Wonderful property..

We stayed at the property for two nights,.. Super property, extremely clean, updated and very comfortable for a couple or large family..The things that stand out the most was how incredibly equipped the house was..The owners truly thought of everything, from beach bikes and chairs, to fully loaded kitchen and entertainment items.. We will 100% book this property for our next trip....Thank you to the owners for doing it right...It was a pleasure to stay...

Great property and owners

This property worked out great for our large family. Convenient location - close to everything, yet quiet. Plenty of parking in the back. Loved the two decks. The owners were responsive and very cooperative. Highly recommend.

Family gathering in OC

The house was very clean and well stocked. The owner was very responsive to questions. The location is great as the house is a few blocks from the boardwalk and one block from shopping, restaurants, etc. I would definitely stay there again.

Ideal for extended family

The layout was ideal for providing some personal space while providing lots of common space. It’s a great location, close to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and the beach. We will rent again.

Perfect location for all attractions

This property was absolutely the perfect place to stay for proximity to the beach, for asbury shopping, for morning coffee at OC coffee company. Boardwalk attractions and rides are just a short walk. The hosts are great with communication and we thoroughly appreciated all the convenient items available in the house and for use including beach chairs, bikes and such. Highly recommend this rental, from a seasoned ocean city visitor.

We rented for our annual visit to OC for the fall festival. It was a great time, the location and layout of the house was perfect for our girls get away. Owners were easy to work with and provided everything we needed for a very relaxing weekend.

Great house and location!

We had a fantastic time in this well kept, spacious home in a great location! The fenced in side yard is great for small kids, and the mattresses might be the most comfortable in Ocean City! The owners were easy to rent from and gave detailed instructions, and responded immediately to any inquires before and during the trip. We are looking forward to renting this home again!

This house was beautiful, clean and so well stocked! Our family planned a last min getaway and we were very lucky to find this. The parking was awesome and the location was convent to everything. We will definitely be vacationing here again!

Location, amenities, parking- the total package!

This house is absolutely perfect for your trip to OC. There is parking for 2 or 3 cars in the garage & driveway. The house is right next to 10th street which is about 5 blocks away from exactly the middle of the boardwalk and right near the bathrooms which is a great location to set your beach gear down if you are visiting with small children. House is a nice setup with the bedrooms on 3 separate floors. There are 4 sets of stairs (not full flights) between the levels when you come in from the garage. We like this setup because it made all the bedrooms private for multiple bed times with kids. There are baby gates in the garage if you need to block stairs. The house is stocked so well! They thought of everything. The garage had at least 6 beach chairs, beach cart, umbrellas, sand toys, adult sized bicycles, boogie/skim boards, and a second full fridge and freezer. The kitchen had more than we’ve ever seen in a rental. Baking sheets, blender, mixing bowls, cutting boards, coffee pot & Keurig, ice maker, can opener, peeler, scissors, and much more. The laundry room had plenty of detergent and closets had board games, puzzles, and extra blankets. Outdoor shower was super convenient and they have a small fenced in yard which is basically unheard of in OC. There’s a really nice dining table out there too. Front porch also has a smaller dining table perfect for morning coffee. I have a lot more to say but running out of space - overall we loved this house! Highly recommend!

Great Location, Great House

Our week in Ocean City was perfect! This house is a short walk to the beach and right in the center of everything! The house itself has plenty of room for an extended family. (We had 6 adults and two children.) It is well equipped with all cooking supplies, pots, pans, etc. we usually cook a few meals so this was great! And if you don’t want to lug your own towels, sheets, and beach stuff – they have it all there!! Communication with Joe and Chris was great! They got back to us right away to answer any questions we had. We had a great stay!

Great location with an Ideal Layout

We had a wonderful long weekend and I would highly recommend this rental to everyone. The batteries in the smoke detector died upon our arrival and Chris went above and beyond to accommodate us. She was consistently available and extremely pleasant to work with. The layout of the house was amazing for our group. There are essentially 3 floors of bedrooms which created the perfect amount of privacy. The place was clean and just perfect for us. Thank you for a great stay!

Great Place

This was one of our favorite places we have stayed in OCNJ over the past few years. It was very clean, plenty of space inside and outside for multiple families, and had everything you could possibly need for your trip. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Chris grew up visiting Ocean City in the summer. Joe is from Northern NJ and his family now resides in Seaside Park. When looking to purchase a shore property, they wanted a family-oriented, walkable town with lots of activity. Ocean City fit the bill perfectly since it has a lot to offer everyone including a busy off-season.

This was by far the largest 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom property (over 2000 square feet) that we looked at and is very different from the one story (upstairs or downstairs) properties that line Ocean City. Once we saw this house, we knew this would be the perfect place to bring friends and family to create special memories through the years.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I hate to admit that I am picky but I am, just ask Joe. What was especially appealing about this home, was the fact that it was completely livable from the get go. We loved the look and feel of everything in the house. It had that beachy feel but not kitchy, nice that you want to spend time, comfortable and relaxing. Over time, we hope to make improvements to make it our ideal beach house. Renovations to date:
2016: Resurfaced all decks and replaced deck furniture
2015: installed wood look floor that always look great plus had the first two levels painted. 2014: Fenced in side yard and outside shower.
