Condo 2208 sits at Seascape, right where Seawall Boulevard ends and the real beach begins. No traffic noise. No packed boardwalk. Just the Gulf of Mexico - and your private balcony looking straight at it.

This is the closest one-bedroom unit to the beach in the entire Seascape resort. Step off the elevator, walk through the landscaped dunes, and your toes are in the sand. No street to cross. Nothing between you and the water.

The resort wraps around you: two pools, two hot tubs (one adults-only), a BBQ and picnic area, a beach observation deck, and shower stations when you come back sandy. A mile down the road is Galveston's Fishing Pier and Jimmy's on the Pier. Schlitterbahn Waterpark and Moody Gardens are three miles east.

WHY SEASCAPE
Galveston's beach comes in three flavors. The East End and the Seawall have the traffic, the crowds and a four-lane highway between you and the sand. The West End is quiet, but every restaurant and attraction is a long drive back into town. Seascape sits right between them, just past where the Seawall ends: a quiet beach with no road to cross, and Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn under 10 minutes away, the Strand Historic District about 15. A mile down the road is Galveston's Fishing Pier and Jimmy's on the Pier.

LOCATION
Our condo is located right ON THE BEACH! There is no need to cross a busy 4-lane HWY, just use the private beach bridge to get to the beach. It is also the closest to the beach you can get in a one-bedroom unit at Seascape resort.

Just past the end of the Galveston Seawall. Less than 10 minutes away from Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, and the Seawall and only 15 minutes away from the Strand Historic District (downtown Galveston).

HOUSE RULES
• Must be 25 years old or older to book the property.
• No more than 5 people including kids and day-time visitors in the condo at all times.
• Our condo is not child-proofed; guests are solely responsible for the actions of the children in their party.
• No smoking (inside, outside, on the balcony, no e-cigarettes).
• No pets (inside or outside the resort).
• One car per unit (the second car can be parked depending on the availability, which is determined by our guard). Parking is located underneath and around the building.
• Wheelchairs and walkers are not suitable due to the small size of the condo.

CANCELLATION
• The cancellation policy that applies to your stay is the one shown in your reservation details at the time of booking. Please check it before you book.
• Mandatory evacuation: if the island is placed under a mandatory evacuation order for your dates, we refund you in full. A rainy forecast is not the same thing and is not grounds for a refund.
• For any other reason (rescheduling, early departure, cancellation) we strongly suggest travel insurance. Vrbo recommends CSA: vacationprotection.com.
