ESTACIONAMIENTO PRIVADO FRENTE AL MAR, ASCENSOR, CUBIERTA EN LA AZOTEA, BICICLETAS, MESA DE PING PONG, MAIZO, SILLAS DE PLAYA:
Exquisitamente decorada casa de 4 dormitorios / 4BA en calle sin salida en el tranquilo y exclusivo vecindario "Kure Estates". La casa de 3000 pies cuadrados cuenta con un ASCENSOR y un "mini-maestro" en la planta baja con baño privado y TV de pantalla plana. El segundo piso tiene una sala de estar espaciosa y abierta con pisos de madera, chimenea de gas, baño completo, TV de 50 pulgadas, mesa de comedor grande, mesa de juegos y "sala multimedia" con TV de 50 pulgadas. La cocina gourmet tiene encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y está bien equipada con vajilla, ollas, sartenes, utensilios, ¡incluso un hilador de ensaladas y especias! Se abre en la cubierta posterior, donde todos pueden cenar juntos bajo las luces del mercado, y donde las escaleras conducen a una cubierta superior, así como a una cubierta en la azotea. El 3er piso tiene un dormitorio principal muy grande con una puerta a la cubierta trasera, un hermoso baño con bañera de hidromasaje, ducha a ras de suelo, vestidor grande y 36 en la televisión. Dos dormitorios adicionales comparten cuarto baño completo con doble lavabo. Ventiladores de techo en cada habitación. ¡Oscile en el porche delantero o diríjase a la terraza de la azotea para ver los amaneceres, las puestas de sol y los increíbles cielos nocturnos llenos de estrellas! Caminata corta (3 1/2 minutos / 1,000 pies) o conduce a un vecindario PRIVADO frente a la playa y al área de estacionamiento completa con baño, enjuague al aire libre y cenador.

Beautiful home and a great location just a 5 minute walk to private beach entrance. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of space to spread out - perfect for a family gathering of 9. Having stayed in 3-level homes without one, the elevator is a game-changer for check-in and check-out. Plenty of bikes and beach gear. What more could you ask for? We will be back.

Perfect getaway stay

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was clean and well maintained and fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had way more than we needed which was great since we cooked every night. There was plenty of space for the kids to have fun and the adults to hang out. Bedrooms were large and all beds were very comfortable. The kids loved the outdoor shower! The elevator was such a blessing for my brother who has trouble walking stairs. Couldnt have asked for a better place to stay.Location- Easy short walk to the beach with a bathroom right by the dunes- SUPER convenient! Quiet neighborhood with little to no traffic (in early June). Communication with the hosts was easy and they were very responsive!

Spotless and well-appointed!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this spotless home! The kitchen was truly well apointed- absolutely everything we could need. We loved the walk to the beach and the elevator. It really is a fantastic space, and we look forward to coming back next year!

Perfect for all who want to do things together or break off into small groups! Everything we wanted to do was within a short walk or bike ride. Beach was never overcrowded and the kitchen was stocked well with all of our diverse needs. We will come again!

Great place

We had a really nice time at this house for the week of the 4th. The host was very responsive and helpful. I wish the linen disclosure was made further in advance (everything must be laundered before departure) so we could’ve arranged for service through another company. The internet in the downstairs room is tough if you want to do any streaming (only a TV antenna if not). The house has everything you need for the beach and the layout is perfect for a family with different agr groups.

Amazing beach house

Beautifully decorated comfortable house very convenient to the beach, only a 5 minute walk! Home has everything you could possibly need and then some! Bikes, beach chairs, sand toys, ping pong, foosball, corn hole are all provided. Watch the sunset from the roof top deck plus porches on both front and back sides of house. Amazing vacation was had by all!

Our happy place

The house was everything we could have hoped for and more, everything was clean and operational and the location was great. Contact with the owners was very smooth and helpful. We all thought this was the best house we've stayed at in all the years of coming to the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was beautifully furnished and with enough space for a large family gathering. The front deck overlooked the pond and we were entertained by the duck family that lives there. The back deck has seating for dining which was nice. In the early evening there was a nice breeze on the rooftop deck. Watching the fireworks was spectacular from there.

GREAT place to stay.

Excellent place to stay for entire family. Location close to beach and many other local attractions. Property owner was extremely easy to work with and very informative. Surprised by all the extra amenities at house. Will stay here again.

Exactly as advertised

Perfect house! We were very happy with our stay. Accommodations were wonderful. Owner was very responsive. The beach towels, bikes & beach equipment was a huge plus! Less we had to tote. The outdoor space was wonderful. Deck space for everyone. No negatives. We look forward to renting again!

Absolutely Amazing !

Hands down the most amazing place we have ever stayed. The owner is by far the most organized and helpful persons to rent from. You will not have to wonder about where to eat, what to do or how to use anything in the house. He has a manual with anything and everything you need to know. It was SO helpful. Also no matter the age there is something for everyone. My family enjoyed the bike rides. I can’t say enough about this beach house it was over the top and then some !

Wouldn't change a thing!

It was Easter weekend and just so happened to a balmy 30 degrees...ha. But staying in this house made it worth it. After this year we had a great and much needed getaway. Everything was so simple - we can't wait to stay here again!

We really wanted to move in. Super clean, ultra modern and cozy. Everything we needed at our fingertips. Plenty of space to stretch out. They thought of everything. Perfect for families small and large. Highly recommend.

The home was in a quiet, family neighborhood. Nothing was outdated or worn in any way. Everything needed for a week was in place and in excellent condition. You could not have a better home for vacation. We will be back as soon as we can.

Nice place and location

We had a family vacation at this house with 9 adults and 1 child. The place was great! The house is very nice. The private beach access was a plus too, being able to avoid the busyness of public access. The owner David is very welcoming and helpful. I would recommend staying here for sure!

Wish we could go back right now!

What an incredible experience. The home is super clean and luxurious. Great location. It's a short walk to the beach but if you don't want to walk, you can load up the car and go take advantage of the private parking that comes with the home. It was essentially a perfect experience.

One of a KIND

This house is absolutely amazing! From the emulate clean house, all the beautiful decor details of this home, elevator to haul our luggage, tons of bikes and toys for the beach, updated kitchen, and peaceful views from all the decks our week vacation was perfect. We stayed the week of July 4th and was able to view 4 different firework shows from the top deck. We had many nights sitting on the big porches playing card games with a glass of wine and relaxing. Very peaceful and upscale neighborhood. I loved taking one of the many bikes around the neighborhood. It was also nice being able to drive and park at the gazebo and being steps from the ocean. You can also walk a short 5 minutes to the beach too. The beach was great. The sand was very soft and many shells we were able to get with our girls. Overall, we had such a great experience in this house and would recommend it to anyone with a family. The owners were very quick to repley to any questions we had and gave so much detail of the area which put us at ease on what to do and where the best places are!! You cannot go wrong with this house!!!!

We love that our home is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac across from a large, open, peaceful pond filled with birds, fish and turtles. Plus, the walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes. Prefer to drive? Our community has a private beachfront parking lot, with a bonus of a restroom, rinse area and gazebo. Especially helpful for visits with children!

That pond is ANOTHER bonus we didn't even realize until we spent our first weekend rocking on the front porch: Turtles sun themselves on the banks. Children often fish. Herons and Egrets stand in the shallow water. Families of ducks waddle around and swim. Sometimes, you will even see fox and deer walking near.
