Muy amplia, luminosa y contemporánea casa con todas las comodidades, incluido aire acondicionado, ubicada en una ubicación privilegiada en Wellfleet. Estamos cerca de las preciosas playas de la bahía y calas para practicar kayak, natación y pesca. Playas de Oceanside y cristalinas lagunas de agua dulce claras están a un corto trayecto en coche. Nuestra casa ofrece un nivel de vida fácil. Nuestra casa tiene todo lo necesario para unas excelentes vacaciones de verano - Ubicación, confort, espacio, cocina totalmente equipada, parrilla de barbacoa, wifi de alta velocidad y un 55 "TV de alta definición elegante con el Bose Surround Sound vinculada a WiFi con acceso a Netflix, Pandora, Google jugar, Hulu y otras aplicaciones.

This house is great in every way. The layout is ideal for both family time & privacy. The kitchen is UNBELIEVABLY well stocked. The location of the home is convenient and accessible while feeling totally private. Owners are delightful to interact with. Super helpful and kind. Cannot wait to return next year!

Spacious, sunny house with nice backyard

Beautiful property with a big deck and grassy backyard that my kids loved to play in. Really liked the great room for spending time all together. Outdoor shower was a hit too. House is well stocked and clean.

Beautiful house in Wellfleet

The property was perfect for a family or a group of friends. Plenty of space. The living room, kitchen and dining room are beautiful and very spacious. The outside deck is amazing— very large and well furnished with Adirondack chairs, a beautiful table and chairs with umbrella. The outdoor shower was great and the hammock was very relaxing.

Wonderful stay!

We had a lovely week in Wellfleet! The house is very clean and spacious with all the amenities you could ever need. The back deck and yard are awesome, with an outdoor shower, fire pit and hammock. It was a great spot for my 4-year old. Shirley was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Greatly recommend!

Amazing!

Beautiful inside and out. Filled with everything a person could need or want... from kitchen items and pantry supplies, to beach chairs and umbrellas. Gorgeous and huge living area ... very comfy and clean. Beautiful outdoor wraparound deck with gas grill, great table and chairs. HIGHLY recommend this property.

Wonderful property in a great location with quick access to bay side beaches for kids, downtown Wellfleet and ocean side National Sea Shores. Lovely neighborhood, quiet and relaxing. Everything you would need for a nice day at the beach provided e.g. beach chairs, sumbrella etc. Powerhouse grill on site. Quality a/c in every room, every room comfortable in High July heat. Cabinet full of family board games to play with. Shirley very helpful and easy to deal with. Recommended.

Perfect for families

We had the best stay at Shirley’s Wellfleet home. The layout of the home is perfect. Living space on one side and sleeping on the other. This worked out well with our 6 and 8 year old. The home is spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The deck is an amazing space to enjoy morning coffee or a cocktail after a day at the beach. The outdoor shower is perfect and the back yard and landscaping is beautiful! We cooked a lot and couldn’t have been more pleased with the kitchen and grill. We can’t wait to return next year!

Spacious, air-conditioned, and great yard!

We stayed at the Welfleet house for a week over the summer and it was perfect for our needs as a large family with children. The huge great room was a fantastic place for all of us to hang out, the kids had a great time in the well-maintained backyard, and having A/C units which can be adjusted by room was great for days and nights when it was hot. The house is also located in close proximity to many of the Outer Cape attractions, and we really enjoyed swimming in the ponds and exploring all the different beaches, both bay and ocean sides of the Cape. Highly recommend this property!

Very Spacious, Lots of Light, Very Nice Owners

I spent a week at the house with my girlfriend, more than enough room for the two of us. It was great hanging out in the open/airy Great Room/on the deck outside and the house was immaculate when we arrived. There were no hitches whatsoever and the owners were responsive/very cordial throughout communications. I would highly recommend a stay here for a nice, tranquil time away!

Perfect retreat in Wellfleet

The house and yard are spacious and lovely. The great room makes the house! It is huge and comfortable, and well equipped. We were 5 adults, and we had ample place to be together, or do our own thing, without getting in each other's way. The huge deck off the great room is another fantastic feature. The bedrooms are in another section of the house, which was a nice feature too. They were very comfortable. The house is located in a woodland area, which is beautiful to walk in. The owners were very accommodating and helpful.

Wonderful holiday home Cape Cod

Visiting Cape Cod from London, England, we stayed at this property for a week. We fully endorse the previous review comments, and found that the delightful owners and this excellent house exceeded all our expectations. The owners' description and photographs do not exaggerate in any way. Nothing was too much trouble for Shirley and Charles. With loving care, they have equipped and furnished the house with every convenience and comfort. We took advantage of all the opportunities to visit the nearby beaches and lakes (which the locals call 'ponds') and to explore the quaint little villages and harbours and the glorious town of Provincetown at the tip of the island, all within easy reach. We would heartily recommend the house no matter how long or short your stay. It is a peaceful treasure we will be delighted to revisit. Anita and Philip

Extremely comfortable and thoughtfully designed for relaxation. Clean, comfortable and inviting.

This is one of the most comfortable houses we have rented in Wellfleet. We come every year for 2 weeks(for 20 years!), and have switched houses many times - mostly due to the size of our party, but sometimes because the houses are just not as advertised. This house is exactly what you hope for when you click through the pictures. There is so much space to simply "hang out" and enjoy the company of others. We also appreciated having cable and internet that actually worked well! Having a separate wing for the bedrooms worked well too, for those late sleepers. Owners were extremely attentive and kind. You can tell by how they keep their home that they care about the property. I would highly recommend this rental and will be coming back next year, hopefully!

PERFECT VACATION STAY

The house is fabulously comfortable and tastefully furnished and has everything one could need. Everything was very clean and well cared for. We so enjoyed the big open living area which made for a great family get together. It was sunny and warm and we spent a lot of time on the large deck and enjoyed many barbeques. The position of the house is great - in a quiet street but close enough to walk to the Cove, some beaches and town. The hosts were extremely helpful and the house is generously stocked with cleaning materials and other necessities. It all made for a perfect vacation. We'll certainly be back.

We were more than delighted with this spacious, light filled, contemporary home which worked beautifully for our group of four adults and two toddlers. The great room is well designed as the hub of the house giving out onto a large deck via sliding doors. The whole family could gather and prepare food in the kitchen while little ones played both in the room and on the easily accessible deck and back lawns with grown ups being able to keep a vigilant eye. The house is generously provisioned and we really appreciated the well stocked kitchen and paper products. We found the owner's guide to the area to be very helpful for planning daily excursions and we highly recommend the ponds for swimming with kids - warm water, beaches and most importantly, plenty of shade for a picnic. We definitely recommend this home for families with young children or adults who want to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of a tree surrounded setting that is perfectly quiet.

295 Cove View Road

This was our second stay at 295 Cove View. It is a wonderful location. The house is very comfortable , well equipped, spotlessly clean and the deck is a glorious place to spend time eating, reading and enjoying the quiet surroundings. The living area is very large, airy and spacious. From the house there is easy walking access to some nearby beaches. The owners left a very helpful packet which included maps, places of interest in the area and guidelines for a fantastic stay. This kind consideration was very much appreciated. There are many attractions: beaches, kettle ponds, the harbor area , hikes and bicycle trails. We very much enjoyed the local culture, taking advantage of various plays and shows in Wellfleet as well as Truro. We highly recommend this rental.

Our summer rental at 295 Cove View Road was excellent!!! The living room, kitchen, and exterior deck were huge!!! The house was stocked with amenities and very clean. There was no feeling of claustrophobia in this house!! We would highly recommend a stay here!!

Perfect house for our birthday weekend

This house had everything we needed to celebrate multiple family birthdays for the 6 of us. The Wellfleet location was close to lovely walks on the bay and a short drive to the best beaches on the Cape for walking and surf-casting. It's near some fine restaurants including our favorites The Bookstore and our new fave for brunch PB Bistro. The house itself was ideal for our gathering. The Great Room was spacious and leant itself to reading, state of the art TV viewing, comfortable dining for 8, and a counter which turned out to be just the place for our challenging jigsaw puzzle! Speaking as a chef, the kitchen was well appointed (with actual sharp knives) nice dishes , tableware, and glassware, and a nice new oven and microwave, functional stove and dishwasher. The bedrooms were lovely, particularly the master suite. All had queen beds, access to a bathroom, and privacy. I especially appreciated the artwork, pottery, and photographs in every room. We felt very much at home and trusted as guests. The neighborhood is quiet, the yard large enough for frisbee, and the deck huge and outfitted with seating for 8 at a bright new table with an umbrella The owner was a pleasure to deal with, very responsive and available to answer all questions We will come back again if we can.
