Estilo fabuloso y asequible! 2BR / 2BA ¡Recientemente rediseñado fácil acceso a la playa!

¡No rompas el presupuesto! Este condominio recientemente redecorado (enero de 2016) es realmente fabuloso y asequible. Cuenta con alfombra nueva, pintura nueva, muebles de sala nuevos y decoración nueva. Con esta unidad remodelada, obtienes mucho más de lo que pagas y es realmente el mejor lugar para que una familia de seis personas vacacione con un presupuesto limitado. Es lindo, tiene un diseño excelente con mucho espacio e incluso admite mascotas (se aplica una tarifa adicional para las mascotas).

"Beach on a Budget" es un condominio interior de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños (para 6) y es una unidad en el piso inferior convenientemente ubicada en un complejo frente al golfo. Si bien la unidad en sí no ofrece vistas al golfo, está a solo unos pocos pasos de la playa y se abre a una agradable área de césped cerca de las canchas de tenis. Cuando quieras nadar, es un paseo muy conveniente a la piscina o la playa.

El condominio se siente muy espacioso con una gran combinación de sala, comedor y cocina. La sala de estar tiene una gran televisión de pantalla plana y un escritorio perfecto para su computadora portátil. El sofá de la sala se despliega para convertirse en una cama para dos.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size grande y también ofrece una nueva cama doble que es genial cuando los padres necesitan que un niño comparta la misma habitación pero no la misma cama. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales. Ambas habitaciones tienen grandes televisores de pantalla plana, así como sus propios baños.

Esta unidad linda, espaciosa y que admite mascotas ofrece estilo, comodidad y asequibilidad, ¡mientras que la mejor característica puede ser el precio!

We liked the fact that we were on the first floor in a quiet area close to the beach and other places of interest AND pet-friendly, which is a must for us. The unit was equipped with everything we needed.

Beach bums

We had a great stay, although we had some harassing communications from the property HOA over items that didn’t even belong to us. Outside of that, we didn’t have any complaints. Close proximity to beach, my kids were able to swim and play pickleball with neighbors. Within walking distance of several restaurants and the pier. Easy walk to the beach to watch the fireworks on the 4th! Definitely recommend.

Beach trip

The condo was very nice. Beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious. The main shower drain was clogged when we got there and there was a short in the breaker for the living, dining room both were fixed promptly. The patio was not enclosed, which made taking the dog out to go potty easy but at the same time was also a tad dangerous being that close to the street, and dog slipping out when you open the door or the littles opening the door. It is a little bit of a walk to the beach, since the condo is at the very front. The 2 issues we had were no washer/dryer (which might have been on listing, I didint realize) the second issue and this was a bigger issue for me, the last day when we came in it smelled like smoke. Me and my son are both allergic to cigarette smoke.

Wonderful Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Beach View. The condo was clean and well decorated. It was convenient for our dog and the location was great. We could walk to restaurants and the beach. I recommend staying here!

Great time

We enjoyed our stay very much! Would Vrbo this property again. No complaints of noise, seen a lot of those on the review, stayed at the beach everyday and the pool at least 4 times. Be a good guest and follow the agreements and everything was stress free, quiet and the accommodations were as clean as a hotel, left it how we found it. Check in and out was easy! Thank you for having us 🙂

Very pet friendly and a 2 minute walk to beach. Can not use pool floats or rings in pool which i didn’t like. But seriously, an overall wonderful stay. Would stay again.

Disappointed, not as listed

I decided to go with an overall rating of a two (2) The first thing that I experienced when I walked in was the musty odor. The second thing I encountered was the fact that the unit looked absolutely nothing like the listing pictures. Different colors, furniture, decor… etc. which gave it a completely different feel and ambiance that I imagined and paid for. If you pay attention to detail and want to enjoy your environment, you would understand my disappointment. I texted management right away. Debi was attentive to all my needs with the odor issue and moldy AC vents, however I have not heard back from the owner of this condo regarding the false listing.

Amazing Navarre Beach Stay

This was our second year staying here. It was a great place to stay. Awesome view of the sound side and not far to the gulf. Very comfortable place. Really nice management on site. Will stay again.

Location, Location, Location

Overall we had a great stay at Navarre Beach, despite the weather! Ground floor condo was great, but as other reviewers have said-you can hear everything going on upstairs. There was no sleeping in on this trip, with the people above us having small kids! Condo is decorated nicely and more updated than the pictures show. A few things that could help other families: If you plan on eating in the unit and not wanting to wash silverware every single meal, you will need to add plastic silverware to your grocery list! There were only about 4 spoons, so the unit could use some more utensils, except knives, there were more knives than most people have in their own houses. Also, there was no broom or vacuum to use during our stay. Maybe it was an oversight on my part, but it would be helpful to have something to do a quick sweep at the end of the day, especially if you are vacationing with kids. The whole condo unit and facilities are dated, but overall it was a great stay!

First Beach Vacation with Puppy

We needed a dog friendly unit close to the beach and this really was very dog friendly. It was very clean and comfortable for our puppy. She was very comfortable and settled in well. The grassy pet area was right outside the back door. The unit was clean and well decorated and check in process was easy. Our only complaints are: that the Beachview property itself needs to be maintained better. There was trash that littered the mulch areas. The sidewalks were rarely sprayed off from sand. The trash from the picked up pet waste was only emptied once and at times was overflowing with waste bags. The upstairs neighbors were so loud. You could hear stomping footsteps and scooting of furniture all day and night. It actually scared our puppy many times. A huge rainstorm came in the night before we left and the front living room window leaked and flooded the corner of the living room floor. I contacted management and they said they would come and check it when we checked out the next day. Location was convenient to walk to restaurants and the pier.
