Ubicación, ubicación, ubicación !!!
Ubicado directamente al otro lado de la calle desde el acceso a la playa. Esta es una unidad espaciosa, recientemente remodelada, en la planta baja en un complejo cerrado tranquilo y bien mantenido ubicado en el centro de Gulf Blvd con acceso a la playa directamente al otro lado de la calle.
Esta unidad está ubicada en la calle del distrito de entretenimiento, donde encontrará nuestros lugares más populares de la isla, como Coconuts, Tequila Sunsets, y quizás el más popular, Louie's Backyard. Este es también el lugar donde encontrará muchas actividades al aire libre, como esquí acuático, olas, karts, minigolf, puenting, para que disfruten tanto niños como adultos, así como la exhibición de fuegos artificiales de temporada.
Hay muchos restaurantes y restaurantes a poca distancia. Estos incluyen Wing Stop, Pizza Hut, Dairy Queen, Da 'Pizza Joint y, por supuesto, el patio trasero de Louie. We love this property! We have been staying here for several years now. The convenience to everything! The well stocked kitchen is great! Check in is always a breeze. We have our info in advance. I hate to brag too much for fear of not having it available when we want it, lol. Beach is beautiful as always. And so nice to see the same faces year after year.

Beautiful Oasis

This property was amazing! It had all the comforts of home and was right across from the beach access. The kitchen was well stocked along with being provided body care essentials. I definitely recommend this property and we plan to stay again!

Perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay! Very clean, loved the decor and great location plus ground floor unit. Perfect for us. The pool area was so relaxing. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily! We were so surprised as to how quiet it was even though we were located on a main boulevard. We give credit to the good windows. Will definitely book again!

60th birthday for the wife

Couldn't have been happier with everything! Condo was clean and beautiful. Location is great with beach directly across the street and plenty of good places to eat nearby! Will definitely return!

Great location

My husband and I couldn’t be more happier with the location. The property was nice and clean which was very important to us. The en suite in the primary room was amazing. I felt like I was getting a massage every time I took a shower. This might seem small to others, but the house was well stocked with every day, essentials such as paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and a new cleaning sponge for the dishes. But what also stood out to me, and my husband was the little things that you don’t think of such as a new bar soap and plenty of towels I look forward to booking again in the future.

Super Stay, easy access to beach

We booked this condo for our elopement. The condo is at super location, spacious with a super layout. Communication was great. We will plan to use this place in the future.

Overall, this was a great condo. It was very clean & spacious. The location was the best part. The beach access was right across the street & you could literally walk to the Main Street in the evening.

A lovely surprise

I was a bit apprehensive about VRBO but I have to say that staying in this beautiful property allayed my fears. The condo was gorgeous, easy and the beach is literally across the street. Can’t wait to visit again.

Perfect Home Away From Home

PROS: The accessibility and location are fantastic. You can back up to your door and are steps away from unloading luggage, groceries, etc. No steps or walkways to maneuver. Cross the street to get directly on beach or catch a bus to wherever you need to go. Step out the back door and you are steps away from a beautiful, well heated pool and hot tub! We had a little glitch with a kitchen cabinet shelf and broke some dishes and glassware. The owners were fast in getting us replacements and more! They went above and beyond. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are adequate, the bathrooms and showers are great, and the living room couch is very comfy and large. ONLY CON: The dining chairs are not comfortable. (There always has to be something negative or no one would leave) lol.

Great Location

We stayed for the month of January and everything was perfect. We had a few questions and the owner was very responsive. The unit was very clean and well equipped. We would definately rent again.

Comforts of home

We love this property!! We always have a wonderful time. I like to cook and enjoy the well equipped kitchen. Really loved the new couch, big and comfy. Wish the curtains covered the windows a little better. Im a sensitive sleeper and any light bothers me. We chip clipped the curtains and pushed a chair to hold them closed. Absolutely love the location and convenience to everything.

Family trip

This was a great place for our family! We really enjoyed the beach access right across the street. Denorah was quick to respond when we had questions and made the check in process smooth. Everything was super clean inside the condo and the pool was also clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed

Location was the reason we booked and it was perfect, close to the entertainment district we go to. We could walk to them in a few minutes and beach just across the street. We’d book again if available.

Beach Getaway

The condo was comfortable and the location was great with quick easy beach access. Restaurants, drinks, shops, and other activities were within walking distance. The complex pool and hot tub were small but nice. We had everything we needed for a great getaway.

Great stay

This was a beautiful condo right across the street from the beach! It was quiet and clean. There was a problem with the AC our 3rd day there, I contacted the Manger and she had their guy there within the hour who had it back up and running in minutes! We will go back!

Close to everything

This property was perfect, close to the beach, close to the entertainment area and close to restaurants. The complex pool and hot tub are very nice too! Loved our stay!

Fabulous location! Nice, updated condo.

This condo is very nice and is right across the street from beach access. The beds are fairly comfortable and the towels are nice and fluffy. If you plan on cooking, check the kitchen supplies before beginning. The knives were pretty dull, there's no proper can-opener, and other utensils that I generally use were not there. The pots and pans were great though. We thought beach chairs & umbrellas were provided, but they aren't. The pool on the property was not kept clean; the second time we used it there were small bugs swimming in it and dead roaches floating.

Had a good time at the beach, lots of space in the condo for everyone not be crowded.

Property location was really good for getting to the beach as well as other sights to visit. Sleeping on the queen and sofa bed was not very comfortable due to mattress sinking in the middle. Overall it was a good stay. Thank you.

Beach Get Away

Great location, walking distance to Louies and Coconut Jacks and may other places on the bay side. Down fall is the beds, they have got to be the worst I've ever stayed in!! Only one kitchen towel, not the greatest pans to cook with either. AC worked great, always a must!! Contrary to the photos this unit is NOT poolside, we were slightly disappointed by that!! Pool water was very warm, typically water is a bit warm but this was crazy warm and you didn't even want to get in much less stay in!! TV's are a bit weird, one is run off some sort of box and when you turn everything off and turn back on it all resets and you have to reset that box... annoying!! There is a hose out front which is so great to be able to wash your feet! Overall its a decent place and the price was great and the owners are very responsive which is a huge bonus, thank you!!!
