Hermosa casa histórica con 5 habitaciones cada una con su baño privado. (Puede agregar cabañas para más espacio familiar, según disponibilidad)
Encontré este fabuloso N. ¡Shore Drive, casa con excelentes vistas y un parque al otro lado de la calle para caminar por el césped hasta la playa sin pasos y le han dado una nueva vida!

La casa tiene 4 camas King con baño, 4 camas individuales con baño completo + y baño completo adicional con tocador de granito, claraboyas y ducha de bañera. Techos altos, paredes gruesas de yeso, chimenea, TV por cable, plataformas WIFI, patio, puestas de sol a la parrilla.

Las actualizaciones incluyen:
 Electricidad nueva, calefacción y aire acondicionado centralizado, fontanería, ventanas nuevas, 4-1 / 2 baños nuevos de mármol con todos los accesorios nuevos, duchas de pared de vidrio, calentadores de agua nuevos, pisos de madera noble renovados, pintura nueva y muebles nuevos. My family and I stayed here for a wedding and we made a short vacation out of it. The location is perfect and the pool/pool house is a great addition! There was always things to do for the children. The owner also stocked a good supply of everyday essentials. I can’t wait to bring my entire family back to stay on the property!

Perfect Lake Michigan Vacation

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful home! The location couldn’t be better: right by the lake, close to downtown, shops, and great restaurants. The lake views from the house and the pool area are breathtaking.The house itself is incredible. Beautifully designed, with high-quality furnishings and a thoughtful layout that made it perfect for our group (two couples and two kids). Everything we could possibly need was provided, from kitchen supplies to pool towels. The attention to detail really made it feel like a true home away from home.The owner and property manager were friendly, responsive, and made everything super easy for us. My only regret is not staying one more night! We can’t wait to come back

Stayed here with my husband and our dog for a babymoon and it was the perfect relaxing getaway! The location is perfect — across the street from the beach with beautiful sunsets over the water visible from the front porch and 10-15 minute walk from most restaurants and downtown. Would love to come back and stay again!

The property was exactly as pictured on VRBO, but it was so much better than we imagined. Location was just perfect. We watched sunsets every night from an awesome front deck. We were just steps from Lake Michigan. The house had everything imaginable, every appliance and gadget we could ever want, top of the line everything! The property manager met us upon arrival and was available during our entire stay. One morning we saw someone blowing leaves and acorns off the deck only to learn it was Marta, the owner. We could not have wished for anything better. Our vacation was awesome thanks to staying at this property. Thank you Marta and April. We hope to come back again.

This property was amazing! The location was perfect, so close to the beach and just a walk or bike ride to restaurants and shops. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, the front deck was perfect for morning breakfast and evening chats. Very clean and well stocked for all your needs. Would definitely recommend!

The Perfect South Haven Location

The property in South Haven was only minutes walk to downtown South Haven and the beautiful beaches of Lake Michigan. Our family of 11 had the most wonderful time spending hours by the pool, playing ping pong and sitting around the dining table! The property truly had everything you could have needed and more. The kitchen was fully stocked and the pool had more than enough floaties for everyone to enjoy. We will definitely be staying here again if whenever in South Haven!

We loved staying at Marta’s house. It had everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was very well stocked. Lots of towels provided and all the linens were nice. Our beds were comfortable as well. Our kids enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed being able to walk across the street to the beach and using the provided beach wagons, chairs and towels. We also loved the outdoor space in general. Our toddler was entertained for hours by the baby coaster, and all the tricycles and bikes provided. We had a really nice time staying here and were able to walk a few blocks to the bakery and across the bridge to the downtown area which had many shops and restaurants. Overall, we had everything we needed and our host was very accommodating and helpful. Thanks again!

Beautiful house w/ view of Lake Michigan

We so enjoyed our stay here. The house was beautiful and the host was very helpful and had truly thought of everything. The kitchen was very well appointed with enough dishes for a large group. The beds were comfortable with very nice linens. Plenty of space for our group of 13. The house is well located with a view of the lake. We would love to come back in the summer when we can enjoy both the lake and the pool.

Perfect House with The best Beach Access location with Great Outdoor Space!

We had the best visit to South Haven and really enjoyed the Big House with the many extra Amenities.... My 12 year old kids road the bikes down town, felt it was a safe area for them to roam. My 4 year learned to ride one of their bike without training wheels and my older kids enjoyed their own personal space upstairs.. All rooms are very private, and so many bathrooms, too. Nice quality towels and sheets... Lots of Beach towels, The kitchen has everything you could imagine and more. The porch on the front of the house was a nice shaded evening spot to hang out! The beach toys were perfect and plenty of stuff for all us us to use! It is located directly across from a public park with a beach access in the park.. I likes the location and the beach area was not as crowded as the bigger beaches which was nice! Only complaint is the kitchen faucet, lol! It is a sensor faucet and I could not get the thing to turn on when I needed it. it made doing dishes difficult. The other thing I found while in South Haven, there were no good restaurants to eat dinner at.... So, we used Shipt. from Meijers and had food delivered to use everyday so we could cook in the Fabulous kitchen! Suggestions, bring box fans the air is good but could use them upstairs at night to help keep it cool.

Location, Location Location

To be able to sit on the porch and watch the sun set over Lake Michigan or to take a few steps and be on the sand and see the sun set is bliss. To walk to the coffee shop in the morning or Kilwin's in the afternoon is wonderful. We shared meals on the porch, in the dining room and by the fire pit. We swam in the pool, read books on the rooftop, and the kids did the little rollercoaster Marta had for them. I think we did it all. It's a wonderful home in a great location. And Marta has indeed thought of everything to make the stay one you will remember for a very long time. Thank you.

Amazing home and location!

When you walk through the gate, it's almost as if you are walking in to your own personal oasis. Walk past the pool and pool house with a ping pong table and roof top views, to the adorable cottages, past the large water fountain and you arrive at the beautiful home that seems to never end and find wine, chocolates, specialty cheeses and more waiting for you on the large kitchen island and in the refrigerator. My husband and I spent the weekend there with all of our kids/grandkids. It was the first time we had all been together for more than a few hours, and this property was the perfect location for all of us to relax, unwind, and reconnect. A short walk across the street is a park with access the Lake Michigan, where we took family pictures. South Haven is a walkable distance but we decided to experience even more of it on the bicycles provided. There are pool toys, toys for the smaller kids, games, and a large family/living room where we would all gather and play Jack Box games. Our dog fell in love with sitting on the expansive front porch, just watching people...and other dogs...going by. Truly- felt like home quickly. Marta was a great communicator, made the check in/our process super easy. She is fantastic to work with!

Beautiful!

The home is spectacular. Original art everywhere you look and ample, comfortable and stylish furnishings. Marta's attention to detail is amazing. EVERYTHING you need is at the house. A morning swim in the lake, an afternoon reading on the porch, an evening dip in the pool. Cook in the well-appointed kitchen or order take-out from a myriad of neighborhood restaurants. We had such a grand time.

Great location and well stocked VRBO

Marta was a great host and the home was perfect for our extended family getaway. The home was well stocked with regular necessities and the welcome package of delicious cheeses and wine was perfect. Beach access was located just across the street and the front porch was a great spot to sit out and relax. Would definitely recommend.

This home is so perfect we did not want to leave!. It is directly across the street from the beach and Marta has everything anyone would need for their vacation! This was an idyllic vacation. Everything was absolutely wonderful. Marta is an excellent and thoughtful host. We would stay at any of her other properties, even sight unseen, because now have such a high level of trust in her hosting and management. She, and her staff, continued to make sure we were happy and comfortable during our stay. Marta goes beyond the extra mile to provide every comfort. I stayed at this property with two other families and we had an amazing time. The house has everything you can think of. It was so convenient. We had a minor issue with the ac and someone came within an hour to fix it. Highly recommended!

Great House and Great Location!

This was our second stay here and it was just as wonderful as the last time! Marta was quick to help us out when we needed a little help. Would highly recommend, the kitchen is stocked with all the things you need to cook a meal and relaxing on the front porch is great for the soul.

This is one of several properties I have remodeled. 90 Avery Street- The Sailview House on North Beach South Haven in the 1990's. The Bay in Saugatuck in 2011-12 and this wonderful property in a town I frequented when young. Grew up in a household that believed in creating value of old properties and remodeling instead of tearing down.
Also grew up in an art gallery business so appreciate art and design. And had a smattering of jobs in advertising and marketing with big brands in Chicago in my past. Once had a restaurant called Marta's Vineyard so kind of a chefette too!
I run my own properties and treat you like my guests - not just a rental company.

This house was originally built in early 1900's and has great structure. It is large beautiful home with special views and access to Lake Michigan beach. With thick plaster walls, high ceilings and now walls of windows it is an upscale house at the beach.
