Este bello dormitorio 2 baños completos primera línea de playa de 2 pisos 3 está situado en una zona privilegiada de North Wildwood. A pocos pasos de la playa con impresionantes vistas al mar desde 2 balcones privados, estamos a sólo unas cuadras del famoso paseo marítimo y el muelle de Morey. Esta unidad está decorada con gusto, con muchas nuevas mejoras, nuevos muebles, y reformas suaves. No hay necesidad de pagar por el aparcamiento, esta unidad viene con 2 plazas de aparcamiento en la calle. Estamos ubicados en 515 E. 11th Ave en la esquina con JFK Beach Drive, N. Wildwood, Nueva Jersey.

Amplia zona de estar y comedor Recién amueblado con TV de pantalla plana y DVD conduce a un gran balcón tercera planta con vistas al océano. Cocina completa con isla de gran tamaño con taburetes para 4 es perfecto para el entretenimiento. Nuestro apartamento es cómodo y tiene espacio para relajarse y descansar. Los 2 balcones son un gran lugar para ver los fuegos artificiales la noche del viernes.

El dormitorio principal en el segundo piso tiene su propio balcón privado y baño completo, TV de pantalla plana y DVD, cama de matrimonio y ventilador de techo. Un segundo dormitorio principal en la tercera planta tiene su propio cuarto de baño privado completo, cama queen size, TV y DVD, y ventilador de techo. El tercer dormitorio es perfecto para los niños con cama litera pirámide con un tamaño completo inferior y superior doble, TV y DVD, ventilador de techo, y techo abovedado.

Las comodidades incluyen conexión inalámbrica a Internet, lavadora y secadora, cocina totalmente equipada con cafetera, tostadora, licuadora, microondas, horno a gas, utensilios de cocina, y la olla de barro.

Este es un gran lugar! Además de la playa y el paseo marítimo también está cerca de Lou stand Anfiteatro donde hay conciertos gratuitos bajo las estrellas todos los jueves y domingos por la noche. Boots at Beach weekend

Had a wonderful time attending the festival and riding bikes. This beautiful property is located in a great area with a nice view of the ocean and close to the boardwalk, restaurants and bars. It was clean and very nicely furnished. Will definitely recommend and stay again!

The condo is beautiful and in a perfect location! We had an amazing time celebrating our daughter’s 16th bday! Would love to rent the property again. The house was very clean and we felt at home. North Wildwood vacation 2021

This property was perfect for our family vacation. Location is amazing. Everything at arms length. Very convenient if you have small children and enjoy beach time. You just walk across the street. Also easy access to board lwalk l, bike rental and many food places. We used our car once to take a trip to Cape May othe then that we were able to walk everywhere! We would definitely make this a yearly tradition.

Home Away From Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful vacation home. It felt like home as soon as we arrived - only lovelier! The well appointed home was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and well thought out. Every piece of furniture was practical, functional and aesthetically pleasing. The couches, chairs and beds were very comfortable and all the extras (e.g., warm and soft throw blankets) made it feel like home. The location was amazing as it’s just off the beach with two balconies featuring glorious beach views. The host was very personable and accessible for questions. We had such a great experience that we have already booked to return next year! If you are looking for a wonderful home away from home vacation experience you will want to book this place.

Great location. Condo was very clean and comfortable and well decorated. Property owner was very responsive. We had an issue that was out of his control but he generously compensated us for it. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful condo in great location

This was our second time staying here. The owner is easy to get a hold of and accommodating, and the condo is clean and roomy with two great balconies, directly across the street from the beach, and maybe 1/4‐1/2 mile walk to the boardwalk. Will probably be back again next summer for our third year here. Thanks Eric!

The location was wonderful and the property was very clean The only problems were the dishwasher was not installed properly, the kitchen light continually flickered., and the internet initially was difficult to use. We had a very good time.

Great Location

Staying at 11th and JFK is a great location. It's close enough and far enough. It's close enough to walk to the boards and far enough without the large crowds. It is perfect location to the beach. The crosswalk is at the beach entrance. N Wildwood Beach is not super wide like the other parts of the Wildwoods. The only thing I would suggest to the property manager is to add a platform at the outdoor shower rinse area to avoid the sand build up. Overall, this is a great location and property to rent. Eric Ditchey was responsive to any questions and explanations.

Great location!

This is a great property located in a quiet community right across the street from the 11th street beach! Both decks have beautiful views of the ocean. There are 3 bedrooms (2 queen, 1 bunk bed with a full on the bottom and twin on the top) and 2 full bathrooms. The bathrooms are both located inside the bedrooms with queen beds. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a small deck are on the 2nd floor; 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and another small deck are located on the 3rd floor. We had 6 adults in this house and it was a little tight but totally manageable - this would be super ideal for a family of 4 adults with some small children. Eric was great to communicate with - he was super responsive and make the check in process super easy. Be sure to bring plenty of paper towels, toilet paper and hand soap as the supply at the property is limited! All in all, it is a great property in an ideal location for a very reasonable price! Highly recommend.

Everything we expected and great communication!

Our family enjoyed our stay! We came in for a short stay for a wedding we were attending. Eric was very responsive answering all the questions we had including helping to ease my worries about a possible hurricane affecting the area! The condo was very clean, well stocked, and meet all of our needs. The beach was across the street and an easy walk over. There was also beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony. We would stay here again if we come back to the area!

Awesome place to stay

My wife, 2 daughters and I had another spectacular week while staying at this awesome condo in North Wildwood. The location is great and the condo does not lack anything. Always super clean and and truly has all the amenities. This is our second year in a row and we will most certainly return. You can't go wrong.

We both grew up spending summers at the Jersey shore. Growing up my family would go to Long Beach Island. Madeline's family would go to Wildwood, Sea Isle, and Margate. I had friends that had houses in Ocean City, Avalon, and Cape May. There is nothing like the Jersey shore in the summer. Staying with family, we fell in love with the East Island Condos. Where else can you be across the street from the beach, walk to the Irish bars and restaurants, and walk even a shorter distance to the boardwalk.

This beautiful beachfront 2 story 3 bedroom 2 full bath condo is located in a prime area of North Wildwood. Just steps from the beach with breathtaking views of the ocean from 2 private balconies, we are only a few short blocks from the famous boardwalk and Morey's Pier. This unit is tastefully decorated with many new upgrades, new furniture, and soft refurbishments. No need to pay for parking, this unit comes with 2 off-street parking spaces. We are located at 515 E. 11th Ave at the corner with JFK Beach Drive, N. Wildwood, NJ.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Newly furnished large living and dining area with flat screen TV & DVD leads to large 3rd floor balcony overlooking the ocean. Full kitchen with oversized island with bar stools for 4 is perfect for entertaining. Our condo is comfortable and has space to relax and unwind. The 2 balconies are a great place to view Friday night fireworks.

The master bedroom on the 2nd floor has its own private balcony and full bathroom, flat screen TV, queen size bed, and ceiling fan. A second master bedroom on the 3rd floor has its own private full bathroom, queen size bed, TV, and ceiling fan. The third bedroom is perfect for the kids with pyramid bunk bed with a full size lower and twin upper, TV, ceiling fan, and vaulted ceiling.

Amenities include wireless internet, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, gas oven, cooking utensils, and crock pot.

This is a great location! In addition to the beach and boardwalk you are also close to Lou Booth Amphitheatre where there are free concerts under the stars every Thursday and Sunday nights. Enjoy the boat rentals, amusement parks, water parks, and so much more. North Wildwood is the perfect family friendly vacation.

Bedding Note: Condo has 2 queen, 1 full, and 1 twin beds. Comforters, blankets, and pillows are provided. Renters need to bring sheets, and bath and beach towels.
