Great stay and great location. Bed was very comfortable slept very well.

Pro: location. Con: dirty

Pros: Walking distance to the pier and pier park. Elevators are fast compared to other places. The room is right in between the elevators basically in the elevator lobby. Convenient. Bed was big and comfy. Cons: This room gave off dirty vibes. The bed had hair and dirt in it, the towels were stained, the sinks were dirty, there was dried up chocolate on the back of the TV remote and on the floor, the walls need some serious TLC. It looks like the owner hasn’t been here to see it in years. This is only what was visible so no telling how dirty it truly is. Would stay again if it was cleaner.

We was not plzzz at all with our condo the floors were so nasty the condo needs up dated badly it was not clean and the air only work sometimes it was like 80 degrees in there it went from freezing us up to hott hott the next day then started working again then went to not blowing cool during our sleep and we work up hott I did not like this place ar all!!

We were able to send a technician to check the AC when you reported it to us the night before your departure. The temperature reading for the room was 69, and the reading at the vents was 51. Summer Family Vacation 2017

We have been going to PCB or Orange Beach every summer since 2000. This was by far one of the more disappointing stays we have had. The room had a funny smell as soon as we walked in the door. Not the way to start the week off. The kitchen is very poorly stocked. We normally cook most days, shrimp boil, crawfish boil, etc. Not enough pots and pans to do this. We also normally grill, not at this condo. No grills at all!!! Not at this condo. Its a very large complex, always a line to get on the elevators to go up. The master bedroom, the bed is as hard as a rock, like sleeping on the floor, very uncomfortable. We will be back, but not here, not this condo! The view was great! The water was gorgeous!

PCB Birthday Trip

I go to PCB a couple times a year. This the first time staying at Calypso. The owner of this unit needs to invest in dishes, silverware, and upgrading of the furnishings. I always cook and it was a struggle, did not have a spatula to flip an egg and the pans were bent and old, silverware drawer had crumbs in it. The cleaning crew is doing a terrible job representing your investment. There was blood on our sheets, big brown spots on the towels, and overall cleanliness was not good. I would love to come back because location is really good.

Girls trip

Great location. Nice to walk to Pier park and many restaurants. Great view. Disappointed that we had no skillets and only 3 forks. No covers for pull out couch and extra pillows were moldy.

Housekeeping needs improvement. Master bathroom floor was dirty, handprints on sliding doors and furniture had not been dusted in a while.i have stayed at Calypso previously and never had issues. First time renting from panhandle getaway

Perfect!

Wanted to get away for a few days and decided to pay a little more to stay in a nice and conveniently located place - this was perfect. The one bedroom condo was the perfect size for my husband and I. The view was great and everything was clean and furnished nicely. Someone from the management team checked on us shortly after arrival and that was thoughtful. Love the convenience of being able to walk to nice restaurants for dinner and not having to fight the traffic. The pools were great, although one had to be shut down for a while to clean and we were not allowed to stay just to lie on the chairs, nor were we able to take any chairs over to the other pool. Needless to say, all the chairs were full of people and/or towels and we ended up staying in the pool till we were tired and went upstairs. Could have been handled a little differently, maybe making an announcement and asking people to share the chairs or bring some over temporarily. The beach was great and very clean. i will definitely choose Calypso again when we come back to Panama City Beach.

Resort was OK

Rooms were slightly above average for a resort. Pool was nice but water was a little cloudy. Room had mosquitos Front desk did not return calls At least 1 elevator was down a couple of days. However, I would stay there again.

Great vacation

We booked our vacation this year with two easy payments, I booked through VBRO, it's a cheaper sight to book through. I loved my rental, clean, beachy feel, nice, and homey. We lived our trip and I'm already planning another one for this year. No complaints at all.

Decent condo

Amazing view, love Calypso and perfect area(walked to pier park daily). This room could use a deep cleaning and personal touches. Otherwise it was perfect for the price, would stay again. Myself, husband, one year old and three year old had a blast!
