Este magnífico, condominio totalmente renovado en el lado norte de la ciudad del océano está a unos pasos de distancia del océano Atlántico. La unidad se encuentra en la playa con una piscina de tamaño completo oylmpic privado al complejo. Ver la salida del sol en el océano o la puesta de sol sobre la bahía con ambos puntos de vista frente al mar y la bahía! La unidad tiene capacidad para 6 adultos cómodamente y viene con excelentes comodidades tales como:
- Cocina / utensilios de cocina completamente surtidos
- Lavadora / secadora de tamaño completo
- Electrodomésticos nuevos

Wow! Our stay at this condo went above and beyond anything we expected. The condo is gorgeous, completely renovated and extremely clean. The view of the ocean is spectacular! And, the convenience to the beach is what put it over the top for us. It was so easy for our family to be able to be on the beach within minutes, making it extremely easy for our young kiddos. Host Chris is so responsive and helpful. He really made us feel at ease going into the trip. Our family is hooked and we can not wait to return for our next vacation. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable!

Great condo and location!

The condo worked perfectly for our family of 5. It’s large, clean and comfortable. We slept well, loved eating at the table and cooking at home, and enjoyed the view! It’s kid friendly with board games and 2 tvs. Our favorite part was going to the beach then pool and right upstairs to eat! We walked to the grocery store, restaurants and ice-cream. We also adventured on the bus. It’s the perfect location!

Great stay

The unit is beautifully and comfortably furnished with everything one would need. Really enjoyed it! A gem for Ocean City. Unbeatable veiws. The only small annoyance was the loud AC unit in the bedroom noticeable at night when cycling.

A really great place to stay..almost perfect

We really enjoyed this condo! The views, location, cleanliness, everything was great. There are only two things that would keep me from saying it was perfect. 1. The wifi speeds were so slow. Like early 2000 slow. The kids were pretty upset that they could barely use their devices and it made trying to work on my laptop difficult. 2. The checkout procedure was pretty difficult, but to be fair they were clear about it at booking. Regardless it’s pretty hectic in the morning trying to wash and dry the sheets, remake the beds, and wash the towels by 10am. The listing said 11am checkout but the building said they expect everyone out by 10am. Honestly though if the owner would just pay for some faster internet I would come back year after year. It’s a great place to stay and hit almost all the check boxes for us. Thanks!

Annual Family beach vacation

The location is great. We love the quick easy beach access. Unit has its own spot which is a huge plus. We have stayed in many HPN units. One of the better ones. For the most part clean. View from the balcony is fantastic. Only draw back is the washing of all the bed sheets. Thats a large chunk of the next morning. We would stay again.

Family Vacation

First time in ocean city and we really enjoyed ourselves. The location was close to everything and the views from the balcony were excellent. The condo was decorated very nicely. The cleaning wasn't the greatest. Several sheets and towels had stains on them even after trying to clean them ourselves. There were no trash bags and the floor defiantly needed swept. Also smelled like smoke but we aired it out. The concerns were relayed to the owners and they did provide assistance.

Beachfront One Bedroom Unit

Very nice clean unit with beachfront access. View is obviously tremendous. Unit was well stocked. Great access to beach and walking distance to many great stores/restaurants. Pool and building are kept clean and very user friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed our vacation.

Amazing location!

Overall we loved our stay here. The location can’t be beat. Beautiful ocean view. Walkable to stores, restaurants, and activities. Not super crowded at the beach. The condo was very nice too. It had everything we needed. FYI- there is a $40 fee to park. We knew we had to register the car but didn’t know the price until we got there. Chris and Emily were very responsive and helpful. We did have to wash sheets and towels and remake the beds, which took quite some time the day we left. In hindsight, we should have planned that better. We would definitely love to visit again!

End of summer stay

Had a great week at a beautiful condo on the beach, Loved seeing the fox playing in the dunes. The condo was clean and well equipped and we will definitely be coming back.

Wonderful stay at High Point North in OCMD!

We just stayed at Chris and Emily's property fewer than 2 weeks ago in August. The condo was absolutely beautiful and provided everything we needed! I communicated with Chris directly for 6 months before our stay and during our stay, and he was always quick to respond, very personable, and extremely helpful! Everything was absolutely wonderful....we will be back (we've already re-booked for next year)!!

Great getaway spot for the family, both size, location and amenities at the perfect price!

Perfect location, just as we prefer on the northern end of town, especially during our 4th of July stay. Great views on both sides of the condo, of fireworks on both the ocean side and the bay side. Making the weekly stay even better. Will definitely be coming back and hoping to the same exact place.

We are two beach lovers who could not pass up this piece of sand! We have lived in Maryland our whole lives and grew up vacationing in Ocean City. We love the beach, our animals, good food, and good friends!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This property was Emily's Grandparents and we decided to purchase it in late 2014 when they decided to sell it. We knew going into it that it was going to be a whole house renovation. So we started in November of 2014 and finished in April 2015. Whether you have coffee on the balcony in the morning to watch the sunrise over the ocean, or a cocktail in the den to watch the sunset over the bay, you will understand why we could not pass this opportunity!
