Hermoso condominio frente al mar actualizado con increíbles vistas del océano, la piscina y las dunas. 2 dormitorios y 2 baños. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cómoda cama king size tempurpédica, ventilador de techo / combo de luz, alfombra bereber neutral, vestidor, TV LCD y baño privado privado remodelado. Las características del baño principal incluyen una hermosa ducha moderna con azulejos con puertas de vidrio, pisos estilo madera, tocadores elevados y encimeras de granito. Las características de la habitación de invitados incluyen: dos camas individuales, alfombra bereber y un vestidor. Baño de visitas con tocador individual y combinación de bañera / ducha. Al entrar en el área de la sala y el comedor, será recibido por las impresionantes vistas del océano, la piscina y las dunas a través de las puertas corredizas de vidrio de piso a techo. Las características de la sala de estar incluyen: pisos estilo madera, amplios asientos en el gran sofá seccional con sofá cama Queen, sillón giratorio y TV LCD con programación de cable Comcast. Spring vacation

Condo was very accommodating and comfortable. Pool was very convenient and walking to beach was very close. We enjoy staying in Jax Beach as it is close to many things.

great condo

great condo on beach. plenty of space, well lit, clean. Well appointed kitchen...we cooked meals just about every day. Pool is nice and has plenty of chairs for guests. Would stay there again.

Easy, Great and Friendly Communication

It was easy from start to finish. The inside was clean, the master shower was wonderful. We all loved the 4 chair patio furniture on the balcony (that is one of the reasons we picked this place). We watched the sunset every morning. The walk to the beach was excellent! If anyone is looking for a great place to eat, we would like to suggest Dockside Seafood and Breaded Pig! 😊

Nice stay for spring break

Overall updated property and good week. Our only disappointment was the pool in the pictures is not heated So it was too cold to use for spring break and I watched 7 different families during the week check the pool temp and were disappointed that it was not heated. Other than that nice condo and enjoyed sitting on the beach just on cold to swim

Loved the view

It's true you can't see the beach but I was very happy with what I could see! I loved being able to look out from the kitchen, dining area and living room to see boats going by and beautiful sunrises. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. The place was clean and comfortable and close to lots of restaurants. Loved having the park next door. I was surprised by all the fees, but I would stay here again.

The property was very nice, the only issue we had was with master bath shower drain. Drain hole had to be plunged frequently.

good photographer, below average condo

One and done... Love JAX beach and will return next year, but not to this condo. Pool is tiny for two buildings, beach access is limited to going through the park next door to the condos (not terribly inconvenient), Condo was sticky and my daughter had allergy attacks from the moment we arrived until we left while in the condo. After reading the exit instructions we felt like we were doing the cleaner's job for them.

Great location with Beautiful Ocean View

Stayed at the property for the month of February along with our Golden Retriever. The ocean view from the living room, and patio were fantastic. Access to the beach was a very short walk away. There was only a small patch of grass for the dog, but there was a nice little park next to the property. As long term stay tenants, we wish the unit had better cookware, a more comfortable couch and a larger TV screen in the living room. For those looking to sleep in, the tenant above this unit has an early, almost daily, workout routine, which includes dropping dumbbells on the floor. Bottom line is this unit is at a great location with beautiful ocean views and easy access to the beach.

Perfect Retirement Present!!!!

I was pleasantly surprised with the condo. Sometimes the pictures can be deceiving but in this case it was right on. The location is perfect and the view was beautiful. As I retired in April, my 6 week stay was just what I needed. My granddaughter graduated from UF at the end of April and married at the end of May so for me to spend this time with her before she was married was special. Something I will always treasure. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed. The WIFI was a little iffy at times but was taken care of when they were informed of the problem. The realtor representative, Susan, was awesome. We fit 5 people comfortably. I highly recommend this condo and hope to visit again.

Lighting and bed

Very comfortable home. It really needs different lighting in the eating area. Place the current free standing light behind the swivel chair for reading and get a new free standing light that puts out a lot more light in the eating area. Also your kitchen knives need replacing. The temperpedic mattress was NOT a hit. Difficult to sleep on a mattress that doesn’t fit you well for an entire month. Same with the twin mattresses.

Great location, very clean, in good repair.

The condo is obviously fairly old, but very well maintained. Pleasant building. A little noisy, but not too late at night. The laminate kitchen floor must be very touchy - there are signs everywhere warning about spills. TV's worked well, very convenient to grocery, liquor store, etc. I asked about the Rental fees before we rented. I think they are VERY high for such a rental. The basic rental was 60% out of the total bill. When I questioned the agent, she rattled off a list of fees. Never heard of some of them before. Overall, price not too bad for late June. Overall, pleased with the property.

Excellent Unit! LOVED IT!!

We rented this unit this summer and were more than pleased with it!! It was right on the beach (a dune away) with the most gorgeous sunrises (worth getting up early for). There is also a nice pool for you to use, the kids loved that :) The unit itself was great....we had no complaints whatsoever. The beds were comfy, the living room had tons of space, big kitchen table, big master bedroom bathroom with a large shower, and a balcony to enjoy! The place was very clean and had everything we needed. There is no dishwasher, but that was not a problem at all...we only had a few dishes (paper plates/cups is helpful). We are not the most exciting people (our idea of a vacation is sitting on the beach or at the pool), so it was just perfect! However....we did have some kids and they went to the nearby water park/amusement area (had batting cages, go karts...etc.) and had a blast!! There are PLENTY of restaurants to walk to, which were good and fun to be at...very laid back atmospheres, which we love. I would return to this place without hesitation!! :)

Comfortable but high fees and obstructed view

While the photos of the condo truly reflect what the condo is like, what is not shown is the obstructed view from the balcony considering the unit is on the second floor, the building is further back from the surrounding buildings, and the dune is very high. Ultimately, you can’t see the beach. You can see the ocean on the horizon only. The condo itself is comfortable clean and spacious. Beware of the fees and make sure you bring your own toilet papers, paper towel. dish detergent and laundry detergent. Despite the high fees only one roll is supplied and one cap of detergent. You would think there would be a larger amount of supply available. We live in town wanted to have a staycation at the beach, but we were disappointed by a few things outlined above.

Frustrating

Property was fine but we didn't receive check in instructions. I tried multiple times to reach them about getting the instructions on the morning of travel but didn't get a response until 3 hours after we were supposed to be able to check in. They had 2 emails for us through VRBO. Once they book you, they communicate through their own realty company so no conversations get shown on VRBO. They got both of them wrong when they transferred the info to their website. When we did finally get emails straightened out, it stated that there would only be 1 starter toilet paper, paper towel, trash bag, etc and when we actually got there, the toilet paper rolls in each bathroom were left over from previous renters (half gone), both hand soaps had only enough soap for 1 day, 2 Kleenex boxes literally had 1 tissue each in each box and the dish soap was completely empty...so frustrating. We had to go purchase things immediately. They did have 2 beach umbrellas and that was nice, only had 1 beach towel for use, had 2 beach chairs but one was broken. Be aware, the unit is right in front of the pool and the berm is high so the view of the ocean is a sliver of water and no view of the waves/beach at all. The photographer was standing on a chair when he took the pictures (See ceiling).I will say the bed was very comfortable so that's a plus and the parking was great, and the main shower was very nice. Overall, would not stay here again.

Excellent place to enjoy the beach!

Condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Nice balcony to sit and watch the sunrise every morning with coffee, and when in the living room the full back of the condo is windows and sliding doors so we enjoyed the breeze and watching the ocean. The beach in this area isn’t overly busy, and its location beside the nicely maintained park is great for walking the dog. We’ll be back again, for sure!

Amazing Stay on JAX Beach

We have stayed in more than a few condos on Jacksonville Beach, this condo is the cleanest we have ever stayed in! The view was amazing, the set-up in the condo was perfect, most everything you could ever need was provided. In a few prior reviews there were comments about the rules and regulations that have been put in place by the owners/property management firm, being a compliance officer for a large company, I appreciate that these rules/regulations are outlined as it gives me full clarity on what is expected as a guest in this unit. As I say in my job, policies and procedures protect both the company and the employee, this is adaptable in a rental situation, as they protect both the owner and the renter. The only suggestions I have would be the master shower needs to be plunged or snaked, it was draining very slow near the end of our week and, also in the master bath, the air flow is very lacking, meaning it seems as though the ac/heat register is not working properly. Outside of those two things, it was perfect! We will definitely rent this unit when we next return to Jacksonville Beach.
