the beach is beautiful and the pool and hot tub are a family favorite. Ronda has been wonderful and very informative. We will be back!

Our week in 204 was great. The unit was super clean. Close proximity to elevator was nice and being on second floor using stairs was easy as well. The host was very helpful before and during our stay.

Awesome property

The owners were so amazing with their kindness and communication. Anything you could possibly need was available at the property. The location was perfect and close to everything. The beach was a very short walk and the views from the patio were beautiful. We highly recommend and will definitely book with them next time we are in Destin!

I picked this unit based on all the positive reviews and I am in 100% agreement that this was a wonderful place to stay! The owners thought of everything! There was not one thing I needed, easy to communicate with, easy instructions as well. Place was super nice and clean! Highly recommend!

Fantastic beach

This unit would benefit from a deep clean. It definitely showed signs of wear and tear and quick turnovers. The owners were excellent at communicating and responding to our concerns. The beach and pool were fantastic. The fact that we received an umbrella and two chairs set up on the beach was helpful. The location was convenient and the views of the gulf were gorgeous. We watched dolphins from the balcony on the nice mornings before going to the beach. The elevators were not always readily available, but since it is a second floor unit we made use of the stairways often. When we needed the elevators for luggage the wait wasn’t too long. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The owners were attentive and made checking in easy. The beach couldn’t have been better and that was our main reason for being there. The kitchen had everything we needed and we prepared breakfast and lunch each day. We went out for dinner at restaurants and there were lots of great options nearby. We wished it had been cleaner when we arrived, but we still enjoyed our five night stay.

Perfect spot for our young family of 4!!!

This condo was perfect for our family of four beach trip! The view is incredible and the condo was well stocked with everything we needed. The complex is very nice, well maintained, and family friendly. The fitness center was under repair while we were there, so cannot speak to that but it has a view overlooking the ocean. The condo is a short walk to the elevator and then from the elevator you walk under the building, through the pool area, and to one of two beach boardwalks that access the beach. It was a very easy walk with two small children and carrying lots of beach toys and gear. The two chairs and umbrella that are included was a wonderful bonus! The complex is smaller than some of the others around it, so the beach and pool never felt crowded. My husband and I came with our three year old twins and the spare bedroom (with the Murphy bed, we did not use) was just big enough to fit two blow up toddler beds. The spare room was much smaller than I expected, but it worked for what we needed. The master bedroom is right across from the spare room and both are by the entry door to the condo and share a wall with the outside/hallway to the elevator, but noise was never a problem. The management team was very attentive and quick to answer any questions we had. I would not hesitate to book this unit again in the future!

Perfect Location

Love this complex. Perfect location and great smaller property. The unit is nice as well and in a great location which makes it easily accessible. The unit was very well stocked and provided everything needed for our stay. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing place, amazing people.

The condo is unbelievably clean and well appointed. Ocean front view from a great property that is all well maintained. This is our 2nd year coming to this condo and it is consistently great. The check in process is made extremely easy and accommodating from Miss Ronda. She is a wonderful person with a fantastic family. My family and I couldn’t be happier. All of the folks who stay here seem to come back year after year and are all very friendly. The building has a nice grilling area that lots of folks gather and visit while preparing dinner. We’ve been on many vacations, but none feel as welcoming and relaxing as the Sterling sands property. Thank you for everything!!

Incredible place

We had one of our best trips ever! This place is perfect for your family. This condo has everything you need. The murphy bed was perfect for my two littles. The process to book was smooth and seamless. I literally booked the day before and still had everything I needed for our check-in the next day. The condos location to the beach was absolutely perfect. The bonus for us were the beach chairs, especially with littles. You don't have to be out on the beach each morning to reserve your chairs because they already have your name on them. Communication with Rhonda was amazing. She was so sweet and beyond helpful. She had some beach toys and boards for the kids to use, too. We are already thinking of our next trip back!

A great week at the beach

Really liked the location of the condo and beach access. I didn't pay attention to notice that the master bedroom is in the rear of the unit, so that is on me... just don't expect to open the windows and listen to the surf. The HOA was overbearing the day that we checked in... busy bodying around telling us what we couldn't do... but they quickly disappeared after the check in day. Our hosts were fantastic and answered our few questions very quickly. They were very kind and welcoming. Overall, I would stay again, but I would look for a unit with an ocean front bedroom.

Great beach spot

Great location and lovely pool. The only downside is they don't provide many comfort items/necessities (coffee, beach towels, pack n play, etc). So, if you fly in and arrive later in the evening, you have to go to the store first thing instead of the beach. Not a big deal if you plan ahead, just something to be aware of.

I purchased this property because as a child I used to vacation with my family in Destin and we stayed on this property, Silver Beach cottages. We made great memories and since purchasing in the new development have had the same wonderful experience with my family.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Unless you are sitting seaside in a Caribbean resort, it would be difficult to get a better view. The sand in Destin is unique. It is so white and fine that they call it "sugar" sand. Make sure you bring your sun glasses as the reflection off the beautiful sand is bright. Sunsets here paint a new and more beautiful picture each evening that will make for lasting memories. The balcony overlooks God's beauty at a single glance..a memory that you will take with you and will draw you back again and again. If you likes walks on the beach, it doesn't get any better...
