Este condominio Ski in Ski out se encuentra en uno de los desarrollos de condominios más altos en Snowmass Mountain. We had a wonderful stay. The ski in ski out location is fantastic. The transportation service is a nice perk. We enjoyed the hottub and pool. The condo had everything we needed. While not modern, it has ski lodge charm and is quite spacious.

Overall the property and proximity to skiing was beyond Excellent. Sadly Snowmass just wasn’t very open and that was disappointing. It’s not the condo’s fault! My husband is 6-3 and hit his head on the (padded, but still hard beam upstairs.) A Hellish experience in the Aspen airport made me have these resolutions: NEVER SKI AT CHRISTMAS! Other than the beam upstairs, the place was lovely and it was so so easy to get to Fanny Hill! Loved the fireplace,the views,the (Snow starved) mountains, the hot tub! Staff was lovely, drivers were great! I am sorry lack of snow made the trip not my fav. Aspen mountain had way better snow quality than snowmass; I was thankful for shuttles since we flew. I am not thankful to fly though; I have never in my life seen a more crowded and Chaotic airport. 0/10 to Aspen airport! -10/10? I mean, bad. People were crying. Standing room only. Every single plane was delayed or cx leaving; and it wasn’t snowy or windy!

Great location

We really enjoyed staying at John's place. Everything was as described and skiing was just steps away. Beds were comfortable, plenty of blankets for those who get cold and we loved the vaulted ceilings. The only thing I didn't realize (i'm sure I missed it) is that the kitchen is small. It didn't really matter for us since there are so many options within walking or shuttle ride around Snowmass.

Perfect location, great value

We loved our stay. The grills are amazing and right outside the condo. The hot tub is very conveniently location. Best of all, this is a true ski-in, ski-out.

Great location, just as advertised. Ski in Ski out. Ski racks near the slope. Comfortable beds and sleeper sofa. Shuttle for in Snowmass village destinations. No elevator so don't pack heavy. The kitchen is on the small side. Friendly staff. We had a great time!

Ski-in/Ski-out

Loved: (a) convenient location, with the building on a main ski run, and with Unit being on the third floor, which is the floor with access to the slopes [so one skis to the building, walks straight to the patio with the open-air ski storage rack, then walks directly into the building, down the hall into the Unit, all on the same level]; (b) complimentary airport-condo transportation; (c) daily housekeeping; (d) the unusual reclining massage chair; (e) an adult-only hot tub; (f) having the use of two indoor showers off the pool, allowing one to check out at 10 a.m., ski, return to the bell desk and retrieve a change of clothes, and shower up and change clothes before continuing home; and (g) helpfulness of the Timberline staff, who dragged luggage up and down two flights of stairs. Be aware: (a) 301 is above the complex's restaurant--closed on Sundays--so noise from patrons is audible in the condo and can be annoying; (b) the king bed is in the loft, but the bathroom is on main level, the staircase is narrow and its 10+ steps are very steep--about one-foot high each--so one needs to be limber and be very careful descending, especially at night; and (c) it was challenging finding sufficient electric outlets. Suggestions: (a) 301 should have a binder containing instructions for the various features, such as the HVAC, TV equip, and the massage chair; and (b) hooks for coats or poles by front door.

Great getaway

My husband and I had a fabulous time here. We will be back and would stay again. We’re tall people 6ft and 6’1” and the loft had some low beams that made it a bit challenging. But the location of the hot tub, slopes, and awesome restaurant made the trip. The unit itself is nice - a bit out dated. Because we were driving here we had a lot of the necessities we needed to make this more homey for us. Like more coffee, cooking spray etc. We have our own rental and we provide all that to our guests. We will be back. Thank you.

Great stay!

The condo was exactly as described and was definitely a ski in ski out location. The pool was heated and right next to the slopes, and the bed was super comfy! Would definitely recommend this condo for a stay in snowmass

Awesome and highly recommended

We stayed 6 days in John's condo in December 2022 and loved it: - Location is great: a true ski in / ski out with the ski storage by the slopes, so you never need to carry your gear - Condo had everything you need for 2-6 people (we were 4), kitchen has all basic pans, skillets, plates, silverwear etc. It was nice NOT to see ruined teflon coated pans and skillets :) Thank you John for that! - Beds were comfortable, temperature was easy to regulate, massage chair was a nice add on. Humidifier was large and worked great (all night). My family likes to spend evenings playing games, so I pay particular attention to a comfortable table - it was perfect for us. - John is super helpful host - exceptional communication, willingness to help, I wish I'd contacted him earlier. We rented skies through Christy Sports but Incline is actually on site of Timberline condos and will give you 20% off. Contact John in advance - he will give you very helpful tips. - Timberline condos will pick you up from the airport and also drive you around Snowmass if you need to go to the supermarket etc. The staff is amazing - friendly, helpful and very nice. - Edge restaurant is on the same building, not crowded and very accomodative. They were able to sit us on a Christmas eve without reservation. The food was good there. Of corse we have to leave a suggestion :) There is no place to hang outer clothes on the first floor. A few hooks above the shoe rack may be useful. It would be convinient to hang ski jackets there. Thank you John for your hospitality

Place is bigger than it looks in the pictures. The complex it is in has very nice staff and the surrounding village and shopping center is cute. I would absolutely stay again!

CO Hiking Fishing Get Away

My son and I stayed at John’s condo for two nights. Everything was just as listed and pictured. We really enjoyed sitting on the large outdoor balcony enjoying the views and hummingbirds. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location! A bit loud in the evening

Overall a great stay. Great location in Snowmass. They have a shuttle that will take you down to Snowmass mall, the bus and the rodeo area. This unit is located in building A, which houses the restaurant. From about 8-10pm we could hear the music and talking below us. It wasn’t too bad, they close at 9pm and quiet by 10 but some noise. Beds were comfy! Unit was clean and well stocked with a nice patio. A touch outdated and furniture was a bit worn but comfortable and clean!

We enjoyed the living area - comfortable couch and massage chair, Work desk, nice porch, and comfortable bed. We enjoyed the convenient barbecue area to grill dinners.

Very nice stay!

The Condo was perfect for our needs with plenty of space to spread out. It was clean and in an awesome location! Balcony and air conditioner was a major bonus, and my husband really enjoyed that massage chair after a nine mile hike in Maroon Bells. What an amazing base for one incredible vacation!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

Would Visit Again and Again

This property was super clean and perfect for us. We enjoyed the views from the balcony and the access to the pool and hot tub. The location even has a shuttle service that was available and the vehicles were top notch. Only con, which wasn't really that bad, would be the steps to the loft bed were very steep. I would not suggest this property to the elderly. If you are young...Enjoy!

After years of visiting Snowmass we finally found a property with a nice view, that was Ski in Ski out and worked for us and our two children. We love our wee mountain home and are sure you will too.

Beside the pool, the restaurant and the direct access to the ski slope, it is a corner loft unit, with an extra window giving it more light, a feeling of space and it has a great view.
