Excelente ubicación en 870 Third Street, 1er piso. Esta es una NUEVA casa de playa en Ocean City, ubicada en una cuadra de playa tranquila en el extremo norte. Hecho a medida para mezclar lo antiguo y lo nuevo. No se perdió ningún detalle. Increíble cocina con acabados de alta gama. Hermosos gabinetes blancos y pisos de madera noble. Brillante y aireado. ¡Nunca querrás irte! Es una unidad de 3 dormitorios, 2 baños con estacionamiento fuera de la calle.

Comience su día con un paseo por el paseo marítimo, deténgase para tomar un café y unas rosquillas recién horneadas en Browns. Disfrute de un paseo fácil a la playa, regrese a la casa y enjuáguese en la ducha al aire libre y disfrute de la noche en el gran porche delantero. Es perfecto para hablar, comer y simplemente relajarse. Todo está a poca distancia de nuestra casa: paseo marítimo, áreas de juego, canchas de tenis y tiendas. ¡Realmente no puede encontrar una mejor ubicación o lugar para tomar sus vacaciones este verano!

This is such a wonderful place to stay. A great location, great accommodations, a block off the ocean and boardwalk. We’ve stayed here several times Spring and fall when it’s not particularly busy. Melissa’s house is very inviting, perfect for a couple looking to unwind or to bring the grandkids along. Melissa is great to communicate with. We look forward to returning.

Great place! 100% as pictured and the description is completely accurate. Melissa was very responsive, although to be honest, the place was perfect and we didn't need anything from her after check-in. The furniture, including the beds, and decorations are as if she lives in the house. No rental feel, at all. Great location. Super close to the beach and the boardwalk! Great street, too. We would stay again, for sure!!

Fabulous property and location

We loved the convenience of the beach and boardwalk. We started and ended our days on the spacious porch. The house met all our needs and I often found myself admiring the attention to detail involved and the beautiful woodwork. Very clean and loved all the extra storage we had in garage for beach stuff and extra storage. We can't say enough. Thank you!

Great stay in OCNJ

My family and I (me, my husband, and two kids) had a great stay! The house was well taken care of, updated, clean, and in a great location! It had all we needed for our yearly summer stay in OCNJ. Great amenities, and a lovely home. We will definitely be back.

We know ocean city well and we have stayed in numerous properties in the north end. This was one of the best. Very clean, great location and a huge porch. The owners were very responsive and we would definitely consider coming back.

Perfect location. All as listed. Our hosts put us in touch with the company that supplies the linens for the beds, and towels for both beach and bathrooms. Very clean easy to get too. Excellent hosts and very happy. Definitely would recommend.

brand new somewhat

the house is nice. the living room furniture and master bedroom bed should be taken to the dump. be careful the ice machine jambs and may not shut off. bring your own sharp knives and floor mat for when you exit the tub and shower

Great Vacation!

This house was the perfect size for us, 6 adults and one 6 year old. We appreciated the double vanities in each bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked. I did bring my own paper towels, toilet paper, dish cloth and dish towel. We did run out of garbage bags so I had to buy some. We aren’t fans of the foam mattresses, but that’s obviously a personal preference. I would suggest room darkening curtains in all the bedrooms (the primary has them). Or bring some temporary ones if you are a light sleeper. The porch was awesome. The neighborhood was super quiet. We would definitely rent here again! Thank you for having us.

Outstanding week in Ocean City

The house was perfect for our group of 4 adults and a toddler. Very clean and well equipped. It was great to have beach chairs for us and beach toys for our granddaughter. Just a short walk to the beach! We ate nearly all our meals on the front porch. Garage parking was a real plus. We highly recommend this house!

Great Beach Week

Loved our stay at this property. House was super clean, decor was lovely and liked the overall layout (nice that the rooms were up a couple steps and in the back so never heard people stirring). Loved the location - super close to the beach so easy to hop back for lunch. Great for the kids (and adults 😃) to walk/bike to the boards, get ice cream, go to town, tennis courts, coffee shop/restaurants, ect… Overall the house was well equipped (games, puzzles, and most kitchen stuff, plus with kcup and drip coffee maker. And a really nice touch they have beach tags! A couple of things to note; there’s no grill (we brought a portable, but neighbors are so nice we used theirs), glassware is sparse (there’s plastic cups, but only 4 wine glasses and no other real glassware - we’re cocktail people so like a nice rocks glass, tumbler, ect. We used the jelly jar in the glass cabinet 😂. A non-stick pan and a large pot (large enough for awesome Jersey corn and steaming clams) would be good additions for the kitchen. Also, mattress are nice new memory foam, very comfortable, but it’s memory foam pillows too. We always bring our own pillows so no big deal for us). Only point these things out to help packing. I’d definitely rent here and hope to come back next year!

Spectacular

Perfectly located, clean, bright and still has that new house smell! Melissa is super responsive to any need, no matter how small. This is our 2nd time renting and they continue to make small upgrades which helps keep the property as a top tier rental. We will definitely rent again!

Perfect little beach house

This was a great house for our family! Location made it easy to walk to the beach and to the boardwalk shops, but the area was quiet and away from the commercial traffic and noise. The big front porch was a lovely place to read books and eat our meals. House was clean and comfortable and we really appreciated the garage shower after coming home from the beach. Thanks for an enjoyable stay in OC!

Wonderful week at the beach

This is the second time we've stayed in this property, and we were again very pleased with it. It was very, very clean! The kitchen was better stocked with utensils, tupperware, etc, then other rentals we've stayed in. The owners were also very responsive to all questions we had. Would highly recommend!

We bought the lovely old house that used to sit on this property in 2009 with my parents John and Diane. We've always wanted a house in Ocean City. My grandparents and aunt and uncle live on the island year round. Growing up right off the island, we spent a lot of time on the beach.

Unfortunately, the house succumbed to the tides in Super Storm Sandy and we had to tear down the house. We were devastated. We loved the charm of the old house. So, we worked very closely with the architect to make sure we were able to design a new house that was still full of the character of the old house.

The 2nd floor is not rented out, our family uses it. We look forward to welcoming you and getting to know you!
